Our waiter was great! Just went in for the $5 pizookie and it came out super quick. Got the cookies and cream one. Could’ve went a little lighter on the cream, but still satisfied my sweet tooth. Waiter messed up our bill but quickly corrected it when we pointed it out and was so polite! Will be returning.

I stopped into BJ’s tonight for some dinner. What a pleasant surprise when I sat at the bar and I had Katie for my bartender. She was friendly knowledgeable and cute. Everything you want in the bartender she made my single dinner alone at the bar very enjoyable experience. If you’re on this side of Aurora and you’re near BJ’s go on in Katie I’ll take care of it. She was great.

Who doesn’t love BJ’s? I’d be lying if I said i didn’t get why they’re the 12th largest sit down chain restaurant in the United States. I thought the service was great even though it was slow but that wasn’t our servers fault. Tried three of their beers and they were all pretty good, were any of them amazing? No. But for a chain restaurant that didn’t have Fat Tire on tap, it was good. The only downside was the Buffalo chicken pizza. Truly awful. Are one bite and called it good. Probably my fault though, saw Buffalo chicken and ordered it, then after I took a bite realized they put bbq sauce on a Buffalo chicken pizza. But, the great service, beer selection and clean bathrooms for a quick selfie outweigh the awful Buffalo chicken choice.

Delicious. We came with the family on Monday and they had 1/2 off pizzas on Mondays. They were so delicious it pretty much disappeared. Chill environment, friendly staff, and fair price. For the two pizzas, beer, and a drink we paid 36 dollars.

Fantastic customer service very friendly. We came in at 11 am. right at the start of lunch, so zero wait time. The drink I got was beyond disappointing titos lavender lemonade. It was undrinkable. Besides that, the food was all good and made correctly.

Sign up for their rewards before going for free desert. Came in on Monday evening to check out the latest $13 menu with a Pazooki and $5 beers!! Also, Monday is Half OFF any of their Large Pizzas!! Food was good. They do have many selections to choose from, both food and drinks. Service by Katie was great, she was extremely nice, and very tentative! We ordered our desert to go. I recommend going to try out the specials!

Our food was absolutely incredible. We came back a second night being from out of town we loved it that much. I got the ribeye the first night with sweet potato fries and veggies... out of this world. Best ribeye I've ever had and I'm a steak foodie lol. The hubs got ribs. He loves his ribs but us so picky and he got them the 2nd Night too!! I got the prime rib and it was cutting like butter delicious!!! Highly recommend! Chefs kiss! Service was outstanding also!

Exceptional service every time. The food is always hot and delivered as ordered. Food comes out fast and delicious. Everything on the menu is made well with good flavor. Great selection of beer and mixed drinks. Must try: Crispy Calamari, Root Beer Boneless wings, any of the soups, any one of the Pizza's, the Salmon Dish, the Ahi Salad, Parmesan Crusted Chicken, the Prime Rib Meal on Friday or Saturday comes with a generous portion of meat, sides, and a Pazookie cookie fresh out of the oven with ice cream. The burdmgers are all good, cooked to perfection. Oh heck! Come back every week and try something different! There are too many good things to list.

While the menu may seem overwhelming at first, you'll be sure to appreciate the extremely wide variety of choices that's sure to make everyone in your party happy! What's so impressive about the menu is that even as large as it is, every single entree I try is prepared too perfection! I have yet to be disappointed. Besides being known for their beer, be sure to try their homemade root beer, deep dish pizza, and the infamous Pizookie.

Absolutely amazing service! I have celiac and they gave me a gluten sensitive menu! They have a gluten free skillet cookie and took cross contamination precautions! Very thoughtful and overall good experience!

BJs was very busy on a Friday night and it took a bit with all the larger parties celebrating which was to be expected. Have to praise our server who was fantastic, Mia. She was incredible and a delight. Very attentive and kind. Grateful for such wonderful service from Mia.

Our server Tyler was awesome. The food was great. We had a lot of fun. Plus the gluten free menu is a plus.

We wanted to have a family night here at BJ’s and let me tell you it was a great day coming! Jalen was our server and he recommended so many awesome things from the menu. He also gave positive vibes and even had our daughter laughing at his dad jokes lol thank you again for the awesome service Jalen we hope to see you again soon!

We had an amazing experience with Madison! Delicious pizza and salads, and most importantly amazing service. Madison was so kind and helpful and we loved having her as our waitress!

i usually never leave reviews for places but my server karina was the best server i have ever had.she was very attentive made great conversation and great recommendations. it was our first time coming here and i would come back just for her,she made sure we got a bang for our buck with the pazookie meal deals we only spent $40 but left with full bellies and food to go ! would definitely recommend the unlimited soup and salad! she was absolutely amazing if ur interested in great service ask for karina. the food was decent the place was clean everyone around that was working was very nice and full of smiles great place to dine !

