Employee at the front was very kind. She made sure we were taken care of and we even got checked on while we dined! It may be fast food but it definitely felt more like a restaurant than anywhere else we’ve got for a quick bite. My kids enjoyed their meals and the cookies were perfect to keep them happy!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but What a Burger blew me away. From the moment I took my first bite, I knew this place was something special. The burger was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and stacked with fresh toppings. The bun? Soft, slightly toasted, and held everything together like a champ. The flavor combination was just right – savory, cheesy, with just the right kick from the sauce. You can tell they care about quality here. The fries were golden and crispy, and the milkshake was the cherry on top (literally). The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the place had a laid-back, welcoming vibe. Honestly, this was one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be back for sure – again and again. If you’re even thinking about trying What a Burger, stop thinking and GO. You won’t regret it.

The double Whataburger Jr was delicious...especially after I added a little ketchup and mayo!! I was already getting full after I ate just half of it, but it was so good that I ended up eating every bite! 😂 Staff was very friendly and offered me suggestions when I asked what was good. My friend got the full size double, boneless wings and a strawberry shake...hers was really good, too! (The milkshake and salty fry combo...🤌) Will definitely be back soon!

The establishment was clean, service appropriate. It was lunch time so we waited approximately 10 minutes. But the wait was worth it. Burgers and fries fresh and hot. The double was a lot to finish for one person. Therefore, two people could probably split a triple burger. The spicy ketchup was flavorful, not too spicy. The wrapping is tight, making burgers look a little flat, no big complaint about that. I would recommend this establishment.

I was passing through on my way back home to metro ATL. I was greeted before I fully stepped inside. The young man was patient as I finally decided on just a large order of onion rings b/c they are simply the best. The restroom was clean, & by the time I returned, my order only required 1 more minute to wait. Fresh, hot onion rings with great service. I won't hesitate to return if I'm up there again.

Florida Jeep Rides

We Jeep and find trails all over the southeast. Whenever we find a Whataburger it is a must stop. We don't have them down in Central Florida so it was a pleasure to come in and get one of my favorite hamburgers. Fun memories of growing up in Tallahassee and having one of these just off Highway 90 on the west side of town. There's still one down there but in a new location. Thank you guys as usual you did a great job.

My first time to try Whataburger. Their signature burger tasted great with fresh vegetables and juicy patty. But they used mustard rather than ketchup as the sauce. This store was clean with booths and a great self-serve station. The service was a little slow and WiFi was not available.

Service was A+ Food was just ok. I think maybe because it look like it was a new location, so sometime it takes a little time to get established. Still the young man that took my order and brought me my food was courteous, respectful and pleasant. Because of him I would go back to try it again.

Granted, I went to eat around 10:30, but damn. The kiosk was annoying to use, no one at the counter. No table number cards to assign to yourself. Ordered 2 burgers, and a large fry and large drink. Took close to 20 minutes to get my food. The fries were old, you can tell they were reheated. Burgers were okay, smashed down to perfection. While dining there, I got to experience the incompetence of the staff, as another customer ordered a patty melt with chopped onions. She and her man waited 15 minutes as well, only to be served a "burnt burger with no onions". When the problem was brought up to the staff, they followed the usual course of action by saying they'll remake it, and sorry for the inconvenience. However, the second time, it came out wrong, IDENTICALLY like the first time. Girl must've had a hard day, because she sighed heavily and began to sob angrily when she saw the burger. The man went up to discuss the concerns of consistent issues. After some lengthy discussion, the customers were assured the melt would be done right. And, third time's the charm, it was. Maybe it'll be different during the day, but the whole night staff did not seem to be there. But if you wanna be ignored by everyone, go at night, it's quiet, and the only time you see staff, is when they go on breaks or bring your food. Otherwise, they're in the back.

Slowest drive thru on earth. Spent over 20 minutes waiting at the speaker for somebody to take our order and another 45 to get our food, with 1 car in front of us. This place needs a serious management change.

Burger wasn’t made right! And they refused to make Unsweet tea for my online order! Usually have a good experience but this one erased all that! Unsweet tea is literally just a tea bag and water and your customer requested it and you refused to accommodate them! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The few times I have went here the service was terrible. I stood there for nearly 15 minutes waiting for someone to come to the counter and they aren't good about getting to you quickly. The food is mediocre at best and takes a while to come out.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place. We live in NC where there is a local (and much better) What-a-Burger chain of restaurants. The problems I had here was 1) with the guy at the drive through window. Every time I am asked to pull forward, I ask what am I waiting on and is the car behind me waiting on the same thing. His reply was that I was waiting on my food, not some particualr item, just my food. Like I forgot why I was there. So I told him, I would just wait right where I was. He then said, that's fine, I will just go get my manager. That was cool with me. The manager never came over, but he came back less than a minute later with my food. So you see, there was no reason for me to pull up anyway. But here is where I had my second problem, 2) the food. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger, with no lettuce or tomato, but they also did not put any bacon on it. I mean really? That is what I ordered. Had gotten too far down the highway to turn around. Also the onion rings where over cooked, some burnt, very thin slices of onion. My wife's fries were not fresh and had no salt on them at all, and her chicken tenders were more breading than chicken. Overall for the $21 bucks I paid, we feel extremely ripped off for what we got, and on top had to deal with some kid's rotten attitude. This was the first AND last time we will ever darken the doorstep of the Texas chain of Wataburger. You can take that to your manager too, if you want.

This was my 1st and last trip to this restaurant. All the hype I've heard was wrong. This was the nastiest, worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. After ordering with Mr personality, we finally got our food and my burger was dang near raw in the middle....my wife's was done but mine was no where near it.....the restaurant was nasty inside. I will never be back to this particular restaurant.
