Delicious pizza and very good service! I called Eli to get pizza delivered, he agreed to send out for delivery despite my being a few miles out. Very nice staff and delivery guy. He also did something very kind to make sure the delivery guy got the full tip, which was very appreciated. And the pizza? Wow! Got the pie with half/half Bella Donna and White Baby Spinach, Eli added some mushrooms to the latter...both were incredible! Yummy and not too heavy. Highly recommend for delish pies and very good service. Will be back!

Fantastic place for authentic New York pizza. Crispy crust, delicious sauce, perfect amount of cheese. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the music was really good and at the perfect volume for a conversation. I’m definitely coming back.

Pretty little pizza place to take away or dine in. Delicious veggie pizza with lots of fresh veggies on top of a white sauce base. Amazing pesto, marinara and ricotta slices. Crispy thin bottom. We come here often. Highly recommend.

This place has great food, the problem is their service. I ordered online and the first time they didn't send the wings, then I ordered the same thing a few minutes later and instead of BBQ wings, they sent spicy wings. I had to throw them away. I can't eat spicy food. They should pay more attention to the orders and make sure they are correct before sending them.

After going through all the reviews and photos, everything looked great. I’m one to really look into a place and do my research before ordering. Really confused by what I received. It was simply not good at all and didn’t resemble any other photos I saw of their pizza. Ordered chicken parm pizza and it was hardened cheese on the dough with no sauce at all, then they put chicken on it and added random spots of sauce. End result was a very dry, tough, tasteless pizza. It was cold too but I can’t blame them as that could have been uber eats fault. I’ve added a photo so you can see for yourself. Was a real letdown, especially for NYC.

Ordered yesterday I understand the snowing made deliveries slower but not 2.5hours wait on a pizza..tried to call the store like 5times to get an update on my order no one answered by the time the pizza was delivered it was ice cold let alone the box was covered with snow 😂…so yes they might be good on a regular day but hey if you deliver during snow storm I still expect quality otherwise just stay close as most of the stores did

I only ordered from here because the chicken parm on their menu looked really good. I received a sad roll with diced up chicken (leftover from what they’d put on a pizza and not even cutlets). The pinwheels weren’t cooked all the way through and the slice was the worst in NYC!

I am still in shock what i was served as they called pasta rigatoni with vodka sauce and grilled chicken.I never received worse pasta in my life.This could not be called pasta.Its unbelievable what I get.Photo will show you everything.

I paid $25 for this pizza and it’s unacceptable. Every slice was burnt black on the bottom, not just crispy, but completely charred and inedible. On top of that, it’s obvious they didn’t even make a fresh pie. Instead of a hot, properly cooked pizza, I got old slices thrown back in the oven until they were ruined. This isn’t just bad pizza , it’s careless and disrespectful to customers. If this is what Bella Donna Pizza thinks is worth $25, save your money and go anywhere else. Queens has plenty of places that actually serve fresh pizza instead of reheated garbage. Never again

I live a block away from this restaurant and this has by far been the WORST service in delivery, phone call and execution on the pizza. First of all, the person who answered the call was impatient and also did not understand English very well. The language barrier was understandable but the choices of words used weren’t ideal. I simply asked for recommendations to buy another pizza but I just ended up with one to keep the conversation short due to the staff’s lack of knowledge on the place he is currently employed at. As you can see the box did not make it out with care, making the pizza to be folded everywhere because the pizza itself was very oily, soggy and undercooked. The box was leaking with oil in the corner, the toppings of half the pizza fell off. The taste, it was salty. Simply too salty, you can find the saltiness of the pizza slices elsewhere on the reviews by actual people too. Plus the integrity of the ingredients ratio was off, the toppings just slide off. It’s like I just paid to eat someone else’s trash. I don’t usually get Hawaiian which is why I wanted to order another but I’m glad I didn’t. The pineapples were really just straight out of the can, probably added after the pizza was cooked because it wasn’t just oily, it was also wet on the surface that is separated from the oil. I’m really surprised and disappointed with how much review and rating this place has. Don’t be fooled by the ratings and good reviews on this, it really isn’t worth even trying.
