Their smoothies are the best. And edible straws? They are good, just make sure to grab a regular straw because they soften fairly quick.

Jettypunch is bomb. I ask for them to add smidge more turbinado(sugar) and the quesadillas are fresh and easy quick lunch or even snack or cold smoothies on hot days. Can seem pricey but always fresh

I have been to this location twice so far. I don't live close by to go more often. The guys that have served me are friendly and respectable. I recently visited Tropical Smoothie, and it is always an incredible experience! The smoothies are delicious but also made with the freshest ingredients. The menu has a great variety of options, from classic fruit blends to creative superfood mixes, so there’s something for everyone. The staff is always super friendly, and greets me every time I walk in. I’m here about once or twice a week for lunch, this is my go to spot when I need something healthy.

Coming to Tropical Smoothie has become a part of my morning routine. The smoothies are always perfect and the wraps are pretty good. The staff is always very friendly and personable. Even when they are busy they maintain great attitude and have great customer service.

Had a great smoothie today at this location (Park/Preston). I do not like things really sweet so they suggested 1/2 on the sweet level and it was perfect! I had the Blueberry Bliss and my friend ordered the Bahama Mama at 50% sweet; both were wonderful! Customer service was exceptional.

This location is phenomenal! Sean, who I believe is the store manager is absolutely positively amazing! He makes a marvelous Bahama Mama and a Mean peanut butter banana crunch flatbread. This is my favorite place to come for lunch. If you have checked them out definitely do!

My first time at Tropical smoothie was a present experience. Awesome place for lunch and large workplace orders. I enjoyed my kale apple slaw and sweet potato as a side. I would recommend this location even if your looking for a pre or post workout smoothie. I love it.

They have the best smoothies around, can't go wrong here! My favorite is the acai bowl, as is. Its perfect! Heads up the acai comes frozen so its like sherbet almost with fresh fruit and other yummy toppings. The best :)

I LOVE this place. I have tried almost EVERY smoothie and sandwich they have minus the ones with bacon and chocolate because I am not a fan of those two things (I know, I'm an alien lol). The smoothies are amazing and the southwest breakfast wrap is my FAVE sandwich. I have a number of FAVE smoothies; pomegranate plunge, health nut, acai berry boost and the Chai protein Max. You really can't go wrong with any of them. Bahama Mama is great too, it's just more calories than I want on a daily. My FAVE location is by LoveField airport, but I have visited a number of others. Not everyone can make a good smoothie, but 8 out of 10 times I get it just the way it should be. I recommend this place more than Smoothie King for sure!

I've tried lots of smoothies from Tropical Smoothie Cafe and have loved all of them so far. I will say parking immediately out front is a little awkward and leaves some horrible blind spots to cars coming from 3 different ways. I park just a bit farther away now that I've almost been hit twice.

First time trying their product. Came in for my TMobile Tuesday free bowl. I got the Açai bowl which was REALLY good. Unfortunately, the staff was not friendly and it was made known that us T Mobile patrons were creating an extra foot traffic and that the boss didn’t allocate the right staffing. Nothing ruder than thanking someone and receiving a “blank I don’t care” face.

This is the worst of all of the locations I've been to. The flavors are just right but the texture is not. I frequently get "smoothies" with chunks of ice or ingredients. A smoothie should never block the straw with a chunk of ice or avacado. They need to be trained to leave the blenders on longer.

My smoothie tasted like nothing or not super fresh. I wasn't too happy with it but while I was in the store the food did smell great.

I think this place is a little too expensive considering the quality of the smoothies. I will not return because of the cost. The smoothie was not bad, but it also didn’t impress me.

Google maps says open until 9pm. Their door says open until 9pm. 8:45pm and the door is locked and they’re cleaning up. Called and they said they close at 8 on weekdays. Drove out of my way to come here over Smoothie King and Jamba Juice!

Beach bum smoothie was good. They added 20 g whey protein, so you can have as a meal as well. Shop is bright and clean. Very little parking in front. I believe they forgot about my order, though. They served everyone, I'm guessing these were app orders, and even the people who had come into the store after me and ordered at the counter. I was frustrated and asked about it. The guy tells me another guy (he points to) is making it. Ok, I go sit back down. Then the guy who's supposed to be making my drink takes that smoothie and his food and goes on his break with it. Argh!! So the first guy starts my smoothie. Starts. He gave it to me and said sorry 'bout that and walked off. I've worked retail, restaurants, with the general public before and would never have treated anyone that way. Anyway, food's good. Experience - not so much.

