We went without a reservation and were served immediately. The service was excellent; they were very attentive and friendly at all times. I was with three pregnant women, and the restaurant has a wide and varied menu, so they were able to eat without any problem and enjoy the experience just as much. For starters, we ordered croquettes, a half portion of potatoes, and nachos. Everything was delicious, especially the croquettes—they melted in our mouths. For our main course, we each ordered a hamburger, which was very tasty and came with a choice of potatoes: roasted, sweet potato, or regular. For dessert, we tried almost everything on the menu; we only missed one, and they were all incredible. Thank you to Joana for her impeccable service.

As I told you, the place used to be just another burger joint for me… but since they changed their concept… for me, it's now the best burger place in Valladolid. The sweet potato patatas bravas are spectacular, and the Emy… with its pretzel bun… And if you order it with rare beef… That's out of this world. For me, it's a 10 out of 10.

We arrived without a reservation on a Tuesday at lunchtime, thinking it wouldn't be a problem. Sure enough, Johana greeted us and immediately showed us to a table. The service and attention to detail were excellent from the very first moment. She asked if either of us had celiac disease and if we had eaten at Brook before, so she could tailor the information she gave us—clear and sufficient. Her service was exceptional throughout, showing interest in how our lunch was going and whether we were satisfied. All of this was done with just the right amount of care and with complete naturalness. For starters, we had grilled avocado with burrata, which was a delicious bite. The burgers were incredibly juicy, but what was most surprising was that the gluten-free bun was not only soft, but its texture also allowed us to eat the burger without it falling apart. Finally, for dessert, we had carrot cake, since they were out of other gluten-free desserts after the long weekend. We found that explanation equally appropriate and very reasonable. The cake—a generous portion—was moist and perfectly sweet. Delicious. We want to thank Johana and the kitchen staff for their excellent service. We'll be back again.

We went for burgers today to take home, and Joana was super friendly. She explained everything really well and is super sweet. Not just with us, the delivery people came by, and she treated them wonderfully. It's truly appreciated, especially these days, when people are so serious and unfriendly. I can say they have the best gluten-free burger and the best gluten-free cheesecake I've ever tried. I'm a celiac, very sensitive to cross-contamination. From the beginning, Johana has been super kind and friendly with us, explaining that they follow a safe protocol to guarantee the absence of any trace of gluten and that they undergo weekly tests, endorsed by ACECALE. I can confirm that they follow it strictly, because everything has been great for me 😄. We ordered potatoes with bacon and cheese, a burger with bacon, double cheddar, tomato, lettuce, and egg, and, for dessert, homemade cheesecake with Cañarejal sheep cheese. They put very tender and delicious beef in the burger. The burger bun is brioche and is very tasty and soft, it doesn't crumble at all, it's soft and spongy, a delight. My non-celiac boyfriend confirms that it's also the best gluten-free bread he's ever tried. We'll definitely be back, for the food and the service—Johana was incredibly attentive. A 10 all around! Although I no longer live here, we always eat at Brook whenever I come here. I'm celiac, and it's a place where you can eat with peace of mind! This time, we ordered for pickup. The burgers are delicious, and the gluten-free bread is brioche-style, nothing like the ones you can't even eat at big chains. 100% recommended, and the service is always impeccable.

We loved our visit to Brook Restaurant in Arroyo de la Encomienda. It's been a while since we last visited, and their dishes never cease to amaze. The gourmet burgers are true works of art, with innovative flavor combinations and perfect balance. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. It's definitely a recommended place for any food lover. We'll definitely be back! As a suggestion, although everything was super clean, placemats would be advisable. Would you like to add or modify anything?

The place is very cozy with an American stile, there are parking around and it's very nice and clea. Very good burger, one of the best I ate in a long time, the dessert brookie was also great since I love chocolate and cookie. Johanne our waitress was very nice and friendly, explained all the menu and was always making sure everything was good. Loved the place and will be back for sure.

We went on a friend's recommendation, who said it was really good. And what can I say? The burger was okay, alright. I ordered the Rufina, which is supposed to have truffle and mushrooms; I couldn't taste either of them. It wouldn't be so bad if I hadn't paid €20 for it. Way too expensive for what it offers. For that price, you can get a sirloin steak, which is definitely much tastier and better quality meat than a burger. And the fries were half-cold and soggy, not crunchy at all. Anyway. Of the group of friends, the only one who left delighted was the one who recommended it 😂. The rest: totally disappointed. The waitress Joana was very friendly, although thank goodness I didn't take her recommendation for the beef, otherwise I would have spent €21 on a meh burger.
