Nice small kosher restaurant. Simple ambiance but comfortable. Nice outdoor area. There was a saxophonist playing. They still have the old restaurants name on the wall, which was pretty strange. The dishes were well presented and tasty. The steak were good.

Our experience at Prime Grill was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout. The food was exactly what we were hoping for and more. The steak was cooked to perfection as well as the Pastrami. We also got a couple of appetizers and a Caesar salad. Everything was delicious and the portions were big. Will definitely be back here. Already eyeing the lunch specials!

My friend and I decided to give this place a chance since we heard that they changed hands. I had a lamb burger with caramelised mushrooms and pulled brisket. On top. I had no bun or anything else just the Pattie with a side of steamed string beans. It was absolutely amazing and very flavorful. My friend had the Grand Slam burger and she loved it as well. We met the owners, Chantelle and Joe and they were so nice and attentive to us. We tried some pastrami at the end, even though I am not a pastrami either, and it was really good. We looked into their Shabbat takeout menu and we are getting ready to go back because we loved it so much. Highly recommend this place. Make reservations!

The food is delicious and served very classy! Waiters are patient and well mannered... I specifically asked for a dish... And they didn't provide the exact request, but it was good. Wait time is extremely long (I have seen others getting edgy as well and ask them if the food is coming)

Service absolutely the worst. Hardly crowded, so it just wasn't volume. Had to ask for every 2 plus times. Fries cold, I asked for no onions, of course there were, 3 out of the 4 burgers came out 20 mins ahead. The fourth watched everyone eat. Tables wabbling everywhere, and the worst, the staff spraying w Windex everything and walking around w the Windex bottle. Insult to injury was the 18% tip added on for this horrible service. Would not recommend the place!

Got scammed ordered Uber eats steak sandwich and all I saw in the sandwich is one piece of tiny steak little pieces and most of the sandwich was burn literally burn bad onions and mushrooms I took it out and was hoping to see a steak but unfortunately it was tiny little tiny piece. I’m adding the photo of all the mushrooms I took out and onions that’s only from one side of the sandwich Wouldn’t recommend. Unless u ask for no mushrooms and onions.

Terrible food & service just for ordering & picking up takeout thru Uber eats. Ordered "The Power Wow Bammm Steak Wrap", it was done poorly from the very beginning. At first, I was told it came with BBQ sauce but then showed him it didn't say anything about BBQ sauce in the description. Then he "forgot" to put onions & mushrooms in the sandwich, so I had to remind him. Later, when I checked my food, burnt bits and pieces were mixed into the meat, onions & mushrooms & covered all over the sandwich. It was disgusting, unsanitary & just nasty.
