I just want to shout out Eve as being one of the best bartenders in Austin. She made me a Kentucky kiwi and I was expecting it to be this brown color but it was actually no brown color detected. Idk how she pulled it off, but I was amazed. Even more so because I could taste whiskey!! She’s awesome!!

Nice selection of food. The Reuben was pretty good. The catfish way overhung the bun on that sandwich. Didn't try any but the deserts in the display case looked scrumptious. Lots of games all around including bowling. My only complaint is only one bathroom for both genders in the dining wing. Don't know if there was additional bathrooms on the other side.

Food is great, atmosphere is great. Love the events they have on weekends. Staff is very nice. What I don’t love is seeing is my bartenders who make my drinks , making out on the side or being very touchy on each other. Please keep the PDA private or at home, I’ve seen it happen multiple times before but now it’s just very cringe and unprofessional in a work place

Update To their credit the GM reached out and did offer to make it right. We enjoyed our visit immensely. Kristin was a great server and the food and drink was quite tasty and a good variety (even plenty of gluten free options). The game selection is fantastic too. Fun with bowling and huge battleship. Too bad the golf simulator was broken. Definitely a fun place for a party or a group outing. Prior: We have reservations for a large party in less than five days and this restaurant just called to tell me that they have canceled us since they were bought out by a large company for the day. Essentially our reservations and our party (and likely other parties with reservations for lunch and dinner that day) is less important than whatever corporation bought out the restaurant and here we are left with five days to find a restaurant that will accommodate a large party for my daughter‘s 18th birthday. Really crappy way to do business. I will not return to this restaurant. And if you are considering making a reservation for a large party, I would think twice as they cannot be held to their word. And you may find yourself in the same position. I’m in right now.

If you find yourself wishing Dave & Buster’s had a less gimmicky and more millennial sibling then Punchbowl Social would probably be your best friend. The menu is fun and the food is solid for a place that spends half its time being a game room. We ordered the Breakfast Burrito, Buttermilk Pancakes, The Knockoff Burger, and Shrimp Tacos. The food was average to good, nothing really exceptional, but again since the place is half focused on drinks and games it’s not the biggest deal. The drinks were good minus the mimosas which were downright awful (at least the pineapple one was, orange was just fine). We ordered a few Rebel Rebels (great), Espresso Martinis (good), and a Slow Like Honey (good). The games are mostly free with a few exceptions so if you don’t want to dog pile onto what will already be a hefty bill then you have options. We played Trouble, corn hole, shuffleboard, and some bike racing games all free of charge, which again is a nice plus to avoid paying even more. The service is friendly and we went at a time that wasn’t too busy so we had no wait for games, but beware that this place does get VERY packed at times so plan accordingly. The energy at night probably does make it much more fun so we look forward to coming in then. Altogether, Punchbowl Social is a fun little brunch or date night to go to but it does get pricey very fast as drinks add up, the food itself wasn’t priced that bad. We recommend a stop by for dinner or drinks at night, but brunch is not recommended as it simply feels like you get more out of it when the energy is higher.

Overall, we had a great time there. The games were definitely sign and it had a really good vibes. The service was a bit slow and the food is a bit over priced but lots of great time. We had the wedge salad which I would say, was really expensive for iceberg lettuce and a couple other vegetables on it. Very little bacon. However, the bison chili french fries were fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere for meeting up with friends. An afternoon workday brunch. Starting out the weekend. Good vibe. Parking is pretty easy. There are a variety of games to experience. The food was good, but expect bar prices. I had the burger, great. Just the right size. Very juicy. The chicken cauliflower nachos were good... with some added spice for flavor. Experience was mixed. Lively, fun place in general. Food is pretty good tbh. Bowling was ok but the lanes kept breaking down which was a bummer. Service was... Not great... Checking out the bowling stuff was fine, she was cool and took care of us. The bar staff unfortunately were not friendly, made us wait while they talked, and were dismissive and combative at times. We gave up trying to get drinks at one point and left. I've been before and it was fine. Maybe just a bad night. I'm good for a while though.

My son and I made brunch reservations for 11am on January 1. He's 11 so I thought it would be a great place to start the new year. The staff were great, attentive and checked in on us a lot. I found the food to be very average but what got me was the place itself. We sat at the high tables to be near the games and I noticed that the screws holding the backs of the chairs together were loose. I had to screw one back in on my seat. The floor was very sticky. The tables at the bowling area were dirty from the night before (hadn't been wiped down), the floors were not completely swept up and there was garbage in the gutters. I understand that it was new years day but as a business, if you want to be open on holidays, you should be prepared to be open at your standard, not a lesser version of it. The place needs a good deep cleaning and a maintenance look over!

The food was delicious, entertainment and service were poor. Food ordering from a table took awhile because they were short on staff that day...bar was quick with the drinks though. Entertainment was limited to bowling(a little overpriced) and arcade games because there were parties that reserved the other games even though they weren't in use.

The ladies restroom was practically abandoned, there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls. They really need to stay on top of the cleanliness of the restrooms, and the staff should also help keep them clean. With so many people coming through, the manager should make the bathrooms a priority.

I'm not a bougie person, so believe me when I say this place is like someone put lipstick on a pig. It's in the Domain, so you expect it to be a bit more classy. It's not - not even close. The outside looks great and inviting. You get inside and its seriously run-down and barely any activities to do. A pitiful "arcade" area with only a small handful of games. One billard table. One ping-pong table. A few "lawn" games. The main attraction is the bowling and most of the lanes are not used (I'm assuming broken, since we had to wait 20-30min to get a lane). And the balls got stuck in the alley a few times and the workers had to reset it and even change us to another lane at one point. The karaoke is a literal closet. They dont even have a bigger karaoke area for a small party to use. They have tons of wasted space, as if they used to have more but then took it away at some point. The women's bathroom was dirty and no toilet paper - I had to waddle to another stall to get some squares. I noticed other reviewers had the same problem...so apparently this is the theme. I saw 3 girls at the front standing around, why not put them to work to maintain the bathrooms on occasion..?! I dont know if the owners are disconnected and dont care or if it's just too expensive of a business to keep afloat- but they just need to close down and stop beating a dead-horse if they can't spend the money to fix up the place and make it a true entertainment venue. This seems like a place you'd expect in the clubhouse of an apartment complex. I was bummed and embarrassed I suggested this place to my family for us to try out.

This restaurant is a nightmare. Food has no seasoning or flavor, all the waiter staff are in a weird outfit wearing some weird heart headband, the staff look bored out of their mind and water is served in a mason coom jar. This is some place I would never be willing to go back to. You'd have to pay me to come out of my way to eat here again. And the whole setup inside is extremely tacky and you can feel everyone judging everyone.

They said they’re not taking orders anymore at 10.30pm! It was very bad as it was our only option, right outside our stay. When we entered we saw that the timings were upto 11. It was clearly wheelchair accessible and it had a small ramp too. Saw people chilling at the bar counter, was a vibrant atmosphere inside, pretty decor and lights.
