I love me some Jimmy John’s. I will have to say this location was not freaky fast. But I’ve even that service was great young man in the front take care of me and my family.
It's similar to Subway's turkey sandwiches, with unlimited refills and comes with different versions of potato chips. It would help if you followed me here on Google.
That’s definitely my favorite place when I wanna get a fresh sandwich ! Nothing fancy here but I like the taste and the way they make it. My favorite one is the « Italian night club », sometimes I take the gargantuan too 👌🏻 They do also « un-wichs » wich are basically a salad wrap (without bread), cool stuff if you chase calories.
Whenever I visit the US, I always have a sandwich here. It's so good. Until next time :)

Great sandwhiches, expescially if you are in a hurry
Very nice and newly opened Jimmy John's. If you need your sandwich fix this is the place, by the time I write this the place has been opened for a week, so very few people know this place is there, needs more tables and chairs. I know the specialize in fast deliveries, but there are a lot of walk ins, so I hope to see that next time I visit the restaurant. Would definitely recommend it over subway

Fast and furious
This is my go to Jimmy John's, I actually drive past the one on Hollywood Blvd to get to this one. Service is great. They don't get stingy like the other place.

The customer service was outstanding. The staff members were a pleasant to converse with and order from. This is what I look for in places like this. Often times, people will be rude to you for no reason. Food was prepared in a quick fashion as well.

This location in Aventura is the one that I visit the most, have always left happy with the fast service and the efficiency of the team. My favorite is the Tuna Sandwich, never disappoints.

Pleasantly surprised by the subs we ordered here - even at a late hour close to closing, we received delicious subs that had fresh ingredients and were made just as we ordered. The staff was friendly despite the late hour and helped answer any questions we had. They also work very quickly from what we saw, which lived up to their name. Prices are actually pretty fair considering the portions and the quality. Parking is a cinch here and in addition to being accessible, there was a gender-neutral restroom available as well. Not a massive interior but there were a couple of outdoor seats available as well.

I live close by and to be honest, I’ve never been to a Jimmy Johns restaurant ever until about 2-3 months ago. Since then I’ve been to this location about 10 times. It’s fantastic, the food is great as well as everyone working there.
I was at the establishment in Aventura I must say the young lady that made my sandwich was very courteous very lovely and she knew what she was doing with a smile I love that type of service I will be back

People who put negative commet's on this place you should stay home and cook . this place is great i have been eating here for about a year now sometimes 3 time or more a week , and never have a problem . Deliver drivers are great . The staff that answers the phone are always on point . I work in a office of 200 people and no one here has ever had a problem . Great job guys keep up the good work .

I ❤️ Jimmy Johns and get their sandwiches often . One assumption and my whole experience for the day was ruined. I usually get the Italian and chips. Its always given to me the way I like it. This occasion I wasn't even asked and they baked my sandwich . I really hate warm sandwiches and the taste of deli meats in the oven just disgusts me. Needless to say I realized my sandwich had been put in the oven after I had driven away. I ended up giving it to a homeless. Never assume a client wants their sandwich baked.
My son's food had a hair in it. It couldn't be returned because it was a takeout order. Strangely, they wouldn't toast a ham and cheese sandwich without vegetables. The food didn't taste good for the price. There are better sandwich options. The place is too small to eat there.
The two employees were very rude, the bread was stale. The number one reason to go to Jimmy John's is the fresh bread. With so many locations, I recommend avoiding this location.
We placed an order for 4 sandwiches, the lady who took the order had a nasty attitude. None of the sandwiches were close to what we ordered and couldn’t verify the order in the restaurant becase they seal the sandwiches, no wonder why. I can’t believe they are still in business!

I would have given it no stars, but it wouldn’t let me go any further look at the letter. She told me that it was fresh. It’s not fresh. It’s slimy. I couldn’t even eat it and she told me that it was from the vinegar. I’ve had plenty of subs through my life That was not from the vinegar look at the meet it doesn’t look fresh at all. My last time at this place. Whoever owns this place should step in because it’s gonna go under in due time.
This was my 1st time having Jimmy John's and by far this was a waste of money. My wrap has no meat is like the give you 2 slices. If you want meat go to subway at least you taste it during every bite.
First time eating here! You be the judge! 2 meal combos for $29, 8” sandwiches, drink's tasted like pure sugar no soda in it, 2 chicken BBQ mostly chips almost no chicken in it and cold cold cheese absolutely never ever coming back to eat at any Jimmy Johns place anywhere . Did it just because not to cross to Chick Fill’as because of the rain. Unpleasant experience eating their food! Waste of time and money.

