We are regulars at this location, but tonight’s service was beyond superb. Cream was phenomenal and she made sure our experience was too. She even made a special chocolate fondue with strawberries which she called Strawberries and Cream and it was fantastic.

My spouse and I had an excellent evening for our first time at the Melting Pot, we had brilliant service from our waiter Rob! Very hospitable and informative as to the different menu options, the atmosphere was very peaceful and also provided a romantic ambience to the vibe. All entrees were amazing and the dessert topped it off! 5 stars!

Last night we came to The Melting Pot Arlington to celebrate our friend’s birthday. We chose the Big Night Out, a 4-course meal. This choice provided an cheese fondue appetizer, a salad for each of us, a variety of entrée meats with sides and sauces, and a chocolate dessert with a lot of dipping choices. Everything was fabulous. The place was intimate and comfortable, and we did not feel crowded at all, like most restaurants who bring in too many tables. We had so much fun. David, our server, was truly knowledgeable, attentive, funny, and took great care of us. He made us feel like we were his only table and boosted our experience. The food came out exactly as we ordered with no mistakes. Jonathan, David’s assistant, was friendly, personable, and professional as well. They made an effective team! Never once did we have to flag anyone down to refill our drinks or ask for something. Thanks for providing us with a wonderful dining experience. We look forward to our next visit and will definitely ask for David again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service! We had an excellent experience thanks to our waiter, Rob. From the moment we were seated, they were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcomed. They checked on us often without being intrusive and made great recommendations that turned out to be perfect. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we wanted, and the entire experience felt smooth and enjoyable. Rob’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly elevated our visit. If you come here, definitely ask for Rob —you won’t be disappointed!

We ate at the Melting Pot on 11/20/2025 and had Cream H as our server. She was AMAZING, so sweet, accommodating, and went above and beyond to give us a wonderful experience. We rarely get the exceptional service that Cream gave us. I highly recommend asking for Cream if you dine at this restaurant as you will not be disappointed and will get service you have never had! Thank you Cream for being so great!!

We (boyfriend and I) had an excellent experience at Melting Pot for our anniversary. Our waitress, Cream, was amazing- extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and sweet. She explained everything, offered suggestions, and checked on us consistently. The food and drinks were excellent and well worth the price. The atmosphere was great, not too noisy, and service from everyone was excellent. We enjoyed the experience immensely and will be coming back. It's a great place for a fancy date night/celebration, as the prices can be a bit staggering. However, I think it's worth it for the experience, as it is a 4-course dinner unless you go a la carte. Excellent experience overall.

We had a wonderful dinner at the Melting Pot in Arlington! Louis was our server and he was fantastic! We had the special Melting Pot 50th Anniversary meal and we enjoyed every course. The set-up of the restaurant was very nice with private booths and low lighting.

We chose the melting pot for our 11th anniversary dinner and I have to say, 1 of the most dynamic, entertaining, delicious dining experiences my spouse and I have ever had. The food was absolutely exquisite! Our server "Cream" could easily set the dining standard across the country for customer service. The 4 course "big nite out" was our choice, we went with Cream's choice for a wine and she knocked it out of the park! With her recommendation. Overall 6 out of 5 stars because we felt the service, the food and the atmosphere were all above and beyond the dining standard. We can't wait to return.

Came here for our engagement dinner last night. Every single food item we tried was SO DELICIOUS! I loved EVERY SECOND of this! The food, service, and atmosphere were literally so intimate and peaceful. Our server Allen was so sweet and thoughtful ❤️ absolutely the best experience ever, I will remember this place for the rest of my life! 💕 Along with our engagement reservation came a bottle of Brut champagne, also I was gifted a vase with a small bouquet of roses, a small teddy bear, a box of chocolate covered strawberries, a printed photo of our engagement, as well as a personal video of the engagement that the assistant sent straight to us. This was such a beautiful experience I definitely recommend this to anyone planning something intimate and meaningful for their partner 💕

This is absolutely our favorite Melting Pot and we've gone here 14 years in a row every Valentine's day. The cheese fondue has shrunk quite a bit but still as good as ever.

Food is always good. I mean, you are the cook right? Service is decent. Sometimes it's feels rushed but overall service is ok. A little pricey. Dinner for two and two glasses of wine will set you back about $175 w/tip.

Who doesn't like dipping foods into other food? Main point, my wife and I enjoyed our overall experience. If this is your first time, be prepared to pay 100+ for your meal. Drinks are reasonably priced. This is a multiple course restaurant. Cheese dip, salad, main course (tiny pieces of veggies and meat),and then chocolate dip with a plate of fruits and cakes. You cook, melt, and/or dip your meal at the table. Our only complaint with this location is the cleanliness (see hanging light fixture picture covered in dust above your food).

I could not have been more disappointed. There was of 5 total tables sat when we went for our reservation. Our waiter... if you can call him that, was waving his long diamond studded fingernails at my 3 year old and asking if he liked them. Created awkward conversation and shouldn't have to explain that to a 3 year old. Service was lacking...they didnt make the cheese or the chocolate fresh and just brought out pre made bowls that were sub par. The cheese was broken and tasted like it was made hours before hand. The dinner took 2.5 hours to eat because of the terrible service. This place needs new management and new servers. Drove 1.5 hours for a treat/celebration and all I got was bad food...bad service and awkward conversation. Save your money or go to simply fondue....but don't go here until serious changes are made.

On 6/10/2025, we ate at the melting pot. The food was good and the service was great. It wasn't very busy when we went so food came out with great timing. The environment was cute and it was a nice experience. Our server accidently charged us for another table. This was about $220. They stated the $220 would be refunded immediately and we paid for our actual bill. The bill was about $150. The manager on duty at the time gave us thier number and ensured us the money would be put back on in to our account. I had seen this been where the charge is off in a few days or so. I called back 5 business days later because the charge had processed and finalized and i had been charged the 220 for someone elses meal plus the 150 for mine and there was no pending refund. I couldn't get in touch with the manager who was there that evening or anyone on the store number. I called on 3 different days and at different times. I was told to hold and no one returned. And I was told twice they would call back and no one did. By this time, it is 10 days after this transaction, and I still have no refund. I call the store, and again im promised someone will be I touch. We finally get in touch with the manager who was on duty who gave his personal number out. Kindly, he said he'd look into it and follow up. We didn't get a follow-up as pormised. The following day, after calling the store again and not being able to speak to anyone because they were "too busy, " we did get a text confirming the refund. This receipt shows that this refund was promised on 6/10/2025 was actually processed on 6/18/2025. So for 10 days I was waiting for a refund that was never going to be processed and I only got my refund because I was calling back every day. Remember, I am requesting this refund of 220 dollars because the server charged us for the wrong check. I didn't not want any of this to happen to begin with. It's 6/21/2025 and the refund is still yet to be fully processed to my account. I am posting this here, since no one still ever followed up with me so I could give this feedback to you as it was a not so great experience and could happen to someone else.
