Sweetgreen is a great healthy restaurant with a lot of salads and a few dishes with meat. They have a make your own bowl option as well as a collection of goals that they have designed. I like the salmon and the french fries are great. They are almost like a cross between a french fry and a potato chip. My best friend has eaten only the Shroomami. I think she is literally had maybe 500 of them over the last few years. I think she is single-handedly kept sweetgreen in business. There’s a small outdoor seating area in addition to maybe a dozen tables inside. They do a good job recycling and composting their waste.

I had a great experience at Sweetgreen in The Domain! The food was fresh and delicious as always, but what really stood out was the excellent service from Nolan. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. Thanks for the great service, Nolan—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Leaving another review because I think this location deserves way more credit and better ratings. Most of the negative reviews I see are from people who are unhappy with themselves, not the location. The first thing I want to address are the reviews commenting on portion sizes. I’ve been coming here weekly for a year and the portion sizes are gigantic and MORE than enough food. The service hasn’t always been the best but honestly it’s been great most of the time. People are greeted when they walk in the door. The options and charges are always well explained. They’re always prompt and ready to help. The food has always been quality. I’ve never had an issue and the greens have always been absolutely top quality. The only issue I’ve ever had was undercooked wild rice on a few occasions. Overall, great location and I highly recommend. I was helped out by Jack who was a wonderful personality to be served by. Thanks for all the good food!

I used to think I hated kale until two years ago, when I tried sweetgreen's kale ceasar salad in San Francisco… and literally INHALED a full bowl of kale within 3 minutes. I almost cried when I finally got to have the kale ceasar salad again in this place. I was so excited that sweetgreen chose to open here that I took 2 copies of their menu and hung them up on my office wall at home. My coworkers have been staring at these menus on Zoom for a few months now. Also… it's not just the kale ceasar salad that's good! I've tried a few different dishes and they all taste so good! I feel kind of bad that their staffs always seem so busy (a bit understaffed, perhaps?) during rush hours, but I can't help with being creative with my customizations through their online ordering app. Sometimes, when their dining area's fully occupied, my partner and I would also like to walk to a nearby fireplace and enjoy our sweetgreen bowls with some nice drinks. Good food and good vibes in and out:)

I ordered the buffalo chicken salad for pickup, adding extra protein and making a few customizations. The flavor was good—about a 7/10 for taste. However, the “extra protein” portion was smaller than expected, and the chicken’s appearance was a bit off, which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, it’s still a solid choice for a healthy lunch or dinner.

Too loud music that is not suitable for families and kids. The staffs looks impatient and are not willing to answer any questions. Didn’t show any smiley faces. Therefore i gave them 50 cents tip to show my unhappiness. Hope they can understand and improve their attitude.

First time here today. Had one pickup for myself and ordered one more salad at the place. My pickup order did not have a bread, tho I’ve ordered it online. We asked for a bread then for my husband’s order and lady questioned it in a weird manner “you want a bread ?!” It seemed like nobody wanted to be there really, nobody even smiled or seemed enthusiastic. Salads barely have meat in there. Very good and sad place at the same time

I ordered online and picked up in store. This is what I got for the $18 bowl. I asked the staff why it looks like only half portion. She said sorry and added more fish and broccoli. And the rice was not fully cooked. I like the taste. Hope they can improve.

(Im not a Karen I promise) Went in for a bowl of the honey hot chicken. Usually comes with a piece of bread. They didnt have any made. I asked for a slice of the other bread they carry in substitute of (considering thier lack of preparation is not my fault). I suppose the manager thinks the 2 dollars for that single slice, is more important than keeping a recurring customer. Almost guaranteed to not come back.

One of the worst places. Restaurants doesnt answer phone call. They hurt my vegetarian sentiments and sent me fish in my order eventhough there is none in my order through Uber eats. Stay away from thisnplave who charges $15-$18 for a mediocre salad and has attitude of a michelin star.

First time ordering and my harvest bowl was completely chilled, all the ingredients fresh from the fridge, love that. Ticket and item clearly call for a warm bowl but hey I guess I’ll heat the entire thing up myself, including the ingredients that shouldn’t be heated but are already mixed in.

I came into the store and was the only person present in the store. A gentle walked in behind me and began to talk to Virgil, and Caroline. I was not greeted nor was I assisted. The person that Virgil and Caroline was speaking to notice that he stepped in front of me and try to correct it. When Virgil notices he came to me and I told him I was there for a pick up order, he walked away from me with no additional explanation, and I was just standing there while he went back to his conversation with the gentleman and they began to successfully make his order. He didn’t receive his order ahead of minds, and I went back to Virgil to ask him was I still waiting on my order? He told me that there were additional parts still being taken care of and walked away to what seemed to be an interview that he was having with other management. When I say this was a horrible experience it definitely was and it is crazy to me. How you cannot see certain people. I would think that every customer should be treated the same instead of treating your friends better than you’re treating your customers. I didn’t say anything cause I didn’t wish to make a complaint, but they should clearly know as management that this was just unacceptable. Even Caroline begin to text the gentleman and show her phone to him because she didn’t want to say whatever she was texting out loud. At the end of the day, I should’ve been helped. I definitely should’ve been greeted along with feeling welcomed to be such a beautiful place and a beautiful area. The service did not match the ambience. Sweet greens the greens were not so sweet today.

Please take mykyta m off the cash register and replace her with someone more friendly. She greeted me with a blank stare and plate in hand when it was my turn. I had to ask her for a bag for my to go food, she did not give me a receipt and when I came back to get a fork she was blowing off a Uber eats driver that simply had a question. Her energy is very stale. And I expected the same good customer service I had the first time I came. Instead I'm left wondering will I ever go there again. I guess I'll know after I tell all my friends and social midea and get their recommendations

This is a 1 for the entire Sweetgreen chain, not this location, but attaching to this location bc this is where the muck up happened. Food is fine and store staff are great. When placing an online order, it defaults to 20 min from now. The only way to change the time is to click on the time at the top in their branded green font and update it. Dont be like me and multitask while placing the order. I placed it for the wrong time (for the default time — 20 min from the order time) and there’s no way to cancel or update the pickup time through the app, the website, or by phone. I realized my error immediately because the confirmation page had in bold “PICKUP 2:55PM” which was much more obvious than the previous page. I immediately called and went to the app, but if you call, every extension is a dead end and waste of time that says “go to our website” or “email us.” (Just don’t have a phone number.) The app says you can cancel as long as it isn’t in process yet, which mine wasn’t per the tracking information, but when I tried to cancel it said it *was* in process. (Inconsistent messaging.) When I emailed their customer service about it they said ASAP orders can never be modified or cancelled, which is not what the website said. They also gaslit me and said, “We have added multiple pages through the ordering process where you can change and confirm the pickup time and location.” Literally there is one place — see attached screenshot — where you can update the default time by clicking on their branded green font that’s not even in bold. Most other restaurants require you to manually select the pickup time, probably for this reason. I acknowledge I should’ve paid attention while ordering, but the 1 star is for the crappy UI on the app and website, the inconsistent and erroneous information on the app about order cancellations, and their waste-of-time phone tree. I should’ve just gotten pizza lol
