Different proteins to choose from whether you want salmon, tofu, or chicken plus The best chocolate chip cookies in town, You cannot go wrong. Customer service is top notch! I’m looking forward to trying the sandwiches and pizza. I know I will not be disappointed. Thank you so much modern market you guys are amazing.!

I came here for lunch with a couple coworkers, and we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The entire staff was incredibly enthusiastic, warm, and welcoming—they genuinely seemed happy to have us there. From the moment we walked in, they were personable and conversational; cracking jokes and going out of their way to make sure we were completely satisfied with our meals. I ordered the Caesar salmon salad, and it exceeded expectations: a generous portion with fresh, crisp produce, perfectly cooked salmon, crunchy, garlicky croutons, and a creamy, flavorful dressing that tied everything together beautifully. One of the employees even surprised us with some sweet treats (with the friendly promise that we’d come back). To my surprise, the chocolate chip cookie I received was gluten free—and absolutely delicious! The combination of excellent food, great value, and genuinely outstanding customer service made this such a fun and memorable lunch. I’ll definitely be returning soon with my coworkers—and I’m excited that they offer catering, too!

This is my favorite restaurant in Austin. Not only is the food excellent, but the price is solid for healthy food, and the service is exceptional. There is a lady who I don’t believe works there anymore who had long long hair and was very kind, there’s a man who works there now with white hair and earrings who is exceptional, and many more people. They also make excellent pizza. I would rate this place 6 stars if I could. Outstanding.

I love Modern Market and have for the past 2 years. Everyone is always so friendly and the food is sooooo fresh. They have a gentleman at the counter that is so knowledgeable and sweet, a lady that packs up to gos (couldn’t snag her picture that is awesome and so helpful and now they have a server who is the bomb. Keep them on the team for sure

First time here, but will be back soon! Service was super fast, and super friendly. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I had the overnight braised beef bowl and a cucumber lime lemonade. Both were absolutely fantastic! They have indoor and outdoor eating areas, and the whole place was very clean. Was easy to find a parking, and building is handicap accessible. Would recommend!

Delicious, healthy food! Good portion sizes to match the number of calories displayed on the menu. Tuna in the lemongrass tuna bowl was cooked to perfection!! The banh mi was super flavorful and exquisitely prepared. Nice clean location and great presentation! We’ll be back!!! If you’re the the calorie conscious, health conscious person, this is the perfect restaurant for you!!!

This is a very lovely restaurant. When I first walked in, the gentleman automatically assumed that I was not a customer and that I was just a delivery person. I informed him that I was actually ordering and he said oh in a surprising he did immediately walk around to serve me which I do appreciate and from that point was it gentlemen. He did have a side bar conversation with one of the cooks that appeared to be about me I won’t speculate, but assuming that I was a delivery driver was a bit a brush on the shoulder. Overall, the food is lovely and the ambience is perfect. I would like to feel like a customer next time.

Bobby showed unprofessional customer service by explaining to me that I wasn't a kid when I simply wanted something off the kids menu. Ps: the ADULT grilled cheese (30 cent difference from kids grilled cheese) was great though. Although the kettle chips were stale.