I normally love tropical smoothie. But the last two times I’ve ordered a smoothie, Ive paid extra for edible straws which were never delivered. I’ve complained about this before and am shocked this happened two times in a row. Not only did the edible straws not come, but they didn’t even replace them with regular straws. So how am I supposed to drink my smoothie? When I called to complain, the only option I was given was a “refund” through UberEats. That doesn’t solve my problem, but thank you Tropical Smoothie.

UPDATE: Corp wrote back to me, I am raising my rating due to their prompt response and desire to understand my concern. Good mgmnt. I'll go back for another try. Update 2: They sent me a gift card, I will be going back and will update my rating. Went in the morning, 11am. Greeted nicely. First time customer, I then said that I saw an item online and wanted to try it. I think I made her angry, it was very unpleasant. I left the store and got my smoothie elsewhere. The other guy behind the counter also looked at me like I was crazy. What did I do to them? Just a customer wanting help deciding from the large menu.

My granddaughter loves TSC so we went for her usual strawberry/banana smoothie. It was not the usual. It was watered down and downright bland. Appears management is attempting to save a buck. However, keep producing this product and you will not be in business.

I ordered my usual Chia Banana Boost and the Sunset Sunrise for a friend and both were watered down. It could have been more fruity. I voiced this for one of the drinks and he was nice to attempt it again. I think he dumped my smoothie in the blender and was adding more things to it. But the second time was even more horrible than the first.

the workers werent very nice and it didnt make my experience very well my food was good they didnt even greet me and would rather sit and have a conversation than serve customers

I went up here recently, and I noticed something that really rubbed me the wrong way. The shift leader had a real bad attitude, and I could hear him hollering and yelling at the other employees in the back a lot. I think his name was Malachi or something? If I was the owner, I wouldn’t be ok with my shift leader acting like that.

Ordered online. We picked up order but it was short one wrap, another was wrong, and the smoothies were mislabeled. Had to drive back to get the wrap and was offered a bogo coupon....thanks. We have eaten here many times in the last few years but recently it has been really difficult to get a correct order. I think I have had enough.

Used to love this location, great energy and knowledge staff! However, I was so sad to see new staff and obviously new management, not fulfilling the friendliness of what used to be there. On the website it says that they open at 8: 00am in the morning I arrived to find out they don't open till 10:00am on Saturday update your hours on the website so people aren't driving 15-20 minutes to get to you

2nd time at this location. First time asked if I could get a smoothie with just kiwis. I said if it costs more I don't mind. They added sweetener and ice. I walked out tasted it and trashed it. Went back today and asked for same order. I explained my last experience and she said only kiwis. I watched the lady add ice strawberries and kiwis. I said mam only kiwis. She then started remaking my order adding ice and adding something else. They are determined to not serve you just fruit. Three times in a row is just to much.

My first time visiting Tropical Smoothie and it will be my last. I ordered two Jetty Punch smoothies, one with Whey Protein and the other with Pea Protein. The guy made both smoothies in the same container, and used one scoop of protein, not sure which one. We both took a couple sips of our drinks and had to throw them out. I don’t know what they put in it but I felt like my throat was closing up and now feel ill. I am very disappointed and wished I went back to get a refund. Spent over $20 and it went in the trash. The cashier was really nice though

Went in to order a smoothie and then ordered a jerk wrap and the employee stated we had to pay for the side. When we asked if that was new, he didn’t answer. So we thought we had to pay. That was on October 1st. Today we went to a different location and we were given the option for the included chips, so that’s just disappointing and disrespectful.

if i could give 0 stars i would. horrible customer service. whoever was in charge had no idea what she was doing. i ordered at the wrong location but refused to cancel because she didn’t know how. the website told me to call the cafe to cancel. drove 30 mins so i didn’t waste my money and they messed up the order and didn’t even try to be nice about it.

I’m never going back to this location again. The cooks and cashier (older lady) were helpful. However, it was two young ladies right front in center that did not acknowledge or greet me while walking in. The two Caucasian young ladies had their noses in the air, didn’t ask what I needed or what they could help with. A male ( a cook) in the back approached me to assist me with my order. Not sure if they weren’t having a good day, but they weren’t welcoming nor acknowledging customers at all. It was just very rude and tacky, being that they were the two that were in front fixing smoothies. My smoothie wasn’t good, the texture was off. It doesn’t taste how it normally would, the blend wasn’t smoothe. I order from Tropical Smoothie 3 times out of the week. I just wasn’t pleased with my experience at the Plano location.