My mom and I stopped by tonight. All the staff were super nice. Davol was our server. He was a kind young man who answered our questions with ease. There was some broken glass hidden on our table, Davol was apologetic and quick to fix the issue. While the bar area was slow he even took me and my mom up on our offer for him to play Uno! I always have a good time coming here. Tonight was an exceptional experience!

Dine here-u can NOT go wrong:) Katie was our 1st server here, and she is ABOVE AND BEYOND 5***** (a high bar set where none have disappointed, since we've been back;) BEAUTIFUL personality & insane product knowledge, AMAZING service, & just a total delight! TY Katie, for being such an inspiring ROCKSTAR:). & props to the chef for comming up with FRIED COUSCOUS MAC& CHEESE balls- HELLO DELICIOUSNESS! their wedge salad also ALWAYS a fave, but seriously, just about every item is a hit, on their VAST menu of options-u will NOT be disappointed! Had a fantastic dining experience at BJ’s Brewhouse, and I have to give a special shoutout to my server, Jay. From the moment I sat down, Jay was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel welcome. He has the most intoxicating laugh, its so contagious! He knew the menu inside and out, gave great recommendations (the Jeremiah Red beer and Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich were hits!), and checked in just the right amount — always around when I needed something, but never intrusive. What really stood out was Jay’s attitude — upbeat, professional, and personable. Even when the restaurant got busy, he kept his cool and made sure every detail was taken care of. Thanks for making my night even better, Jay! BJ’s is lucky to have you on the team.

5/16/25 Update: I went back after maybe a year on a last minute thing and was greatly impressed! First, they are open later than most! Next, they had a 3 course prime rib for 35$ and it was wonderful! Cooked perfect! Broccoli well steamed and firm not soft like it came from a bag. Potato was also quality! I was very happy and the service was also great for being late. They have a new drink as well that is a bit sweet but the little tub it comes in and the duck and flashing lights is kinda cute so it was worth the it for the fun. Also took the tub home! :) it is now a new mini succulent pot! Pics soon! Enjoy all! Original: This is a nice all round spot. The menu is huge and the food is quality! Got the prime rib sandwich this time. It’s set up like a French dip with better ingredients. The coleslaw was not good but the rest was delicious. We had the avocado spring rolls as an appetizer and they were very good! And filling! Fries weren’t anything special but still tasty. I would go with steak fries personally but not an option. It is a bit price but worth every penny.

The restaurant was cleaned and took proper precaution as I seen seats and tables continuously cleaned. The bathroom was also very clean. Our server was excellent and very patient and had beautiful eyes, he was fast and attentive. Our food was delicious and the drinks were ok. I love margaritas so it definitely could have been made better with a little more taste, but I'd definitely go back as it was a welcoming atmosphere and great for a group of friends. I'd definitely recommend a visit.

Went to watch the Nuggets. Greeted quickly and able to watch the game with no obstruction. Atmosphere surprisingly quiet and pleasant. The food was tasty, can’t go wrong with “The Spicy Pig”. Don’t leave without trying their desserts. I had the Strawberry Shortcake.

Great, clean and friendly environment. Nice diverse menu choices. Nice bar and alcohol selection. You can choose your side dishes. All tables have glass dividers on them great due to COVID restrictions. Will definitely be back.

I came here to watch the CU game with some of my family, and we ended up having such a great experience. As soon as we sat down, they were kind enough to change the channel for us so we could actually watch the game we came for, which I really appreciated. Not every place will do that without acting inconvenienced, but they handled it with no hesitation and a smile. The servers were all super sweet the whole time. Even when they messed up one of our orders, they came over, apologized politely, and replaced the item right away. No attitude, no excuses, just genuine, great customer service. That alone goes a long way for me. The food was delicious, too. Everything came out hot, fresh, and surprisingly fast considering how busy they were. You know how some places take forever when there's a game on? Not here. We got our food quick and it all tasted really good. The overall vibe is like a mix between a restaurant and a brewhouse, casual, comfortable, and super laid-back, with just enough energy to make it fun without being overwhelming. It's the kind of place that works whether you're watching sports, grabbing a bite with family, or just hanging out. Overall, we had a great time. Good service, good food, and a great environment to watch the game. I'd definitely come back.

DJ was an excellent server! She was friendly, attentive, and checked in on us just the right amount. Our food and drinks came out quickly, she made great recommendations, and the overall service was smooth from start to finish. DJ definitely made our experience at BJ’s better—ask for her if you’re dining here.

