Chase Club

We had our holiday business dinner here. The atmosphere was energetic laidback. The Manager Michael and server Craig were on top of everything we asked for. The food and drinks were delicious I’m glad we picked this place . The inside of this hotel is just gorgeous holiday decorations.

Went on a Thursday night about an hour and forty five before closing. My food was absolutely delicious . My Partner, on the other hand, her veggie burger was not good. I tried it myself, super let down. It was bland and overcooked. But everything else was absolutely amazing. We had Honey Sriracha Wings, Fried Calamari, and I had the Pub Burger and fries. Oh and a couple whiskey sours. The wings were some of the best I have had in St Louis. My burger was perfectly medium well cooked, and juicy. The Staff was friendly and courteous. The prices were reasonable. They had a DJ that night, and there is patio seating with a large outdoor fireplace. PS. I have had their veggie burgers in the past and they were always good, so probably just an off night.

Nice bar, decent tap choices, ok service excellent food! Often skeptical of ordering seafood in a bar, but the pan-seared salmon was outstanding!

Food is good, the service is lacking, they need to visit the tables more often. Nice space, by the pool and has a large fireplace for the evening.

It's always beautifully decorated here! I met 90 yr Old-Timer who was very upbeat & didn't look his age of 90yrs... The salad & tomato soup was delicious!!

Went on the last Saturday of 2023 and really enjoyed the atmosphere. They had a live band playing a very diverse range of music. I ordered the lemongrass wings and salmon hot pot, neither of which disappointed!

Great server named Alex and a bartender named Sean who was very helpful. Sean greeted us with a smile and answered several food and menu questions before our server came. Food was very good. I've been there several times.

I absolutely love going to the Chase Park Plaza. The lobby bar is so much fun and I particularly like it on the third Thursday of every month when a good friend of mine LAKA sings her and her band are just so awesome. I like to hear other bands there too, but I just don’t get out that often anymore

I love Art Deco and you can see a number of elements from that era around the hotel. The place is very interesting to explore and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Also, the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend this place when visiting St Louis.

We enjoyed the bacon wrapped pickles and the pub pretzel. The bartender was super helpful and friendly. It felt like home. Will return. Would recommend.

I met friends for lunch before seeing Wicked at the Chase Cinema. Not only was the food and drinks amazing but the staff made the experience wonderful! Dylan and Brenda really made our girls day special. It is obvious that they have a love for their job and for our beautiful city. I can’t wait to include the Chase Club in our next outing.

Food was absolutely amazing! on top of that, the service was great! The host, Hope, was friendly and funny. our server, Jessica, was such a sweet heart. We ran her around and while the restaurant was out of some items she made accommodations for us. Jordan the bartender was amazing as well, gave us a complimentary drink that we didn’t even realize was made wrong. and the manager Edina was also super friendly! would recommend and will be back!

We had a great time. Very good cocktails. Small menu but probably the best reuben sandwich I've ever had.

Solid freaking choice. It’s a chill little place on the corner; inside a beautiful hotel…but feels miles away from a hotel. Great atmosphere, happy people all around. It’s a nice place, but some of the pictures make it feel “too nice” for just a good dinner and some wine; but it’s not. Relaxed and great vibe.

Chase is always a great place to go and a great place to be, but for some reason the menu is not as good as it used to be. They took the burger sliders off and there was not much of a choice with the other food that was on there.

Have you ever had a dish that was so good that you didn’t wanna swallow? I recommend the salmon.

A great spot made even better by great service. Stephen went above and beyond with no hesitation! He made my night!

Good food, nice servers. Ordered the chase burger with provolone instead of the beer cheese, I was thrown off by the sweet pickle. And Buffalo cauliflower had a lot of breading and was served with a cucumber based dipping sauce.

Great bar and restaurant! Live music. Fried Chicken sandwich and royal burger are good. Sticky wings were okay. It’s pricey and perhaps not ideal given so many great food options nearby. However the kitchen is open till 11pm, so works good for a late meal. The bar is nice with great whiskey 🥃 options. The old fashioned (Basil Hayden Rye) was excellent 🥂

The food was delicious. The service was subpar. Even with how not busy they were, service was so slow. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the table. Dinner was $99 for 2 people (1 appetizer, 1 drink each, 1 meal each) Food was good, but there are better options out there. Worth a try.

Good place to get casual lunch, especially late lunch when other restaurants are still closed! The grilled chicken club sandwich, CWE dip, and flatbread were delicious. The drinks were also great! Nothing bad to say.

Came here after Easter brunch and enjoyed a few drinks and some desserts. Food was tasty and the service was friendly and fast.

Went to the pool and enjoyed some food while there. Burgers were good as well as salads. They’re served on a cardboard container due to being by pool. I’m not sure they recycle though which would be easy to implement. Fried pickles were the best!!!

