Had chicken biscuit with fries. Food was good and was especially happy fries were fresh and hot. Was busy but seated and served fast. Would definitely stop by again if ever in the area.

Patient, attentive, friendly service. The food and drinks arrived in a short time. The savory food was very good, generous filling portions. The pancakes were alright, fluffy and thick. Could have been a bit more flavorful. Usually, there are 4 choices of syrup, there was only 1, standard. The drinks were good, the cold brew ice coffee was ok, had a kick to it, perhaps bitterness, overtaking the coffeeness one would expect. Could have brown/turbinado sugar as sweetener choice. Clean, spacious sitting area, bathroom well kept. A good spot in the area to take the family for brunch. Have been there before, will come back again.

This place is less than 3 years old. Its spacious compared to some locations. We started going there last year for dinner. Ihop is well know for their yummy breakfasts but we going for dinner. Every Tuesday is senior day from 4 to 9 pm. They have selected menu for 50% off. My husband almost tried everything in the menu but he likes the most the Steak tips and Salisbury steak. I usually ordered the salmon with medley rice and broccoli. We ordered appetizers tender chicken and sometimes mozzarella sticks. If you join their reward you will get free stack when you reached point required. We always take out our reward. Download the apps and sign up. And by the way the waiter here is very nice and his name is Jorge❤️

Ihop is so slept on for breakfast. I feel like the quality of this place depends on how busy it is and staffing. Went here for new years and they had like one waiter bussing a ton of tables. Food came out relatively in a good pace but man , you can just tell it needed alittle bit more love . The French toast could have been alittle crisper. The side of fries could have been in the frier alittle longer. The burrito had all the quintessential breakfast ingredients but felt rushed

Food is good except my NY cheesecakes had a very bad taste i couldn't eat them. Regular buttermilk were good as always. However if your looking for good service this place is deff not it. There was only about 4 tables when I came and our server was very nice but hardly ever came to our table we had to flag him down. Took long to even take our orders. Not sure if I would really come back I don't take any time soon.

I used to go to another location but that location close dawn. I was so sad because that location has a parking lot. This location is street parking and super hard to find parking. The service is just ok, not too impressed and my waitress forgot my order. The place is pretty busy but lack of organized and not pay attention to customers. Waffle with buffalo wing is too oily and very salty. Poached egg is good and has many options to choose. Good thing of IHOP is the verities of food and big space that can host a big party. I wish the location have parking lot; it will be more convenient.

I heard good things about this place, but my experience was 'meh.' The portion size of the salmon was very small and I found the big steak omelette to be bland. The Nashville hot chicken waffles, however, was a saving grace for my wife. The service was just horrid. We had to go and call for somebody everytime because there was nobody around to take our orders or even bring our bill.

To be honest IHOP pancakes are trash 😂 They taste like cardboard and filler with a splash of vanilla 🤷‍♂️ Besides the fact they need to change they name to iHOB the breakfast eggs dishes are spot on. The orange juice was the highlight of this establishment. Staff is very friendly and kind but not the best to be honest. Our server actually never gave us water or returned to give us our check, but he was very nice. Would I return? Yes would I order pancakes from this House of Pancakes? No! Not even if I entered Stoned 😂. Just terrible. I didn’t even take a picture of the chocolate pancake the kid had because it was terrible 😢. So for all the people knew to this place…Order eggs lol

The food was cold, the eggs benedict were overcooked. The strawberry banana pancakes had entirely too much of the sweetest syrup on it and the eggs in my sampler need a lot of salt. The has browns were burnt. The waiter was non existent.

Terrible servers. Very unprofessional and atmosphere very dirty. My daughter and her friends went in very happy for national pancake day just to leave with a horrible experience. Aya claims she couldn’t split 5 ways towards my daughter and her friends and that it could’ve been split only 2 ways at most. Then my daughter’s friend says last time they came they were able to split 3 ways. They’re children by the way and they planned to all split the cost by the items they had eaten. Aya gave an attitude towards the young minors. This is the worst experience for a young child. Workers are very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Our last experience at IHOP was unacceptable. The food arrived cold, practically frozen. The Eggs Benedict clearly did not seem freshly prepared it felt like it had been taken straight from the freezer and served as-is. The service was rude, impatient, and completely unprofessional when we raised a legitimate concern. Even after requesting a replacement, the food came back in even worse condition. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this location and will not be returning.

Our server Brigitte was very rude and spoke to us in a condescending way. She even brought the check and started rushing us out without us asking for it — even though the restaurant had plenty of empty tables and it wasn’t close to closing time. My friend was visiting New York for the first time and was so excited to try IHOP, but the experience was really disappointing. Frozen strawberries on French toast? Really? 🤮

Very sad 😔 I went in excited and left disappointed. Rushed due to shift change; my entire order appetizers and main course came out at the same time. My kids were even surprised 😮 we felt rushed. When I asked why did you put in my meals we haven't finished with the appetizer, he shrugged and said sorry; the kitchen is fast then stuffed the plates on the table, and walked away. I had to get up and grab ketchup and sugar from another table. WHAT'S THE WORST PART!!! It was 330pm on a Sunday, the restaurant was empty. Why IHOP?? Train your servers.. I won't be back to Astoria.. The ladies at IHOP Junction Blvd are super sweet and attentive..

I was here today and everything was so disappointing: 1.-server took so long to take the order 2.- The server didn’t asked for the temperature of the T bone 3.- Our food took 36 minutes and the server never got close to our table to let us know what’s going on. 4.- Food use to be better, today my T bone steak was cooked like a shoe sole and my liquid eggs dry and with no flavor. 5.- The person who cleans the tables grabs dirty dishes from one table to another with the same grime gloves. The food and service used to be good here however with the experience that I had today I will never comeback there.

One of the worst experiences I ever had , specially at this location, This was our weekend spot since they opened. Walter and Jorge (servers) best customer service ever, always thrive to provide a great experience. Today, I ordered a sirloin’s tip steak I almost got ground meat served, over cooked when I clearly order medium well. When I told our server I was not pleased with the plate, her attitude was a bit aggressive wanting an explanation about why I would not eat the food, also getting at me with … I need a reason in order to tell my manager . Manager indeed was at some point “understanding” about the situation. She proceed to placed a new order which came to the table even worst, burnt at some point . I’m sorry IHOP but your food is not matching your prices.
