We celebrated our son John’s 16th birthday here today and we had a wonderful experience! The food and service were excellent. The staff was so helpful and kind, especially our waiter Dani. He was very attentive, welcoming, and friendly. He made us feel so at home. Dani has a wonderful personality, he immediately spoke to us like we were good friends! And he put his all into announcing and singing happy birthday for our son! Thank you Dani for making our son’s birthday so special! We had a great time today and will definitely come back.

I was there yesterday for my daughter’s 10th birthday. It’s her favorite restaurant. We had the server Tom and not only was he over the top outstanding with us but every single table he served. His energy and personality absolutely incredible. I couldn't stop watching him. It was amazing seeing someone take such passion in their job. We will definitely be back and we will definitely be asking for Tom!

Excellent experience, the meat is great: tasty, extra fresh, and cooked in the perfect way possible. We had also onions blossom fried, salads, potatoes and Beers! AAA+++ EXTREMELY RECOMMENDED

If you haven't been there, it's an experience. Good food, sometimes you'll see a person in an armadillo suit walking around. The food is good, I took the advice of a friend who suggested the steaks are actually very good there and to my surprise he was right. Don't expect wolfgangs or Peter luger, but still it is prepared well. The rice is a great side and everyone loves the rolls they bring to the table.

Texas Roadhouse is a great place to go if you want a good steak at the same price you could buy it at a supermarket. Everyone knows the butter rolls and honey butter are heavenly, but I got the 8 oz sirloin steak and it was pretty good. I ordered it medium rare and it was cooked exactly how I like it. Our waitress was very sweet and attentive, but it was very clear she was trying to upsell lol. The buttered corn is amazing, though it doesn’t look like much, it’s perfectly seasoned and mouth-watering. The baked potato was decent, but had some weird textures going on. Overall a great experience, the entire meal I ordered was 16.99 and it was an 8 oz steak with two sides. The sweet tea is amazing.

Delicious and very atmospheric. My sister and I ordered steak doneness medium well. It was perfect. Wonderful waitress, professional and kind. All dishes are delicious and the products are fresh. Thanks to the workers and owners of Texas Roadhouse for respecting people. I will definitely recommend Texas Roadhouse to all my friends and acquaintances.

It was our first time trying Texas Roadhouse and we were not disappointed. We got their delicious rolls, combo appetizer, steaks, chili, steak fries, beans, and baked potato. Everything was very well made and yummy! Our server, Jane, was absolutely the MVP, she deserves a raise for how well she does her job and how happy she is doing it. Overall, I highly recommend this location for some good steaks and service!

Great steaks and exceptional service! Our family of 4 visited Texas Roadhouse in Old Bridge, NJ for a Sunday dinner in Jan 2025. It was our first time at this location. The place was packed but since we joined the waiting list on restaurant's webpage we got seated right away. We got delicious food and received an exceptional service by our waiter Will who was super friendly and attentive. Thank you Texas Roadhouse for yet another consistently great experience! All steaks were perfectly cooked to the level ordered! Though Prime Rib was good we found Ribeye and Sirloin to be more flavorful and juicy. We certainly recommend Texas Roadhouse in Old Bridge, NJ if you are up for good steaks, exceptional service, and all that at a very reasonable price! Appetizers Combo Appetizer - good, was gone momentarily Caesar Salad Chili - excellent! Entrees 16oz Fort Worth Ribeye, smothered 12oz Prime Rib, smothered 12oz Ribeye & Shrimp combo - steak was somewhat oversalted Andy's Sirloin Steak Dessert Granny's Apple Classic

Service hands down some of the best I've experienced. The food was cooked perfectly exactly how we ordered. Now I have one small issue. I am I pretty big guy, and we were given a booth. Unfortunately, the tables are fixed to the floor, and needless to say, I was very uncomfortable the entire dinner. Other than that, it was a great experience for my first time at a Texas Roadhouse.

Our overall experience at Texas Roadhouse was good in terms of food quality. The steaks were fresh and flavorful, and the bread with cinnamon butter was excellent as always. The restaurant atmosphere was lively and family-friendly. However, I was very disappointed with one part of the service. One of the waiters used an inappropriate word toward my son while telling him to move faster. This was completely unnecessary and unprofessional, especially when speaking to a child. It was upsetting and not acceptable behavior. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures staff treat all guests, especially families and children, with respect. We enjoy Texas Roadhouse, but this experience was concerning.

Food is always good, ambience is good as well but the 3 or 4 times I have been there, service is never good. We usually sit at the bar and they are never kind, courteous or attentive. Busy or not. I would definitely go there more frequently if the service was better

I love Texas Roadhouse and I’ve been here so many times. But recently I went and I ordered my steak well done. The steak was practically mooing. Great food! The manager Tiffany came in to welcome us there for the first time, def will go back!! Getting the steak medium rare next time tho 😅 medium was a bit too chewy for me.

We had a great time here and would definitely come back. However, the silverware was really disappointing—cheap, rough-edged, and uncomfortable to use—so I did mention it to the manager. I even joked that maybe it was because they didn’t want anyone stealing it, and the manager said nobody does. Honestly, that’s exactly the point: it’s so poor that even a thief wouldn’t want it. Next time, I may bring my own fork. Silverware should never be the reason customers don’t return. And if I feel this way, others probably do too. My motto is: “You’re never the only one.”

Last night I had dinner at Texas Roadhouse in Old Bridge. I have been a regular customer and have consistently enjoyed their steaks. I selected a ribeye from the meat case that I believed to be a 16 oz cut. At no point was I informed that the steak was 24 oz, nor was it labeled as such in the display. When the check arrived, I was charged for a 24 oz ribeye, which is not listed on the menu. The charge was $46.99. I spoke with Tiffany, who identified herself as the manager. She stated that “sometimes” a 24 oz ribeye is offered and that it is labeled in the case. This steak was not labeled, did not appear different from surrounding steaks, and there was no communication that I was being charged for a non-menu item. I am extremely dissatisfied that the restaurant refused to acknowledge a clear failure in labeling and communication. Customers should not be expected to guess the weight or price of an unlabeled item. In the future, I will insist on verifying the weight and price before any steak I select is cooked. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in this location.