Great food. Service was ok. There are tables that are normal height if you ask for them.

Played a gig there recently and had a great time. Not too fond of playing without amps and real drums lol, but the sound engineer Jason did a wonderful job making the sound great for the size of that room. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and sociable which goes a long way. Place was clean and i felt sophisticated being there. Will definitely come back.

The hotel is beautiful. However, the hotel marketing team, owned now by Sonesta is missing a nostalgic opportunity. In the 30s. 40, 50s, 60s and beyond, this hotel hosted many celebrities and Presidents. Why not have souvenirs with THE CHASE on it. Have regular old fashion martini glasses with THE CHASE. Have postcards.....give me something! Also, we had a numnutts server out near the pool. He had no clue about service or flexibility on our requests. Unless some changes made, I would check out THE FOUR SEASONS HOTEL.

Great atmosphere inside the Chase hotel, right off the lobby and pool deck. The food is good but expect to pay hotel prices. The woman at the door who seated us was fabulous (I wish I remembered her name), but the poor bar staff looked overwhelmed and hurried the whole time.

The place has a cool vibe, mostly due to the outside patio. Inside, the bar is rather small and shows wear and tear. Food is good. Average drinks but higher prices. My service was terrific.

Decor was beautiful but food was ok. Small portions for the amount per dish.

The elimination of the Sunday Brunch was a huge blow to this destination eating establishment. The ordering from menu is ok but does not set this restaurant apart from most other restaurants in the area. Good location, clean, great atmosphere but food is lacking.

The A/C indoors was way too cold and I’m from NYC. We sat outside and the patio is large and clean. Very nice evening atmosphere. The food is not good! They must do better at such a posh presenting establishment. Nachos were served cold. Doesn’t make sense to have just ok wings on any menu in the USA. Get your culinary staff together!

Salad lettuce was warm, not chilled. Service was rushed. Staff needed training and timing. Had to ask for utensils.

I ordered the public house steak with Ailoi fries. I ordered the steak medium. The service was OK, not great but average. My steak was way over cooked, well done in fact. The plate came out with the steak already sliced. There were plenty of fries but the plate had a ramikin of Ketchup but there was no Ailoi? The description clearly stated Ailoi fries, not fries with a side of ketchup. The waitress asked if everything was OK and I asked if the Aioli fries came with Ailoli....a little ways into dinner a side of Aioli was delivered. The steak was flavorless. There was little if any seasoning amd of course it was tough. For $32 for this plate it was not worth the price. I would not go here again nor would I recommend it to anyone for dinner.

The bar staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the takeout food service took a very long time. I noticed several people who arrived after me received their orders before mine. I was eventually told that someone had started my order but left, and someone else had to restart it. Unfortunately, this ended up costing me about an hour. Worse part. Braised ribs with Mac-$26. Was still under cooked, and cheese like soup- think under cooked hamburger helper - suggestion next time just have a limited late night menu you can’t mess up

The menu said 1 thing price wise, and the bill reflects something TOTALLY different! To get you to pay MORE! If you don't pay attention to what you have ordered! Then management co-sign and gives you excuses about the price differences! I will NEVER go back there and spend a penny!

The food was great. The service deserves negative 5. We’ve ordered sparkling water, it was brought to us in a bottle (glasses were never provided, so we had to drink straight from the bottle) after we finished our food. We waited for food (a burger and a bowl of soup) for good 40 min, and then got wrong order, so had to wait another 30 min. Meanwhile, there were probably 4-5 tables at the most to serve. The server kept serving one table and never checked on us. We had to sit and wait for our bottle of water while she was chatting in the kitchen and going back to another table.

HORRIBLE greasy, salty and essentially tasteless food. Ordered the short ribs nachos. More than half of the short ribs were fat and gristle. When I placed the order, the server asked if I wanted it for take-out. As hotel guests, my friend and I just wanted a reasonably quiet place so that we could have a conversation; it was that way when we walked in & placed our orders. Then, a very loud, and mediocre, band started to play. so I asked for a take-out container. Was told they didn't have that. No follow up from the servers. Had to get silverware, water, etc. ourselves. Dreadful food and service from a casual restaurant at what is supposed to be the most elegant hotel in St. Louis. Really should be rated at "zero."

Food was good but waited over an hour for the food because the incompetent server wasn’t bringing beverage or paying attention to our suggestion. It was miserable to wait for a second try on my order while my wife was served after a 45min wait, and I was not able to have a great meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday! Our beverage was given to us after we almost finished our meals. A simple sparkling water I had to drink straight from the bottle because the server never brought us glasses (we also asked for lemon with it, which never appeared on our table).
