Acabamos de salir de cenar y ha sido una muy buena experiencia , desde la atención de Loreana (super profesional y agradable ) , el local , y la comida buenísima . Pedimos ensalada de aguacate y salmón de entrante , riquísimo , y la Sinfonía di pasti ( tres clases de pasta diferentes ) las tres estaban riquísimas . Las raciones son muy generosas. Lo recomiendo

Came here for my husband birthday lunch, im very satisfied with the meals, in fact it above my expectations. The pasta seafood (pasta sapore del mar) is to die for. Even im at home now i still remembering the taste, oh its so marvellous. Servis was also good, the camarera was attentive (a cute lady with curly hair and gafas) thank you so much. Please maintain the food and the service, surely will come back 💯 also we just walked in sin reserva, its fine, not too crowded at 1pm miercoles

We got Prosciutto pizzas and they were amazing. Thin and nice crust. Chill atmosphere and waiters were nice as well. Would recommend

We enjoyed our lunch today! We visit Gondoliere often. It's our favorite restaurant in Nevada Shopping. Today was extra special because the Caprese salad was terrific, the Margarita pizza was excellent and our waiter, Damian, was the best! He was so friendly and did a great job making us feel like we were the most important customers. Thanks Damian!

Ok...a restaurant at a food court in a large shopping mall...why the excellent review...Well..they've decorated it beautifully and taken a lot away from feeling you are in a food court at a shopping mall. The staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly and the food..both selection and quality/flavour is fabulous!! One of our most regular "go to" restaurants in Granada Province.. It really is THAT GOOD!!

As a vegan, this pizza (vegetale with no cheese and just say you are vegan if you are and they will be super acommodating)was one of the best pizza I have ever eaten in my life! Even reheated was fabulous (I don't like big crowd so I took it home).

Great service with great food, we didnt expect this quality from a restaurant in a shoppingmal. We took the tagliatelle with salmon and risotto with chicken. The portions were big enough. Worth the money. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Their risotto and pizza are delicious. The location is not good if you plan to visit Granada, as it is far from the old town. However, there are more brand restaurants located in the heart of the city.

Definitely the best quality/price italian restaurant chain in Granada. Quite assorted menu and, most important to me, plates with fair amounts of food (I eat a lot 😁). Their tiramisu is really good! PS: If you want to have something fancy instead of the typical soda, get an "aperol spritz" cocktail 🍸

The food was absolutely delicious. We wanted 100% vegetarian food and we ordered veggie pizza, rissoto and pasta and special mention for the spicy chilly sauce that we ordered sepetately. Everything was sooo tasty. Kieran served us and he was very polite, understood our preference very well and recommended what we should order.

Un lugar ideal para ir en grupos y disfrutar de una comida deliciosa. La pizza es exquisita, y los macarrones al horno están para repetir. El trato del personal es muy amable, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable. Perfecto para compartir una comida sabrosa en buena compañía.

Hemos vuelto a Il Gondoliere del CC Nevada y, como siempre, no ha defraudado. Platos excelentes tanto en presentación como en sabor. El local estaba lleno y el servicio fue bueno en general, aunque algunos detalles con los meseros hacen que no sea perfecto. Aun así, una experiencia muy recomendable.

La pasta y las pizzas son de calidad. El servicio es impecable y el ambiente muy acogedor. Es, sin duda, un buen lugar para disfrutar de una buena comida italiana.

The food is amazing and portions are big and it’s nice. But when we asked to take some food away, we were given a container and collected everything by ourselves…It would be appreciated if it could be done not by clients but by waiters/kitchen stuff. Also there is a juice in the menu, but when we tried to order it, it appeared that they didn’t have it.

Comida bien como siempre, trato muy mejorable y si no revisas la cuenta te la pueden clavar. Fuimos a cenar dos adultos y una niña. Nos preparan la mesa, nos atendió uno chaquetilla verde y coleta. Pasa la balleta y la deja la mesa mojada... Para la niña el menú infantil, los macarrones de punto correcto aunque algo salados, el postre ni lo pusieron. Para los adultos dos platos a compartir. Que no estando llenos de gente, tardaron más de 20 minutos. Cuando salen, lo hacen teamplados... de sabor muy ricos, eso sí. Para terminar pido al de la coletilla otro café con leche y el postre de la niña, quedábamos 5 mesas. Después de otros 20 minutos esperando y de verle bromear con el resto de compañeros, pido la cuenta por dos veces. Sorpresa, querían cobrar el café que no habían servido y el postre del menú sigue sin venir. Reclamo la cuenta y nos vamos, sin una explicación ni disculpa ni nada. Una pena que un gran restaurante tenga gente trabajando con la profesionalidad justita...

La comida buenísima!!! Venimos a Granada desde Málaga porque nos encanta la comida de estos Restaurantes. Normalmente vamos al del Centro de Granada. El servicio es malo. Somos 4 mesas, porque es verdad que estamos comiendo a deshora (si no estaría lleno), hay 3 camareros remontando para la cena, pero: no miran a las mesas ocupadas. Imposible pedir la segunda bebida. No hacen seguimiento a las mesas. La segunda Coca-Cola viene sin vaso, con lo cual te lo tienes que tomar con hielo derretido y vaso caliente, pero cuesta lo mismo que la primera cola!!

