They always treat me well and have my order ready on time. Sometimes my order gets delayed but I don't mind they give me a free drink or order of bread sticks for being patient and waiting. I appreciate all you do to keep me satisfied and happy with my experience. 🍕😋🍕😊❤️

I was leaving target when my kids asked for Pizza Hut. It did sound good so I googled the nearest Pizza Hut and low and behold I was shocked a dine in one still existed! We went in with low expectations but the pizza was very hot and fresh and I appreciatedthe great customer service. They had a few arcade games and they were even playing Disney movies. The people working were so kind when the movie ended and my daughter asked if they would play frozen. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you.

I was really hesitant to call and order for a pizza given the prior reviews but I'm glad I did. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The person on the phone was very nice, the order was completed quickly and when I arrived to pick up, all the employees were courteous and pleasant. Whatever problems this store may have had apparently is in the past. I will not hesitate to visit again. Thank you!

I ordered online. Pizza was ready and hot when I got there. Good amount of topping. I wish the large pizza wasn't so small now 😭 it used to be a meal but they have to keep the price low. New employee was very nice and asked someone when she didn't have my answer. I love that!

The pizza is really good and all BUT I got something to say PLEASE i ask PLEASE cut the pizza right next time. Everytome I get my pizza from here I end up messing up the slices when I'm on the go so PLEASE I ask cut the pizzas right!! Thanks you.

No napkins, cheese or red pepper flakes offered or included in the "to go" order. This was being taken to my workers in the field, so would have been nice.

Just to make sure the food arrives on time. If late, offer a free drink or discount on the next purchase.

Ive would of enjoyed more veg in my 🍕. More meats on meat 🍕 A little dry.

I ordered a personal cheese pan pizza. Didn't want to spend a lot of money. I could add more ingredients for a cost. The next size is a medium at a cost of about $16 and there was a large pizza special for about $17. I was walking by myself, didn't want to walk around with a pizza. I was going to a sports bar after; I just needed a snack and didn't want to stuff myself. Pizza was delicious, I settled for the personal cheese pizza, because that is all that was on the menu, at that size and low price. Service was good, pizza was delivered to my table in about 15 minutes. Atmosphere is very very basic. I don't remember seeing any pictures. An NFL game was playing on one TV; the other TV had a kids program. There was no garbage containers, I left my garbage on the counter. I don't think they have many dine in customers. I like Pizza Hut because the prices are lower than other pizza restaurants in the area. I will probably return.

The pizza, breadsticks and cinnamon rolls were cold. The pizza crust tasted like plain flour and water, no taste, really. Bake them fresh and add a little salt.

How sad it is. No soda fountain, hardly any service. I guess my review is a little skewed as I worked at Pizza Hut a long time ago and remember the quality of the food and standard of service. Now the standards are lower. What a shame.

Sad to say but it's the last time I'll ever go back. The pizza wasn't fully cooked, wings were so salty that only 1 of 3 kids ate them. The only reason for 2 stars is that the employees were very kind.

Not the same pizzahut that I remember. Pizza was stale, a bit warm (not hot) and more expensive than its competitors. I would rather stick with Dominoes.

I do not recommend this Pizza Hut. I ordered the veggie lovers pizza and it had hair in it that you can tell it was melted and cooked inside the pizza. 👎👎

Don't order online if they if they send the wrong pizza. They will do nothing to compensate. I order one order of pizza and didn't get my pepperoni pizza so I ordered another one paid for both got two cheese and no pepperoni. Called them they said since you order online there is nothing we can do so don't use the app.

I was very dissatisfied with my visit to this location, while trying to pick up our order we kept getting sent to an apartment from the address given, after calling I was told that the address was not accurate and was always an issue! After finally arriving over 40 minutes later, the associate was not compassionate to our trouble getting there at all, didn’t try to compensate us in any way didn’t even apologize, she even had an attitude towards us, which was appalling! Would not recommend this location ever!

If you order the same type of pizza repeatedly and they mess it up, its a stupid move. More so even after they messed up the first order, when you finally step out and try something new. To argue with a customer is not how a manager should behave. Need to be retrained. Its in your system of what we always order people. Will be reporting to someone above you.

Earlier this week we ordered a big boxed meal for our family. We decided to get two pizzas breadsticks and chicken alfredo pasta. The breadsticks were hard and had no flavor and the chicken alfredo was soggy with no flavor. Pizza was ok but little Caesars is better and that's crazy. I don't think I will ever order from them again. Their service has gone down tremendously in the last few years.

I ordered the Chicago Tavern Pie. When I asked the employee more details on how the pie was she didn’t know anything about it or if they even made it. I pulled it up on my phone, then she found it. When it came out she handed me the pie (large) it was so light I opened the box not believing there was even a pizza in the box. It was paper thin and extremely over cooked. Both employees seen what I seen and no body offered to make a new one or do anything to fix it. I wish I would have thought to take a picture of it. I brought it home and it barely being enough food for 2 people no one wanted to eat it just looking at it. So I threw it out. Extremely disappointed!

I ordered a pizza for delivery and they just left it on the front porch. Didn’t knock, didn’t call. I just happened to go take the trash and seen it there and the neighborhood cats already got to it. I called and asked why they just left it there and they literally LIED and said they called numerous times. Mind you I’m sitting in the living room all evening with my phone , I didn’t not receive a call or knock. I told them I want a new a pizza and I will come to get it. They insisted they would re deliver it and DID NOT want me to come and get it. I kept telling them I would come get it and they kept telling me no. It was a ridiculous experience, I don’t know if the driver had a bad day or what but this was unacceptable service.

Horrible service, the place is a wreck inside. They need to teach customer service to their employees. Idk if not dealing with dine in for such a long time had anything to do with it but there was not one friendly person in that restaurant. Thank Goodness the pizza was good. That's why they get one star
