This was our first visit here. The food and service were both great. The atmosphere was fun and the game room reminded of pizza places when I was a kid. Addie took care of us and she was fabulous!

I hosted my Daughter's 11th birthday party here and it was a hit! the party room is the best in town! I loved it because it's in the back separate from public with plenty of tables and chairs, a HUGE TV, and even a private arcade area! The staff was absolutely incredible and attentive! The salad bar was fresh, the pizza was delicious and I highly recommend it for a party or get together! Thank you Pizza factory Auburn for an incredible experience!!

Customer service amazing, treated like family. The salad is always fresh amazing choice of greens. Pizza absolutely delicious. I’m a local trucker, and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. If you’re reading this you definitely need to try. The lunch buffet is my go to. Inexpensive and healthy.

Went in first time with family and came away happy. Great food: The pizza, wings and as I'm told, the salad was very good. I usually don't eat as much pizza as I did. It was that good! Great service: The staff is very courteous and helpful as we had small children with us and made us feel comfy! It's a big place with a bar area that they said they'd be making operational very soon. Great to have this hidden gem of a place in the neighborhood and we will be back!

We are new to the neighborhood, after a full day of moving in, our thought was to order dinner to go. Pizza factory was close and didn't disappoint. Combo Pizza was excellent, crust had just enough crunch as well as sauce. Girl behind the counter was very welcoming. We will be ordering from Pizza Factory again.

Staff greeting with a warm, friendly smile that makes you feel right at home. As they say: Fresh, Signature, Real, and Awesome in everything they do. It was like the perfect way to warm up and refuel after a day of snowy adventures.

I haven't had such excellent service in so long now, It seems like its hard to find in today's generation when it comes to the service industry. (Think his name is.?) George was patient, not annoyed and actually provided options, ideas and recommendations for what i should order instead of just wanting me to hurry up and order. Its nice to come to a place where it feels they care and are human. 5 stars and and not just saying this. Their ingredients literally remind me and my friend of what toppings used to taste like when we grew up. You dont find this anymore as often. Definitely recommended! Wish I lived closer, I would make you guys my pizza place!

The mini pizza was delicious. The lady with blonde hair knows American Sign Language. I was so happy that I could sign to her to order pizza and a drink. She was so sweet and friendly. I’ll definitely go there again the next time I visit Auburn. 😊

I had an absolutely superb experience here. The pizza was phenomenal. It checked EVERY box. Tasty sauce that they didn’t hold back with. Real cheese. Small, thin pepperoni that crisped up beautifully and was placed all the way to the edge. Really good crust that wasn’t too thick or too thin. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time. Also, one of the associates was sooo kind. He came out and asked brought my dog water and offered to bring her bacon! Which I totally took him up on. This place rules and you won’t regret going

Always love a good pizza buffet lunch, and wasn't disappointed here. Came on a Friday afternoon about 12pm and at first was a little hesitant as there was only one pizza and cheesebread out. However, Alexis right away asked which pizza we'd like and about 25 minutes later (after getting a salad) there were about 6 delicious pizzas out. Finished off with cinnamon dessert pizza. Alexis was very engaging and made it a great experience.

We stopped in for their lunch buffet, what a deal! Nice salad bar, everything nice and cold and fresh! The piping hot pizza kept coming out, even though we arrived at 1:30 and the buffet ended at 2pm. They even asked us if we wanted anything made up. We each chose something and it came out fresh and hot. All so good! They also served hot dessert pizza, cinnamon and sugar.

We have been wanting to try this place since they opened and finally made it for the lunch buffet. All the pizzas that were put out were top notch, my wife and I liked them all. The salad bar was good too. The person working the front, Alexis, was very friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. Alexis also has an incredible football history knowledge. Another plus was the burger place that's attached and part of the operation. The next time we come back will probably be with the grandkids and I'll try a burger. That was also a nice looking place.
