Hut’s Hamburger Bar at Austin Airport serves up some delicious looking burgers while you wait for your flight; cooked to perfection and juicy flavorful. Featuring their specialty burgers, they also have French Fries, a salad, a couple sandwiches, small bites, and a small breakfast menu available. If it means anything to you, they also have an “Impossible” (TM) burger option. For me, I went with Luis’ Patty Melt, a pile of Fries, and a couple Margaritas; all, most excellent. Hard working server Brittany was very friendly and appropriately attentive. It’s a little pricey here even for an airport, but still very much recommended.

I ordered a beer and the Hut's Favorite burger here. The place mainly offers seating with power outlets, so you can enjoy your meal while getting some work done, even though the table space is a bit limited. The service was impressively fast. You can start with a drink and take your time deciding on the rest of your order. The Hut's Favorite burger came out quickly—the patty was really thick, though it definitely wasn't freshly grilled. The fries seemed to be air-fried, which made them a bit dry but relatively healthier; however, they were heavily salted, to the point of being hard to eat. The staff were friendly and polite. If you haven’t tried this place before, it’s worth a visit.

Looking for something fast to eat? This was located near our boarding gate 14. Service was efficient at getting the orders out fast. I ordered the Fried chicken salad. something I can take on the go. There is a full bar for your enjoyment. The tv is located for view in any area of the restaurant. They have a great wine list.

I ate a burger here while waiting for a flight. I had a hut burger (I think that's what it's called). A bacon cheese burger with an extra patty. It came with a serving of fries that was about a small handful. The meal was decent. It definitely is not the best hamburger I've ever had, but it's definitely not the worst. I would say it's similar to a sonic burger with a toasted bun. With that said, just be aware of airport pricing. I understand that airport real estate is expensive, so restaurants have to charge a lot. However, $32 for a double burger and iced tea will made me cringe a little bit. Lol. The extra patty was $6. If you're craving a burger and understand high airport pricing, then I think you will be happy with a Hut burger.

The Hut Burger was good but the fries was overcooked or under a heating lamp. The customer service was great Savanna was courteous respectful and has great service along with the receptionist the tables need upgrading I felt like I was at a antique shop with the too small metal tables. The prices was ridiculous but I understand I was the airport.

The burgers were pretty good. On the other hand, the fries tasted as if they'd been either reheated or hanging out under a heat lamp for much longer than any fry should ever be allowed. They also do not have sweet tea even though I'm pretty sure Texas is in the South. The process are eye-watering, even for an airport. Two burgers with fries and one soft drink came to $50. At that price I expect to at least get fresh food. Very disappointing even for an airport.

Don’t come here if you are craving a great burger, I would wait to get out in town. Service is fast and prompt. Less busy, probably cause it’s further toward end of the terminal. Food was mid. It was warm and veggies still had a crunch to them. Patty was dry and cheese didn’t melt. Reminded me of this burger joint called Central Park in Utah. Fries weren’t as hot or fresh as they could be. Little soft and mushy.

Warning: burger is depressingly thin. I came in hoping it was a solid pick in this airport because of the ratings, but the food kinda sucked. Burger patty looks like a prime sheet of A4 paper. Service was great though! Our server rocked. Food just was low tier airport food.

Updated since I had better service today than last time I was there. Decent breakfast sandwich. Bun was still not great but they offer sourdough toast that should be better. They should make that the default. I forgot before I ordered this time. Oct 2025 visit: much faster service but was also less busy. First visit: I sat at the bar almost 10 minutes before my order was taken and a solid hour before food arrived. I know from text time stamps, not even exaggerating. I'm rarely in the airport so early so probably won't come back.

Overall the food was good enough to get me through the day. Hut’s says it’s famous for burgers but the burger was nothing special (not juicy or seasoned). There was live music while I was there and that was a great addition to the atmosphere.

The service was prompt and attentive. Strangely enough, we received the bill before receiving water or our drinks. The chubby Chuck burger was cooked just right however, the bun wasn’t fresh. The french fries were deliciously seasoned. Of course airport prices are always inflated. Decent experience. It would be interesting to see them utilize the stage. I assume they have live performances.

The least you can expect from a place serving “hamburgers” is a burger that isn’t ice cold. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case at Huts. It honestly felt like the patty was pulled straight from the refrigerator rather than cooked fresh. The burger was a big disappointment — 2/10. On the bright side, the beer selection and quality were solid — 8/10

The food was delicious and came out quickly but what bothered me the most is my server Dylan added an additional tip when I left cash on the table. When my bank account notified me of the additional card, 30 mins later, I went back to the restaurant and told the lady, she then told him and you can tell by his face he got caught adding additional tips. He supposedly gave me a refund and I have yet to see it in my account. I have both receipts of what my total was and the amount on tip was 0, and the other showing he added the tip onto my total. Wouldn’t be surprised if he does this because it’s in an airport, and nobody is gonna question or go back.

Poor service. Waited 15minutes to be seated when there was not anyone on the line. Asked server if there was anyone to assist, she told us to wait by the podium. She had us seated by the podium for our server. After additional 10min wait we left without ordering. Seemed to have good reviews from others, but experience was no where close to what others described. We stopped by Noble ordered using their kiosk and food was ready to go in less than 10min. Staff at Noble were pleasant and customer friendly.

Just wanted some appetizers and they were out of everything!! Only fries and nachos so I ordered that however when the chips came out it was just that CHIPS nothing else. So I paid $12 for some pretty chips. Went back to the counter to ask for my cheese and the lady just said yeah we’re out of cheese. Would have never spent $30 on fries & chips and I gave a nice tip for a to go order for some rude service!! Don’t t recommend!!!
