Placed an order which I waited on for 45 minutes and was never received. When I called for an update I was told the pizza was delivered to wrong person and hung up on. I had to call back to see if they were planning on redelivering or refunding me because they never called or told me. It’s fine not being able to remake the pizza close to closing but giving me no information about the status of my charge or dinner and being hung up on is just poor customer service. Boooooooo

Fire this staff immediately. Just lazy and incompetent. Disgusting. Never tipping before I get anything anymore. Also, one of your drivers asked for a tip. Extremely unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars I would ! This has to have been the worst experience at a pizza restaurant I have ever experienced in my life! I ordered a pizza it took over an hour to get to my location. I called to check the status I was talk down to , disrespected , and hung up on. I called back to speak with a manager and from the tone of his voice he already knew what this is was in reference to ….instead of giving me the employee‘s name, he told me that due to privacy he couldn’t release information, an being someone who used to work in customer service I can completely understand that ! but how dare you allow someone to treat a paying customer like Trash? I already contacted corporate. I’ve already handled this with my bank. I will not pay for food or service when it comes with that much attitude and that much disrespect! So people if you’re gonna deliver pizza in Athens, Georgia, do not go to the Baxter Street location. The management team doesn’t care and the employees are on something or they just really hate their jobs and whichever one it is, they need to find something safe to do… oh and not to mention when my food actually did get here the pizza had no sauce and the chicken was burnt. Do better Domino’s.!

Placed order at 6:24 p.m for delivery. Didn't receive my order til 8:44 p.m. Food was cold, didnt get part of my order, and the dressing that was supposed to come with a salad was warm like as if it sat out of a fridgefor awhile. Tried to call the store numerous times to cancel order but couldn't get a hold of anyone. I probably won't get a credit for the missing salad either. However, delivery driver was nice and courteous about the issue. Hopefully they pull through with my credit on missing item.

I was really disappointed with my order from Domino’s. The pizza was dry and burnt, and the breadsticks were overcooked, greasy, and not enjoyable at all. Definitely not the quality I expected.

I ordered a pizza online, the domino's tracker eventually informed me that my pizza was ready for pickup. I arrive 15 minutes later and the door was locked. I told them I ordered a pizza, they said they would bring it out to me. They brought me the pizza. I got home, opened the box and the pizza was burned! The ground beef was hard as rock! They didn't even finish slicing the pizza! Barely any sauce! Picture included! Never again! The one located next to big lots is best!

It’s June 2025, 97% of UGA students are gone from campus, lessening the traffic and volume of orders. Took 1 hour 48 minutes to get 2, 2 topping pizzas. It sat in the store, according to the tracker for quality control, for 1 hour 10 minutes. Driver got lost, wouldn’t answer phone to assist with directions for delivery. Location is 5 miles from store. Both pizzas less than room temp. If I could give negative stars I would. Pizzas are bland, not much cheese and being room temp didn’t help. This location is in need of a lot of remedial training. Every order is just like today’s episode. 2nd verse, same as the first. Lesson learned, I’ll order elsewhere.

I order 5 pizzas( 3 pepperonis and two meatzza pizza) it was so terrible I will never order pizza from 396 Baxter st again..... I would recommend anybody in the Athens area to go to the Lexington Rd. Spot because they are the GOAT!!!!! And when I got in the store the worker were laying and sitting down....

Placed a delivery order at 8:39pm, waited until 9:37pm for my order but then I called to ask if it was still coming. The employee said that the store was at full capacity and he was sorry. I was hungry so I offered to come pick it up myself. He said that was okay so I went to carryout my order at 10:20 in the freezing cold. By the time I got back the food was cold to the touch from the journey and not tasty. I also paid for delivery and a tip but ended carrying out the order myself. I would like a refund on the delivery fee and tip!

The app tracker wasn’t working, and when I called the store(just to make sure my order was even on the way) the employee answered the phone complaining about the amount of calls coming in. I understand being overwhelmed and frustrated, but the tone and words were not necessary. The employee did not let me talk at all on the phone, continued to rant about the situation, and hung up before I could ask any questions. All I wanted to know was if my pizza was still coming. It had been over an hour. I never leave reviews, but her attitude turned me away.

Used to be fine. Now they’re rude and the food is bad tasting. The last delivery was so bad it was virtually inedible. They laughed when I called to complain, said they’d send another which never came.
