Food here is amazing always enjoy taking my family here , we are always greeted and offered a great warm cookie.

Very friendly staff and positive vibes with all the employees. Philip helped me out and waited on me as if it were a fine restaurant!

Hadn’t been to this small chain before. Great turkey sandwich with gluten free focaccia and Mediterranean bowl. Healthy and tasty and priced right with nice outdoor seating. Will be back.

I ordered the salmon salad at the counter. The meal was tasty, dinner-plate sized, with a wedge of salted bread, and dressing on the side. It was ready quicker than I thought it would be, and the server brought it right out to me. I would definitely eat here again!

Younger Lady helped me at the front to decide what to order. Quick service overall. First time coming in there are multiple options for food.

The service was exceptional. And the food was delicious. I wish I had taken a photo of my ahi tuna bowl. I will be back for that anytime I do not want to cook for dinner. Nutritious and delicious. Ever since this manager took over (sorry idk his name), our AG Urbane has been amazing. The second you walk in, someone greets you and it is efficient, clean, welcoming with amazing food. Always get the order right. Bathrooms always pristine. I eat here about once a week. I appreciate the healthy variety on the menu. I really can’t say enough good about this place. I’m so glad we have it. I love to frequent a really well run business. It’s a pleasure to eat here. Thank you!

My salad was fresh, delicious, and so pretty. Their cilantro dressing rocks! It was my first visit to Urbane and my Mom (87 yrs. old) practically licked the bowl under her Salmon Bowl. She now knows what dame is.

Wow. Someone recommended I try this place. I had never heard of it and right down the street (welcome to the neighborhood). It was during lunch and super packed so not sure if always this busy. However, when the food came the Ahi Tuna was amazing. Fresh ingredients and lots of little touches that made the salad blend into a great lunch. I normally don’t eat a lot of bread? And the little roll that came out with it was soft and delicious. Will try to come again off hours and try a rice bowl next time. Great start.

Excellent staff and the food is always fresh and delicious! Today my friends and I had the Salmon Bowl, the Baja Bowl and the new A Really Good Fish Bowl. All excellent! Highly recommend!

Just had what might be the best sandwich of my life at the Urbane Cafe in Arroyo Grande California. It was hard to choose from the menu but Phillip the manager graciously took the time to advise me as it was our first time here. I had the Southwest sandwich and was not disappointed. It was the perfect blend of ingredients and seasonings. I was also happy to see that it came with a small green side salad —- so much better than chips. We are going to try to come back before we have to leave California.

As a family, we really enjoy eating here. The food is fresh and has a great flavor. And the service is friendly and on point (which is unique for a quick serve restaurant.) Every time we are in town and want a quick, healthy bite to eat, we stop here. I highly recommend this location.

Went to Panera at 8:40 (20 minutes before closing) and they ignored us on the drive thru so we around and they turned off all lights and locked the door when we went around. Pulled into Urbane cafe and they were very polite and welcoming even though they were about to close. The workers offered to make us more bread even though they were close to closing. We appreciated the atmosphere and welcoming environment. We will be coming back. Thank you for hiring such positive and hard working people. Much appreciated.

I went in to order the special that they have on right now and was told that I could only get it if I ordered it online. I feel like that is a form of discrimination because I have a lot of elderly friends who do not know how to order anything online so they can take advantage of your specials. I did order something regular price and I enjoyed it very much but I think that your specials online only is totally unfair for a large segment of the population.

There was a huge insect in my salad. I am vegetarian by the way. The standards are very bad. And the insect was dead..... how is this even regulated and permitted? The staff wasn't even considerate or felt sorry about it.
