The only place I would literally get pizza from again and again. They make the best chicken and avocado flatbread pizza, I would come here once or twice a week. They also have a ton of sandwich options but I just prefer the flatbread pizza. Highly recommend!

Super tasty sandwiches here at this location. I have frequented this establishment on numerous occasions while I have been traveling for work in Athens. Let me just say everything I have ordered has been on par from these gals and guys. The veggie sandwich was awesome which is hard to say for most restaurants. Their pita barbecue flatbread was also out of this world. And today I tried their “the original” sandwich and it is definitely gonna be a usual choice for me going forward. The ingredient’s used for these sandwiches are definitely good quality and everything tastes fresh. Also tried there Cinnabon’s here and of course those are always banging.

The customer service was good. The food was ok to me the bread was hard and flavorless. I also felt like I didn’t get a good value for my money. I tired the pizza with my husband and the avocado turkey sandwich.

First time ever getting anything from here. It’s ok. The sandwich looks like a toddler put it together to be honestly. Soup is ok. Not even close to be worth the price. It’s a shame because I work in walking distance and am looking for a lunch spot… I guess this won’t be it.

I wish I could say that this was a positive meal experience, and I know that we're still deep in a pandemic, and I KNOW that good help is hard to find, and, in truth, I gave an extra star because I know the owners, BUT this is just... really poor. Not even close to a correct order - NEVERMIND even looking close to the picture in the website - I may have decades of quick-serve experience, but even the newest of any of my employees from any of those decades should be embarrassed to send this to a customer. Do I expect perfection? No, I'm not Michael Douglas (ask your parents) but I DO expect correct.

The Greek salad was a joke. There were 5 very very small chicken pieces. Two tomatoes pieces half the size of a penny. The rest was lettuce. Never again!! A waste of money.

I came in to eat with my service dog. I usually go to the drive thru but it was 100° outside so we went in to eat. I was told by the cashier that I had to eat outside because I had my dog with me and they don't allow pets in the restaurant. I explained that he was a service animal, not a pet. She said that it didn't matter because they serve food. I asked for the manager, a younger gentleman. He told me the same thing. I could not bring my service dog in the restaurant. He finally called the owners and they told him that I was allowed into the restaurant. He was still rude to me. After that I did not eat there. I went to Chick-fil-A across the street with no problems. I will not be going back to Schlotzskys again

This restaurant has spiraled down in quality. Today we ordered 3 sandwiches. They had brown lettuce and over-ripe tomatoes, tasted horrible. The flavor of the sliced meats was low-quality horrible. The bread doesn't have the same texture and good flavor it once had. We scraped off the toppings and managed to eat one and a half of the three sandwiches then threw the rest in the garbage.

Bill was over $60 for 4 people. The cashier was rude. She rolled her eyes because my 15 year old was taking too long ordering. Then she was shocked when I didn’t add a tip. The food was just ok. I was the only who liked my sandwich and could finish it.

Dear Schlotzsky’s Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed at your Alps Road location. I ordered a supreme pizza, expecting the full array of ingredients as described on your menu. However, upon arriving home and opening the box, I discovered that the pizza only had pepperoni and sausage on it—none of the vegetables that are supposed to be included were present. There was only a tiny sliver of green pepper visible on the pizza. I’ve attached a photo for reference, showing what was placed in the box. I would appreciate it if you could address this issue and let me know how it can be resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
