Got here @ 8p.m the salsa bar was all clean already. Order 3 half chicken and some other side dish and when ask for salsa they only gave me 3 little containers. Lady made a big deal when ask for more. She went to speak to manager to give me more. They also forgot my tortillas. Over all i give it a 2 star because chicken was the only good thing. No lemon no tortilla no salsa. Service was bad. Worst location i have been to.

Unreal. All I asked for is the rico bowl half beef half chicken… same order I’ve gotten for 10 years… never complained about the price hike, or the bowl size change… yes we noticed it. But to purposely stuff my bowl with tripe is crazy. Will never come here again. Y’all are a gross company.

I ordered a taco plate… They gave me 4 tacos?? I didn’t realize until I had already gotten home smh. I would not recommend, you’re better off at Rositas or Pueblo Viejo

There’s always something wrong with my order when I come to this location. When I order the loaded nachos, LITERALLY NO CHEESE. What’s the point of giving nachos with no cheese. Now today, I got the torta order to go. This location is right across the street from my job, and the bread is already soggy and nasty. Couldn’t even enjoy my torta because everything fell out as i tried picking it up. I can’t even call and complain because the young girls in the front always have an attitude.

This is just on the building itself… I did not eat food from here. I visited this location purely to pick up a delivery order. However the stench in the air as I waited ten minutes to pick up the order inspired me to review the location l. Not only was there an overwhelming odor of possibly swerve or bad meat on the air the place was filthy. Every table had food dirt and grime all over them. The floor was dirty and parts of the ceiling seemed to be overrun with mold. Not a place a would trust the food quality within.

Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered 2 thighs. First they brought me 1 breast, I told them no I'm sorry I ordered 2 thighs. Then they brought me 1 thigh and 1 leg, again I told them I ordered 2 thighs. Then they brought me back a thigh and a wing. A lady I'm guessing a manager named Maria came out and told me they aren't making it again and I can either get a refund or call the owner. I just wanted what I ordered and was nice the whole time.

This location is terrible. All around. Service. Food. Terrible. Usually go to the one on Oltorf and have never had a problem. The asada had been reheated and served to me to go—the container was fried at the bottom and the meat was hard, same as when it gets over cooked in the microwave. Beans were hard and undercooked. Took 20 min for my order to be ready with 2 ahead. Will never go to this location again even tho it’s closer to my home.
