Mr. BBQ Flavor

We just left Mr BBQ in Columbia. Let me tell you it was absolutely delicious. We got there right around noon (which was great because after we were sat the customers steadily kept coming in) The fried chicken was delicious! We had the potato skins and they were freshly made!! Not made from frozen potatoes. The cole slaw and baked beans are the most flavorful I’ve had.

We love Mr. BBQ. Great food at a great price. Fried chicken is amazing! My favorite is the grilled chicken sandwich with buffalo and their yummy homemade ranch! Never had a bad meal here.

EXCELLENT, Cannot Express how much we loved our visit on Mothers Day. It was also my Mother's 90th Birthday! We had 15 people (majority drove in from Branson that morning), we were treated so well! The food was amazing and plentiful! And the atmosphere, for that day, was just beautiful. My mom had the best day & was so surprised ♥️ Kudo's to all the staff (and for being short staffed that day) great people....5 stars all day long *****

We all had 3 different meals, various sides to share. Everything was hot, made to order. Pretzel melted in your mouth. Beer cheese was smooth. Chicken juicy. We will definitely be back. Our waitress was supersweet.

I had carry out of ribs and pork steaks. And beans. The absolute best BBQ I've ever eaten. I usually have no sauce anywhere. But this was great. I can't wait til you open up closer to me.

My family and I came to try Mr. BBQ for the first time and were sadly disappointed. A $90 bill for our family of 4. The ribs were not good at all. It sucks to pay $23 for a half rack of ribs and they are no good. Also, since they are serving outside only right now due to renovations, drinks are purchased by the can. $11 of the bill was for 5 sodas and a water. Lastly, they charge 3% for you to use your credit card. They potato skins and fried chicken wings were good.

Bland pulled pork drowned in BBQ sauce. Price point was ok, but pork was unseasoned and dry.

Ordered potato skins and they were greasy, cheese covered the whole potato and no bacon, salad is a bag of wilted lettuce, chopped white onion ruined it and dressing needed ingredients. We ordered the chicken strips appetizer and we always get six but today we got four. My hubs waited an hour. They were out of bacon and ribs. I guess no pork delivery. Plus made him pay in cash. They said credit card computer not working. We will go again but we will be present so we don't pay for food not prepared. They should have given my hubs a discount bc of the trouble. I will say that the waterloo one never made any mistakes.

We walked in and because it is inside a golf club we were not sure exactly where to go and had our kids with us so we were cautious when walking in. Before we could even make it all the way in the dining area I heard someone yell “Shut the door!”. Once inside we were told to sit anywhere we wanted and told her we’d sit on the patio. We waited 15 minutes before we got up and left because no one had come to greet us, take drink orders or provide menus. We will never go here again and will spread the word to our friends and family in town of the absolutely poor service we received.