There was a party of about 30 people right next to us. It's the holidays so I get it. We did wait a bit but I come here to leave this review because of who I assume was the manager. He was amazing picking up the work as the servers were over burdened, he was calm cool and collected 🤣 keep him..food was yummy we will be back

Our server was great,very attentive. You know when you don't want to complain so you ask for a manager. Well the ball has been dropped. Roman nor Maria came to our table. A big restaurant runs out of wine to make the sangria wine flight. Also it looks like before the plates are sent out someone had their thumb in my marinara sauce. The chicken Alfredo and the cauliflower tacos were great.

11/11/22-It had been a long time since we last ate here and I can see why. We had gone here to try their veteran's special for my mom. When we tried to order a beer and a happy hour app we were told that you could only get those in the bar, but the bar seating was full. The waitress said that she would still get us the cheaper prices since we hadn't been told that when they sat us. Then when I was trying to pick out my food the prices have gone up so much. The chicken sandwich I ended up getting was dried out and what little sauce they had put on it was absorbed into the bun. Then my mom didn't get her beer until after the food had already been served to us and we had to ask two different people for it. Then the bathroom was also out of toilet paper in all except 1 stall and only one of the soap dispensers was working. Overall a disappointing experience. If you want 'bar' food you would be better off going to the Chili's down the street.

It was our first visit and just happened to be in the Denver Arora location. They definitely need to learn how to cook their food to the right temperatures. This Filet Mignon was ordered Medium and the server never came back to check and see if our steak was prepared correctly. You can be the judge but wasn't impressed. (Update: I spoke with the manager and she asked to make it right and cook another one... at that point it's was well beyond trusting another dish prepared at this establishment. The manager removed the charge for the Filet Mignon, we left a generous tip for subpar service and we will defintly do a hard pass on this establishment... NEVER AGAIN. 👋 FYI, Thanks BJ's for the bland and insincere reply below... seems to fall in suit with the food and service!

I come here often and never have complaints but my steak was made horribly and I asked for a re-make and the same plate I gave back with cut up steak came back to me still not well done. It also tasted microwaved because even the fries had changed to be stale when they were fine the first time around. I’m rating low because the manager was not personable and had a bad attitude when I addressed the problem. I think a good customer service experience would have turned my disappointment around.

Food was alright. However there was some type of altercation with what appeared to be a host and a server I’m guessing. The server was belittling the host and screaming at her. She kept complaining about being sat (isn’t that why you’re there and how you make your money?) and starting calling her psycho or something to that effect. Not sure if she’s aware of what the word psycho means, but she was the only Person demonstrating anything that resembled psycho behavior. I felt really bad for the host. She just stood there taking it and then simply asked her if she was done, Then went on about her business as the server stormed off. The whole situation was pretty unprofessional and uncalled for but I will say that the host took it much better than I would have. That server (not sure of her name but she was shorter and had long red hair) needs to learn how to treat people and be respectful. Honestly I’m not even sure why someone that acts like that is working in any type of customer service role. Or even able to still work there if she does. She really did take a pretty pleasant and decent experience and turned it into something that just left me baffled and shaking my head. Hopefully if I go back in don’t have to experience something like that again and neither does that host. She was actually the one that seated me and was pretty nice. I’d say she probably didn’t deserve to be treated like that, but honestly no one should be treated like that. I really do hope that behavior like that isn’t tolerated at this place.

We ordered an appetizer, two entrees, and a Pizookie. The poke appetizer was fine for the first couple of bites, but then the remaining pieces of tuna were full of tendon that you couldn't eat it. The entrees ordered were the Mediterranean Chicken Pita Tacos and (originally) the Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with a side Caesar. I was instead brought Chicken Parmesan. Not what I ordered, but I was willing to make it work. The pasta that came with it was ice cold and the chicken was not a texture I have ever experienced. The Pita Tacos had a smell that was just pure rancid meat, not to mention the feta they used was a texture I've never seen before. Neither of us could finish our entrees. The only edible items were the side salad and the chocolate chunk Pizookie. Definitely not worth the $90 bill, even after the appetizer was removed from our bill. Saving grace was our server, Noah, who was kind and fairly attentive.

