Had my daughter 7th Birthday party this past Sunday. It was amazing experience and our hostess was very knowledgeable. She was easy to talk with and help make our experience wonderful. The price per kid was like $12 and we had 20 kids show up. The price was less than $500. We order more pizza for the adults and everyone was full. Strawberry Hibicus & Mango lime Tea was very addictive. Add a splash of sprite and your taste buds will thank you.

Ruth, Hilda, and Perno were all professional and made the birthday party experience there hastle free and enjoyable. Food was good, place was clean, employees were helpful. Update 12/6/26 Brought the Grandkids here for lunch and games today. One of my granddaughters had her game card snatched while she was playing. I approached the ticket counter and ask Victoria to please watch for a game card with my granddaughters name on it. She asked what happened and I explained. She asked me to grab my receipt. When I got back Sarah was waiting for me. She canceled the missing game card, asked my granddaughter what game she was playing when it was snatched and refunded the credits spent after that. The whole transaction took less than 5 minutes and my grandbaby was able to get back to play. I'm extremely grateful. Just another reason I enjoy bringing my family here over and over.

We went on Father’s Day 6/15/2025 to have my daughter’s 2nd birthday party there. Everything was perfect. The staff were incredible and the food was delicious and hot. The greatest part was Mrs Ruth. Incredible woman that made sure I had a great Father’s Day and the kids had a blast!

Had an amazing night here. We had a birthday party for my twins here a week ago. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly and they made sure both of my twins felt special for their day and ensured no one was left out. The hostess said it was her first week there and that she had been training with the manager Ruth and I had to say that she was doing an awesome job and you can tell that management plays a big part in their team and the guests. I usually never see managers but not only did the hostess continue to check on us but the managers did as well. Above and beyond customer service and we will be coming back for my youngest child’s birthday in a month !

Corona virus is a weird time to be around, but my 7 year old begged to have her party at Peter piper pizza so I endulged and allowed one friend. They were so great! Answered every question I had and there were literally no problems. Everything was set with expectations that were met and they were extremely kind when they told us it was time to leave as our reservation was up. They also were very clean, had the play area closed and adhered to all Covid mandates.

We celebrated my great niece's 1st birthday yesterday! It was packed with so many birthday parties all around us! However the service was fast, the pizza quality was yummy & the service was great! They had clean facilities & plenty of room to host multiple birthday parties!

This spot has been my kids and my go to lunch spots for the past 4 years. Double token Tuesday is always a hit! Hilda is always super nice and she knows exactly what pizza we want as soon as we walk in the door. Sarah, the game room attendant, is very nice and will always fix a game if it’s stuck or messed up and if she can’t she will give you back your points. Everyone is very nice and attentive, have never had a bad experience here!

Great place to take the family, especially kids, to eat good pizza and great entertainment. Various games to play and win prizes. Pizza and salads are fresh and during lunch on weekdays, they have a great buffet. Me and my family go regularly and love the pizza. Only downside is the staff is not friendly, never greet you when you walk up, and when ordering on the phone, are often rude.

I attended a birthday party. The kids had a blast playing the arcade games. They had a nice variety of games. Party area was well maintained and the staff were nice. I didn't eat anything so I can't vouch for the food, but I had a good time.

Katie at the register was fantastic, she navigated me through understanding how many points I would need for my 1 year old to have fun. However, the rest of the outing wasn't really great for a toddlers as she was to big for the baby rides and too young for the big kid rides. Lastly, there wasn't many games. Overall, it's ok.

Food isn't too bad, we got 4 pizzas (2 cheese & 2 pep), the pepperoni pizzas looked like it was just thrown on but still tasted pretty good, nieces and nephews had a blast, was a bit loud (as to be expected with children running around), but overall a fantastic place, brings me back to the days I was a child. This is a pretty good location and staff. The tables and game area have been clean every time we come in. Pizza buffet and salad bar lunch price is very reasonably priced. The pizza is surprisingly good, especially the chicago pizza. My little one loves coming here even with the climbing play area being closed. The staff have been friendly and helpful on every visit.

An amazing alternative to that other kids 🍕 joint... Each time I'm visited it has been exceptionally clean & fresh smelling. The 🍕 is great considering it's a kid friendly play place. Birthday party packages are extremely reasonable as well.

Tuesdays in the summer, around 11-2, are for the kids! Lower price on buffet, with an added bonus of double tokens. A must for the kids, if you’re looking for a fun indoor play idea. The pizza is not bad. My only complaint would be not having enough pepperoni or choose options in the buffet, and keeping the pizza a bit warmer.

Went here for a grandchilds birthday party. Surprisingly, great pizza and fast friendly service. Easy to get to, and lots of parking. The kids loved it, and there were lots of electronic games in the gaming area. It's very noisy, but that is to be expected. Overall, this is a good place to have a party and much cheaper than some of its direct competitors.

Overall I like this Peter Piper Pizza, especially during the week between 11 and 2 (weekday lunch buffet). My last visit (on a Sunday) they were out of ice in one of the two ice machines and straws in one of the straw dispensers, the staff is friendly and promptly refilled them. Also there were some general cleaning issues, 6 un-bussed tables and some debris around the drink machines, as well as multiple clogged toilets in the bathroom. The pizza was ready 16 minutes after ordering and tasted good. The attendant at the prize section allowed my daughter to round her massive 17 ticket loot up to 25 lol, so that was nice.

