My family chose to eat here while traveling through Athens. It was a nice visit! I ordered the French dip sandwich with fresh fruit. It tasted great! If anything, the au jus sauce was room temperature but had a great taste. The dining area was constantly being cleaned during our visit. The bathroom was also nice and clean. Great place to eat!

This place is great! Been here multiple times and the food is always great, the staff is awesome. They messed up my soup one time and I wasn't going to say anything because I like all of the soups so I started eating my other food and as we were eating, they came up and said they remembered they made a mistake and brought me the other soup as well!!

I’m a frequent customer and can’t say enough good things about this location. The food is always great and the staff is genuinely kind. I usually use the drive-thru, but in the past when I went inside to use an in-store coupon, the team was super helpful. Today they forgot my salad dressing and immediately made it right with a free brownie, which honestly pushed me to finally leave a review. They truly care about their food and their customers. Highly recommend! See y’all next week!

I couldn’t have asked for better service! The staff were super nice and quick! The food was great! Very clean atmosphere. One of the best McAlister’s I’ve ever been to.

Great overall. Interior styling is nice mix or rustic and modern. I had the Jalapeño Sandwich. It was good. Also my side was the potato salad it alright. Service is great. Interior was also clean.

This was not my first meal here. My first meal I was not at all impressed with. However I ate at a metro diner in Charlotte, NC that swept me off my feet. Looking for a sandwich online like that one lead me back to McAlister's. I am so happy I took the chance. This is the best club sandwich I have had at a deli style restaurant in Athens. The quality of the ham and turkey is phenomenal. It did not disappoint! I will return going forward.

Customer service was the most memorable thing on this day as I as not feeling the best that day and the lady behind the counter, Kayla went above and beyond to help me with my selections. It was my first time eating at this establishment. I’ll be back soon.

Place is clean, food was decent, but it was my 1st time there and little to no help in asking questions about my choices I was considering. Staff was more interested in me signing up for points and getting a free tea. Sandwich was a smokey pepperjack turkey. Was disappointed in soup choices as well.

The food here is a awesome and I wish I could give a better rating. When ordering online they ALWAYS forget items in order. French Dip is amazing but you know what isn't; a French Dip without Au Ju.

Food is really good when they actually get your order right. Been here a few times now and only once have they ever gotten my order completely right despite usually being the only person in there.

Two “pick twos” and two fountain drinks ran us $37. This was the size of each of our portions. The soup tasted canned and was very watery. Could not recommend a more disappointing place for lunch if you want a sad, extremely over priced meal.

It took over 35 minutes to get our 3 sandwiches when dining in! There were maybe 3-4 other customers in the place so they were NOT busy by any means and their customer service was not up to par. They seemed to get aggravated when we asked about our food after 30 mins of us waiting and no communication or service. After FINALLY getting our food (that was lazily thrown together and missing soup), there were also no pickles which comes with each sandwich meal…we ask about the pickles and they tell us they were out of them…which could’ve been stated when we ordered. We have dined at Mcalister Deli’s in the past and they were great! This one, is severely lacking in a lot of areas and needs major improvement.

Well, a few minutes turned into 25 minute wait for take out. We ordered at 5:56 and got our food at 6:32. The only great part of my wrap meal was the chips. Won’t be going back.

Hi I walked in today and was gonna eat but as soon as I placed my order some bigger black guy asked me to come sit and chat with him.. he looked me up and down multiple times and made me feel very uncomfortable and the way he talks to his employees that are women is disgusting and inappropriate truth be told something needs to be done about him cause if I come in there and he does that again I’ll call the police for harassment because it’s supposed to be a nice chill environment and he made it feel weird and harassment filled…. He even told one of my friends something very bad one day I ordered for there but took it to go