Been ordering from them forever, in store and delivery. I placed an order, an hour passed and I called to check on order and they said they no longer delivery to my address. No one bothered to call me, and they could've cared less about it.
Absolutely unacceptable experience today around 2:30pm. I ordered two sandwiches, and the staff showed zero professionalism. One employee threw my sandwich to the cashier guy and the other employee threw it as well which it fell to the floor. Instead of making a new one, they rewrapped the same sandwich, threw it back again with no respect whatsoever, and handed it to me, all while laughing. No apology, no accountability, just complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer service. This showed a lack of respect and cleanliness. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone
Ordered a sandwich while at work less than 10 minutes from this location and waited 45 minutes then called and was told the delivery person was on break. I don’t understand why I was t made aware after 45 minutes then offered no resolution. Exactly what does that mean?
I wasn’t finished ordering my sandwich and a worker put mayo on my sandwich. When I told him I wasn’t finished ordering and didn’t want mayo, he got mad at ME and slammed down the sandwich. What a nasty attitude. Walked out with nothing. Very disappointing, went somewhere else.

I’ve been ordering the same thing for YEARS every single day- a slim unwich and a side of hot peppers. Well today, I tried this location and was told I can’t order a side of hot peppers (again something I’ve done every day for YEARS), and I ended up paying $8 for an unwich that didn’t even have any cheese. And I only received one hot pepper despite asking for extra. I won’t be returning, and to think a life long customer was just lost because I couldn’t BUY a side of hot peppers.
2 hours I was waiting for my order. This third time I make a order and third time I am waiting 2 hours. Highly not recommend this place. The store located in 12 minutes from my work
gave me food poisoning a few months back
I ordered via Uber Eats and order never arrived. I talked to Uber to get my refund and they told me that Jimmy Johns operates independent with their own drivers, so I have to call JJ to get my refund. I called JJ, and they tell me that I have to call Monday when there’s a Manager. So now, I paid for an order that I never received, and I have to chase a manager to get my refund? You guys should improve your service. Do not recommend ordering Jimmy Johns.
Visited this location today the service was horrible I asked the cashier for the name and contact information for the manager she refused I called the number on the front door and left a message I'm the message I'm currently waiting for a call back ....all becauase I asked the cashier to put my topping and dressing on the side...& her response was I was doing a lot!!@ Overall the staff was rude , disrespectful and the customer service is poor.. So I would say DON'T take a chance ...go over to Chick-fila it's next door and they value their customers.
Absolutely bad experience not 1 but 2 times. Never order delivery. They don’t have drivers. Sandwiches are prepared right away and sitting for and hour till a driver picks up order to deliver 0.5 miles away. Total garbage service. They should just cancel delivery service completely
I can't believe this establishment doesn't honor their orders and chooses to cancel them after customers properly place their order. I won't be recommending this nor an JJ establishments to anyone anywhere. Good day.
I tried placing a few orders as a first time customer and even though everything went through, they called me a couple hours after on behalf of the owner Ryan and said I cannot order sandwiches for my mom and wife. Just one for myself. That's crazy. Honor your promotions and your apps. Stop false advertising and gain some new customers for a change. Very disappointed.
Poor customer service, it was my first time going and one the sandwich artist gave me nothing but slick remarks. Also as a company yall need to invest in a toaster oven for the subs. Im sticking to subway!!!!!!

Sandwiches seems smaller than they used to be? Maybe they are scooping the inside of the bread? I'm not sure, but last two visits I was disappointed in the size of the sub overall.
This will be my last time spending my money and time in this establishment. The fat girl or boy who serviced me was very rude, slammed my cup down on the counter, no type of greeting when I walked in, I said hello, he or she just looked at me. Very rude. I manage Jimmy johns and am staying 1.2 miles from Jimmy johns a centre. They tolf ne they don't go past Pembroke road word for word. Then it change to not past hallendale. The manage was very rude and pushy. Terrible customer service and quality assurance never will I order from this store again
Bad meat equals trip to ER
Horrible place! I asked for a number 8 with no mustard on it and come to find out there was spicey mustard on my sandwich. I got very ill, i can't eat mustard let alone spicy mustard that is why i said no mustard and i was told it doesn't come with mustard. But clearly the menu states it has mustard on it. Never going here again. And I go there every other day for my dinne for work. If I could give 0 stars I would