Friendly staff. Perfect place for a birthday party without the extra fees because of the seating. Games were fun. Ok, so found this lunch buffet by accident. Went in and was greeted with a welcome. Had a nice little salad bar and plenty of pizza on the buffet. The pizza is always excellent. Wings are also delicious and I got to mention the ice cream cones and root beer floats are so good. I do wish the staff was more attentive to the bathrooms and dirty tables. It seems every time we come the staff is slow paced even during rush hours. Tables are picked up but not wiped down. Hopefully it changes. The games are fun but some seem to be always broken or out of order. So variety becomes limited.

Well I hate to compare this place to Chuck E. Cheese but it’s the best option I have. This particular location (don’t know if it’s more) has a very small section of games. Now keeping in mind that toddlers would probably have a blast because they can ride a ride for a long time. However the selection of games was pretty small. They also did away with tickets and now put them on cards. Me personally I enjoyed the whole ticket phase. Now the food was absolutely terrible. I don’t know what was going on with the pizza but that cheese pizza was absolutely terrible (to me) and I mean it with every taste bud in my body. As far is the staff is concerned they didn’t really interact with my little one even when she was picking out her prize. They were a bit nonchalant about it and that made me upset because don’t treat my daughter like that. Smile at her make her feel like that’s the only place in the world to be. Had my grandson party there it was fun until they told us they only load 10 coins per card. And parents had to reload card after that. I think that it should be like Chucky cheese where its unlimited coins for 2 hrs for birthday kids. I didn't like that 10 coin per kid including birthday kids.

I’m giving my review based on a birthday party we booked. There is only one package we can book which I was ok with, but the website definitely needs to be updated because it still shows we would receive tokens, not a fun pass. It was even allowing me to put add ons like “$25 for 100 tokens” so I was caught by surprise when I was handed fun passes. Also the package says I would receive a framed photo of the birthday star and I did not receive that. It also said they would decorate the table with balloons and there was absolutely no decorations, if I would have know that , I would have brought my own decorations. Our host was very hard to find most of the time. I had to wave down another host just to get help. The pizza was great but it did take long to get to our table. Towards the end of our two hour reservation we received our receipt and that was the end. We noticed some birthdays were being announced over the intercom and I was upset that we didn’t get that special announcement for our birthday boys. Not sure if it’s supposed to be requested or if it’s for all birthday parties but either way I would have loved to make it just a little more special for my boys.

Not particularly impressed with this place. The food is mediocre and the arcade section was teeny. It's primarily geared toward birthday parties, but I think I would rather go to their competitor instead. They still use an archaic token system on their games rather than the plastic cards that everyone else has moved to. The staff was friendly and helpful and my children had a wonderful time regardless. I'm not sure why this place is so popular with birthdays except perhaps their party pricing is budget friendly.

We had our daughters birthday party here back on December. We arrived 15 mins early to set up our decor on the table. Was told that we had to wait because someone was at our table, but there were plenty of empty tables available which I pointed out and also stated that we had a reservation. So we had to wait for them to clean the table, etc. I was not impressed, but our party host was nice.

On 08/18/2024, we had my daughter's birthday party at Peter Piper Pizza. We had reserved tables from 5 pm-7 pm. Unfortunately, the host who assisted us was very rude and seemed impatient. She rushed us and even began clearing the tables while we still had guests eating. I had to speak to the manager to ask that she stay away from our tables. I was willing to do the cleaning myself to avoid further conflict. The manager seemed lost and had little to no answer to any of my questions or concerns. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering we had spent over $350 for the party.I cleaned up both tables that we used at the end of our party.

Our experience was ok. I genuinely think it was maybe Elizabeth’s first day so no hard feelings. We kept having to wait for her as she was assisting another host, despite of our party starting before theirs. We had to ask for cups, then when I thought about it we had to ask for the pitchers that was suppose to be included (im 8 months pregnant I got tired of getting up for the kiddos lol) but she stated she didn’t know if we wanted them so I should’ve remembered to ask upon receiving the food. That was my fault. I had 5 game cards left but wasn’t able to be refunded despite of the website saying I could. It wasn’t Elizabeth that didn’t let me refund it was someone assisting her with my check out. I don’t plan on returning. I do appreciate the establishment very being clean!

What should have been a smooth 2nd birthday celebration for my daughter, turned into the worst time. We were rushed, the hostess was rude as well as the manager. She raised her voice at me when I let her know about the hostess. Then was accused of skipping out on payment. Half my party was still inside helping to gather everything. I had to go load my car. The hostess made a comment saying, it’s always someone leaving without paying. It was heard and when corrected about it she still assumed that I wasn’t paying. It’s a stereotype and I don’t appreciate it. I work for a school district and I work very hard for my money. Skipping out on a check, it’s not my character. I’ll never go back. Before it all happened a few of the parents wanted to book for their kids, now they are not.

I ran to the restroom shouting, and when I got inside I saw him with his hand over my sisters mouth, trying to undress her. She was only 15! He was definitely older than 18 and to be honest, didn’t even look like he was supposed to be working there. I called the police to report him but they were of no use. Don’t come here with your kids!!!!

Terrible, TERRIBLE host. We were promised cups but the host didn’t provide us with the said cups. We had to up and pay for OUR OWN cups. The pizza was also taking 30 minutes to be made and my child was growing hungry… just terrible.

I drove 5 hours to peter piper and I order a extra large pepperoni pizza. Well done. When I got it it was under cooked and the pepperoni was place different than I ever seen , I talked to Ruth and she was very rude, after I explained that the pizza was under cooked she tried to rush me out of the restaurant and offered to give me my money back to leave. I would like to talk to the district manager about this. I have been coming to peter piper pizza for more then 40 years., it's once of my favorites, anytime I get a chance to visit I do.
