Went at lunchtime around 2pm. No one else was in the restaurant which was nice giving the current state of Rona. Anyway waitress was really nice and helpful. She helped me figure out what I wanted as it was my first time there. It was a good choice; because, it was really good. I am a texture person and the crunchy noodles was like heaven to me. Unfortunately I didn't ask what the name of the actual dish was, but it was really good and reasonably priced. My husband had the combination pad Thai, but said he prefers one that is more peanut based the one he ordered was more sweet and tangy. I definitely would go back and order what I ate.

Stopped in on a quiet afternoon, was greeted and seated immediately. The decor is focused on the name,Cyclo. I found it interesting. They were doing a lot of to go orders. We tried the spring rolls, beef pho, and the beef vermicelli bowl. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was fresh, fair portions, but the food didn't exceed expectations. Overall, a restaurant worth trying if you enjoy Vietnamese food.

Cute casual place, good amount of parking spaces available, food prices were good, portion size good, service was kinda slow but descent. Would come again. Beef vermacelli (pictured) was salty for my taste but overall good.

Cyclo is a cozy, family-owned Vietnamese restaurant that makes you feel at home. Our server, Adrian, was exceptionally nice and attentive. We started with the fried calamari as an appetizer, which I would rate 4.5 stars. It was crispy and well-seasoned, a great start to our meal. For the main course, we tried the stir-fried flat rice noodle with beef and the coconut curry with shrimp. The noodles were flavorful, earning a solid 4.5 stars, though the beef had a slight odor. The coconut curry was the highlight—5 stars, and if I could, I'd give it 6! It was the best coconut curry I've had in years. We also enjoyed an iced Vietnamese coffee and an avocado smoothie. The coffee was excellent, 5 stars, while the smoothie wasnt creamy, so I'd rate it 3 stars. One suggestion for the restaurant would be to reduce the salt content overall. Some dishes were a bit saltier than expected, and a lighter hand with the salt would make the flavors even more enjoyable. Overall, Cyclo is a fantastic spot for authentic Vietnamese cuisine, and I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be returning!

Hi you might not know this but this place offers HALAL Meat options from Friday thru Sunday. One of our group person suggested this place and we ordered from this place dinner this evening. We ordered Chicken Pad Thai and Chicken Kung Pao and asked for medium spicy 🌶. Both the dishes were very well made but Pad Thai was excellent in taste . I just ate it plain without any sauces and it was made perfect and was a dish in itself. I would recommend this dish and you will not regret. Chicken Kung Pao was also yummy but it had a lot of bell peppers and onions in it and was served with white rice. But this place is worth a try. I might again stop in again to try their other dishes too.

I’d say it’s a solid 4 stars. Clean establishment, good music. Appetizer rolls were great with good flavor. I ordered from the lunch special menu and felt the whole thing was drowned in brown sauce but this is only one dish so I’d have to have a few more dishes before giving a solid opinion. Chopsticks, fork, spoon wrapped in tissue is a great setup. Chopsticks are plastic and im assuming reused after cleaning so this is a great enviro friendly contribution to reducing waste.

Ordered takeout. They offer a halal menu Friday - Sunday but only for their Chinese menu. I wish they offered it across their whole menu. Everything tasted standard and nothing too surprising. The fried rice lacked flavor and the chicken and beef dishes were average. Nothing particularly stood out but also nothing was bad either. It’s a decent option for halal Chinese food in the austin area.

Ordered for the first time for take away. I had really goof expectations from them by looking at the reviews. We are extremely dissapointed. Pepper Steak was the only decent dish. Beef could hv been a bit tender but otherwise it tasted fine. On phone they recommended their General Chicken...but i could not eat beyond two bites of chicken..it was super stale and i feel so bad for throwing it..the Lo Mein chicken seemed to be dipped in salt ... my kids were complaining throughout... our weekend takeaway was a flop and i eish we had tried something else. Not recommended ! .

Love the grilled pork spring rolls! And the grilled pork vermicelli was on point! The price is ok also. So I have never reviewed a place again, but I felt the need to update due to a recent experience. Maybe it's due to COVID, but the food I got yesterday was not good. I ordered fried rice and got white rice. I did not get my egg roll in my dinner (which was $2 more than it was the last time I was there). The chicken was not tasty at all. I was so disappointed after spending $20 on a dinner and spring rolls. I'm all about giving places another chance. I don't think I can do it this time. The food was definitely not worth the price. 2 stars because the spring rolls were not horrible, but they were small compared to other places that are cheaper and tastier.

I ordered shrimp fried rice online and they gave me shrimp noodles.
