Amazing non greasy gluten free cod fish n chips - fries are delicious and nothing is greasy! Simple fishing / beach decor with fun murals, super friendly staff. Menu is a variety of fish dishes, individual drinks from the frig including beers. Great for a quick casual meal!

Delicious gluten free fried fish and fresh ceviche with excellent home made hot sauce. The cocktail sauce and tarter sauces were also the best I have ever had!

Gluten free fish and chips! And there were a lot more options I could've had too. The breading on the fish was just the right amount of lightness and the cod was super tender. The fries were thin and crispy, the way I like them. My husband enjoyed the ceviche as well as the large selection of hot sauces (some homemade!) to try with his food. Would definitely come back to try some other offerings. Chatted with a manager/perhaps the owner who was very friendly too.

Yep. You want to go to here. The rock cod n chips were fried to perfection. Batter stayed on every bite and was seasoned well. The fries... extra crispy exterior and stayed crispy. The clam chowder, oooooweeeeee. Perfectly flavored and seasoned. The supporting ingredients like the potatoes and celery are just that and cut to similar small sizes. The heroes clam and bacon in this case were left to twice the size. Deliberate choice and I love it. You can visually see all the fresh herbs (parsely, oregano, maybe a little thyme) so it's packed with flavor. Just under $10 for a pint? That's a steal considering the care and labor pit into it. The owner, I presume, was watching me struggle to pick a hotsauce and recommended their own homemade habanero and serano. Great flavor and heat. The space is nice. Small yet welcoming. The most impressive, especially for small places that fry stuff openly... no greasy smell or feel. Very well ventilated, and that's impressive; if you know, you know. Yeah, you want to go to here.

Absolutely delicious and everything is gluten free!!! We had the cod and calamari. The fish is fresh, the breading is perfect, the fries are everything you want a fry to be. And they’re so nice. Thank you for being a safe haven for folks who can’t have gluten!

I seriously never leave reviews, but this place is more than deserving! super friendly and chill staff and the food was FYAH. we got rock cod/shrimp/halibut tacos and the ceviche. so fresh, light crispy batter. they have a hot sauce bar with a bunch of different sauces you can try ranging from mild to SUPER HOT. definitely a great spot to grab some fresh tacos and cold beer by the beach 🤙

Seriously good fish n chips. We were trying to decide between a few places in town and definitely made the right call with this place - the fish was super fresh and had excellent flavor & the perfect amount of seasoning and batter. Perfectly done fries with A+ flavor and crisp. The folks working there were friendly, and the price was en pointe. I was impressed with the friendliness; in a touristy town with high turnover, warmth & personality is pretty rare. It was awesome to be treated with smiles and hospitality. Love this place. Also - the seaweed salad was downright excellent 💋👌

Amazing fish and chips!! Homemade tartar! The coleslaw is amazing! It's not your typical goopy, sweet, over chopped stuff you get elsewhere. I'll definitely be going back. I need to have a fish taco now 😁 Anthony is a good guy, works hard, and has made a perfect place for delicious food! Real food!

A hidden gem! Even though it’s on the Main Street, you may just walk past this wonderful restaurant. We stopped by after getting our cinnamon rolls after reading the other Google reviews. Everyone was right - this place is ON POINT! Owner was super nice and let me try the poke. We ordered a large poke (it’s THAT GOOD) and a seared rock cod sandwich (cooked to perfection) with fries (perfect crispy). We wanted to try the tacos but were full. It’s super clean inside with counter height tables inside and two tables for outside dining. This will be our go to place when stopping in Pismo Beach. Definitely give this a try!

I can't give this place enough stars!!! The food was seriously out of this world delicious! That didn't compare though to the service. We stopped on our road trip and are planning on hitting it on the way home. The smoked salmon ranged from sweet to spicy and even my husband who didn't like salmon asked to buy extra to bring home. Best clam chowder, fried fish and calamari ever!! I can't wait to go back.

The clam chowder is absolutely delicious. It’s not full of butter & the black pepper & spices give it a wonderful taste. I love 4 hrs away & I love coming to Pismo for their clam chowder. the staff & service here are very nice as well 😊 highly recommend this place.

From the east coast coastal area and wanted to try seafood from the west coast. The rock cod was amazing. I also had the fried shrimp taco which was insane some of the best fried shrimp I’ve ever had not oily at all and perfectly cooked. If I was hungrier I would’ve ordered more. Probs the fish and chips just to get more rock cod. Also the homemade hot sauce was amazing. Very nice place surprised it wasn’t busier. Also tacos were well filled.

We were this close to choosing another restaurant for lunch — and thank god we didn’t.

Rather , a cool old fashioned fish and chips place! wonderful coleslaw! Really enjoyed their tarter sauce. Fish fresh.,had rock cod. Way too brown. Bater thin, lite, and no greasy. Great Shrimp Tacos. Alot of items to choose from.

Got poke bowl but did not even serve with sushi rice. The tuna was just okay, did not taste fresh. Served with regular white rice… not good.

Unfortunately, this was the worst fish and chips I've had. The only thing that made it edible was the tartar sauce. The fish and breading lacked flavor and was dry. I don't know if it's because I got it at dinner (there was no one there) or what, but I couldn't even finish the 2 pieces of fish it was that bad. The fries and tartar sauce were good though.
