The staff was very accommodating and one of the team members allowed me to use her phone for the survey so I could get a free cookie!!! :)

Well, there was a constant smell of burning bread or something inside. The cashier did not know much about the sandwiches so It was hard to get a recommendation from her. The sandwiches were somewhat ok but over priced so we won't be coming back to this place.

If I could give this place a 0 star, that's what it deserves today. 4 of my coworkers went to this location for lunch and the employees were on something cause they were running around like chickens with their heads cut off and getting nothing done. After waiting 40+ minutes for their orders they asked for a refund and were given attitude. We are Fire Protection Journeymen and frequent firehouse locations all across the country, but today we didn't even get to eat lunch due to the lack of customer service we experienced at this location. Not happy and I hope the people behind us also got a refund, as they were from the same jobsite as us. Not happy Firehouse. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

First time trying Firehouse last night…. Fully regretting that decision today. Me and my husband got the steak and peppers sandwich to share and woke up sicker than ever. It was not very good looking but ate it anyway considering our bill was almost $70!!! Forgot our sides, and the food was barely mediocre. Now dealing with the food poising we received from this place!

We have ordered twice from this location and both times my husband's and my order were wrong. The most recent was am incident where my turkey-bacon-ranch on wheat and his hook and latter on white were made wrong, whereas my turkey had his ham on wheat, and his hook and latter had only turkey and cheddar and nothing else. I understand that moving with a sense of urgency in any service job is essential, but that urgency should never take priority over efficiency. I think the management of this store needs to reflect on how they have trained their staff and work on their, very obvious, areas of opportunity as leaders. Employees are reflections of management and subpar work reflects subpar leadership.

Evidently if you eat at the store they prioritize pick up orders and make you wait. Also the want you to use the kiosks and will literally tell you to use them or you'll wait a while for them to take your order..... We were literally told she would we "a while" to take our order if we didnt use the kiosk.

I used to love coming here. Now they have a bunch of kids working who do not care about their jobs. The food is always soggy and cold but takes about 30 mins. Waste of time, go to Grant St instead.

Posted on their FB as well RUDE STAFF! Came here 5:50 PM today on Veterans Day. Cashier rolled her eyes as she approached the cash register to take my order. I was then told that they were not offering the free meal that was verified on the militarywallet.com website an instead it was a BOGO, I was like okay no problem. But I don’t have a need for 2 subs (and I told her this) before I could say anything else the cashier just walked off. So I left, probably will not return to this location since you can’t treat your veterans with respect.

The Cashier looked absolutely miserable and she didnt wish us a happy veterans day today instead talked about how she didnt clock out from break, was so loud about how she was 5 mins late and hopes no one is "watching the cameras" Great food bad guest service. She was wearing a we cater tshirt and had her hair in a bun with a pink hair tie. While the employees were chatting about 4 other guests were waiting for their food. It took about 20 mins for 2 small subs. Dont think we'll be back.

I love Firehouse subs but this location is terrible. The restaurant was extremely dirty, the floors throughout, the countertops, etc. I didn’t notice until after we paid. Uhhhh! We ordered to go and live 10 mins away. My sandwich was poorly made and the bread was soggy. The flavor was not the usual. I’m super grossed out now. Never going back to this location.

I just ordered a Turkey bacon sandwich, number 2, and got one single slice of turkey on (half) of my sandwich the rest was lettuce and sauce. It’s a rip off don’t eat here unless you want to over pay for basically a peace of bread with nothing on it. Very disappointing I waisted my money.

This location is so unorganized, it's sad. I ordered food online so I could grab it on my 30 minure lunch break. I ended up having to wait 45 minutes after my pickup time for my food. Multiple people got their food before I did when they ordered after me. I even asked a gentleman his pickup time. When we are on our lunch breaks, good can't take that long after the designated pickup time. The staff was rude and unhelpful.

Ordered online and went in to pick up the sandwiches when they said they would be ready. They were short handed on staff so I understand that but it took another 30 minutes to make our order. It seemed like they waited until the last minute to finally start ours even with people coming into the store afterwards and receiving their meal in timely fashion. But to top it off they messed up the order as well. My wife needs gluten free bread for her condition and they did not provide that so she got sick after eating half of the sandwich thinking it was gluten free as we had requested. Will not be returning back to this store.