Be carefull, some food mentioned buffala mozzarella but they are lying and not putting real buffala but still make you belive it is. They can not even make a good and normal italian pizza with rucula, tomatoes cherry and mozzarella buffala. But they have the most awful pizza with pineapple, kiwi (yes kiwi) and avocado, or worst with bolognese meat. Real italian having an heart attack seeing this.

Pizza Diavolo came with very little topings and was missing the little mozzarella balls it shows on the picture. When asking the waiter he said that on the picture it’s just for decoration - sorry, what?! The base was partly burned. Overall bad quality, not caring service and overpriced. Will not come back

We went in and decided to not have dinner. The atmosphere and the waiter ruined our experience. As soon as we sat down, he immediately asked what we want to drink. We said do you have a drinks menu? He said no, just choose now. I asked what types of drinks do you have? He said wine and fresh drinks. I said what kind of wine, he sighed and didn’t want to explain… I don’t know what kind of service that is, what if we wanted to order a bottle of wine? In the end, we left. We will try the center location one day.

Special day out. J chose this restaurant as it looked lovely. Then seated . Waitress totally ignored by us. She knew we were waiting playing a game of pretending. People came in afterwards served drinks menu given orders taken We were nearly 30 mins before offered a drink. Really should have got up and left. O was so angry. Not cheap. Definitely not worth it. They aren't bothered about customer service as bit dependant about returning customers. Food only okay. My spaghetti Bolognese swimming in oil not great Never again.

This is my second time at this place and the first time I did order a pizza Wich was amazing...best pizza I have had in long time.i do also put pictures for that here. I would give the pizza a 9.5 of 10. Now we did come to try out the pasta macarons alporto and a Sesar salat 🥗 and I have to say I was so disappointed..that salat did have a thin slides of chicken like it was spread on bread like ham and the salsa sesar source was thick and mayonnaise flavor so it was not a Sesar dressing. The dry fridge onion on in the salat was mushy not dry and crunchy, so big disappointing BUT the macaroni was horrible..it did look good and the smell was nice...but it was so salty that we could not eat it at all. We did complane about it but the answer was ... Yes we know ..otheres are saying it also. It is the blue cheese that is making it salty " And we did not like to get something else and we did not eat the macaroni maybe few bites..and what a corky thing ..we did have to pay full price for that pasta that we could not eat at all and the answer was..well you did eat some of it so you have to pay. All in all not a happy stay this time . I

We were seated right away but at a half dirty table. We were never given any napkins or silverware and only were so after asking for them when the food came. I asked for a high chair for our two-year old but after nobody brought one and being ignored by the host, I had to go find my own and clean it. We then had to wait had at least 25 minutes before anyone came to take our order and had to feed our three children cereal because they were so hungry. When the person came to take our order, after several attempts to get their attention, they looked surprised that we wanted order. At least the food was good but this restaurant needs to improve their customer attention.

Estubimos comiendo a medio día. Antes de ir, me informé si tenian comida sin gluten y si me aseguraban que no había contaminación cruzada, me dijeron que fuera sin problema y que nada más entrar se lo comentara al camarero, y así lo hizo. Nos sentamos, preguntamos por la comida sin gluten, carne, pescado, ensalada y macarrones con la salsa que quisiera . Pedimos la comida sin gluten, estaba muy buena. Pedimos cosas con gluten para los demás, todo exquisito.los camareros muy atentos. Muy buen servicio. Todo genial hasta que a la hora me dice mi hija que le duele la cabeza y barriga y empieza a vomitar como si no hubiera un mañana.....vomitó en medio del primark, ya que no le dio tiempo a salir.....cuando llegamos al servicio estubimos 1h de reloj,que no paraba de vomitar, íbamos por el centro comercial con una bolsa porque era así todo el rato. Nos tubimos que ir a casa...ya que no somos de Granada y estamos a 1hora y cuarto. Hicimos un viaje para nada... Lo único que pedimos los celiacos que si no se controla la contaminación cruzada o no tienen comida SIN GLUTEN "no" la ofrezcan. Ya que la celiaquia no es una intolerancia, es UNA ENFERMEDAD AUTOINMUNE, su medicación es no ingerir gluten, ni mucho ni poco. Si se contaminan es una semana malos, por dentro te va destrozando y eso hace que padezcas más enfermedades y graves. Para los que si pueden comer gluten la comida está buenísima, mucha cantidad.

Cockroaches! I ordered pesto pasta and a pizza. Pasta arrived with a cockroach. The server was nice and apologetic but the manager asked us to pay the bill in full except the pasta. NEVER AGAIN. The health department needs to visit this place.

Yesterday I went to the gondolier with my family in nevada shopping . The service was terrible because the servers were too busy looking at their new competition that opened up next to the gondoliere. The grand opening of that restaurant . Food came and it wasn’t what we ordered at all. When they brought back the plate . It was the same exact steak and not what we wanted . They flipped the steak and folded it to make it seem like it’s what we wanted . We ordered solomillo….. this is very unacceptable. We paid for something that we didn’t eat and also wasn’t exactly what we ordered

The last time i came here i gave it a 5 star review. Today was AWFUL. The service was bad; the table was not clean; my 1st glass of wine had cork in it; our 2nd drinks order was forgotten; we had no knives and had to get our own; my husband's gondoliere pizza was so wet it had a puddle in the middle; i was dealing with shellfish yet had no wet wipes or finger bowl....and there was never anyone to ask! I shall think twice about going back and NEVER at 4pm when staff obviously cannot cope with the numbers of customers