This unfortunately is only my second time going to this restaurant but I don’t know if I’ll really ever want to go back. Showed up in between lunch and dinner, pretty empty restaurant, got seated pretty much right away. Server was nice and ordered waters a soda and 3 alcoholic drinks. We got the waters and soda pretty quick, ordered apps and then waited 30 minutes for our alcoholic beverages. We got the beverages and then our apps, ordered 3 entrees. Two were identical. We waited at least another 30 mins for food (not terrible but wait) and then got two BBQ burgers and a steak with baked potato. Half the potato wasn’t cooked and they said they couldn’t replace it, steak was supposed to be rare but was near well done. One burger was perfect and mine was still raw in the middle. Fries were so good though. I send the raw burger back and then waited for 45 minutes for the replacement to be put in a to go box for me. We asked for one more alcoholic beverage and the bathtub dish. We literally had to flag her down to find out what’s going on for the drink and then ordered the pazooki things. Those were fantastic, but took a while to come out and the drink came after. We then had to wait more before she flagged her manager down to comp part of or meal, we asked for a boxed tub or new one, since that’s what we got last time, and she was a little sassy with her response and then told us to just take the one at the table. Okay, sure, whatever we just want to leave at this point. Now I know restaurants are not fast food places but we were in there for over 2 hours. Be the time we left the restaurant was starting to get packed and dinner rush was starting. Just a shame since the first visit was great, this one was not.

What happened to this place?? The pizookie is not like the pizookie of old, it’s spongy and weird like fake bread, doesn’t even taste like a cookie and they forgot the ice cream. The wedge salad was the saddest looking thing. We asked for ranch, they sent bleu cheese. And they couldn’t even send a straw with the drink 🤦🏼‍♀️

A bit sub par when ordering for delivery. Asked for no cheese on the pizza and the pizza comes loaded with cheese. Asked for a medium rare steak and it walked it self in the door it was so rare. The fat hadn’t even come close to rendering and solid white and cold. Looks like we’re going to have to give this location a bit of time to get cooks in that know how to read and actually do a simple thing like cooking a steak.

Used to come here on Sundays to watch NFL games. They only show two games now. We're told that BJ'S has cut the NFL packages to save money. Server was excellent. Food was extremely salty.

First time coming to this location and service was not well was served chicken that was not cooked all the way Didn’t bother offering a discount on anything after serving us raw chicken sent it back to 30 minutes to get it back after we were completely done eating ready to order dessert table was in bussed at all. Service was not the best first and last time coming to BJ’s.

I give this review because they bring out pink chicken. Took more than 30 mins to bring the chicken. They brung it when we were finished with the food and no discount. Service was not the best. This is my first and last time.

We usually love this place, but tonight was awful. Our server (the one with the double buns) was completely unprofessional from the start. I had to stop her from walking away just so I could order a drink. She was dropping silverware, nearly broke my wine glass on the decanter she had just set down, and kept disappearing. When our food finally came, it was cold. The person who dropped it off looked frustrated and clearly annoyed that our server was nowhere to be found. When we got the check, my mother-in-law was simply looking it over, and the server stood there glaring at her the entire time. She then started arguing with us about the order instead of listening to our concerns. I even told her she was welcome to walk away if she felt “hassled,” but she insisted on staying and kept a rude attitude. We had a table of five, including elderly family members, and the way she treated us was completely out of line. This was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Upon walking in, the host was rude and uninterested in being there. Our server, DJ, was AHHHMAZING. Friendly, knowledgeable and outgoing. I gave 4 stars for service. Not because DJ did anything wrong. In fact, she went above and beyond. It is because the empty table next to us remained dirty for the entire hour and a half that we were there eating. NOT DJs table-please be aware. We have been going to BJs for over 10 year-have been there at least 50 times. Always an awesome experience. Today sucked!! The prime rib looked like something that was beat against the wall. The aus jus looked like urine-colorless. The shrimp tacos were so dry that even the tasteless salsa didn’t help. The chicken parm was ok but the pasta that came with it was dry and soft and soggy. The ribs were overcooked and so “saucy”-wet-they were inedible. The most disappointing meal we have had ANYWHERE. We will not be back which sucks since we have been going to BJs for years with no issues. In fact, exceptional experiences. Something has changed in the kitchen and it needs to be fixed. I would appreciate a response from someone that intends to ensure that my $300 horrific experience gets repaired.

Taller dark skin guy with longer hair was our waiter lastnight. Guy seemed super sidetracked chatting with female co worker when we walked in didn't even notice us standing there until she said something then he finally turned around and told us to take any seat and handed me some menus. He waited on us and watched my drink empty nearly 10min sitting at edge of table and didn't care to refill it. Seemed closed off when i asked for specific menu items given they were closer to time of closing. He had no consideration for us even though i was trying to make it as easy as i could for them and trying to be as considerate as possible when coming in towards last hour. I specifically didn't wanna order steak and potatoe for this reason alone just stuck with appetizer and simple items. Guy just seemed to have no care honestly and felt punished for coming in to an opened business at 10pm. Still I left a tip even though most people wouldn't. This experience gave me the vibe he was wanting us gone and he's only there for a paycheck no respect or common courtesy for customers at all.
