I would recommend this place to anyone. I was impressed with the quality and freshness of the sushi here. The restaurant is something different. Inside the restaurant, the seating is booth style. A revolving belt brings the good around. You do have a menu for other foods and drinks. The drinks are delivered by a little robot. It comes to your table. It was so cool. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The service was fast. The waiter came to our booth and checked on us. He was helpful. The booths have this little game on top. A ball comes down if you win. It's cute. I got a magnetic sticker. I thought it was a cute idea.

Clean, fun, engaging revolving sushi place. The kitchen is constantly replenishing the conveyor plates, and if you'd like something else, you can order on the screen. Service is very friendly and helpful, the little drink delivering robot is adorable. Solid variety of options, don't forget to have a taiyaki ice cream before you leave!

Really tasty sushi and such a fun experience. They have a lot of unique nigiri creations, rolls, izakaya style dishes, and desserts too. The fish is good quality for the price and there’s a ton to choose from. You can grab items from the conveyor belt or you can order things through the touch screen at your seat. Revolving Sushi Bar has been around for many years. Finally there is a great one at Aventura. They were just opened last weekend. They are all around the nations. This is the first one in South Florida. This place has great atmosphere and with great comfortable lighting. The seating is nice and organized. They are using screen ordering and belt track to deliver foods to each today. This might looks like a fast foods type Sushi Bar, but the food quality definitely not. Those fishes are fresh and the hot foods are also delicious. Definitely recommending others. We will give 9.5 out of 10. 😋👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing, fun, and delicious! South Florida is long overdue for a revolving sushi restaurant, and where others have only tried, Kura has succeeded! The server's guidance and easy-to use ordering system allow patrons to easily pick and choose what they want, should they not see it in the belt. The fish was extremely fresh and tasty, and there are more than 40 or so dishes to choose from! Rolls, sushi, hot dishes, soups, and desserts are all savory and fun to eat. Thank you for the delightful experience, Kura!

I loved my experience here!!! And I liked it because... Free parking lot. Great and effective service. Impecable tables and chairs. Hand sanitizers in different corners. Plexiglass on every table. Organized staff and everyone was wearing, gloves, masks. And I even noticed how they people in the kitchen were also wearing that plus the hat for clean service. I loved it. Good price. Each plate you take to your table from the revolving table, is $2.65. But be careful when you get your food, so you don’t spend more than you can. My advice is to be cautious and check the screen where it says how many plates you have had on your table. So you have an idea of how much you will be paying. And last but definitely not least... the taste of their food. Everything was beyond delicious, pretty, fresh, and so colorful. The presentation and the taste was clean and so nice!!

My son’s favorite restaurant ! He says “Kura sushi is the best Japanese restaurant because they serve all of the food on robots! You can order something and then it shoots right at your table. They serve the best cheesecake in the world and have a conveyor belt that goes right past your table and a chute for plates” and if you shoot down 15 dishes, you get a keychain and a small robot serves your drinks!

First time I go, very interesting and dynamic concept. reading the previous reviews it is noted that they have made great changes in customer service, perhaps even exaggerated the very good service in conclusion. Very clean and well designed place. The food experience is fun, tasty and passes the test in presentation, ingredients and taste. It is a place to have a fun time, especially if you are going as a family with children highly recommended. I give 5 stars because i felt the effort they are doing for improve their business which have a large staff of very nice and kind people.

This was the best experience like ever, it was so fresh and fun and totally worth the hour drive. It made me feel like I was in Japan and I love the art on the walls. I came with my friend and we had lots of fun, the server was nice. I’m not a huge sushi person but I was transformed, the sushi here was DELICIOUS. Everything tasted sooo good and came fast. My only complaint is that the revolving sushi barely had anything on it so there weren’t many things to grab from it, which is sad because that was what I looked forward to the most. If you come here expect to spend 30+ dollars per person.

The revolving sushi bar was a blast. I normally don’t have fish. But, I found everything fresh. I really enjoyed my time here. You could bring friends here and have a great social time. It’s really nice especially if you have never seen this concept.

Entering the restaurant I was in complete awe, I’ve never been to Japan before so this experience made me feel like I was really there. A hostess took us to our table and we happily didn’t have to deal with any more people. We sat at our booth and there’s a conveyor belt with sushi on it that goes from one end of the restaurant to the other. I loved the eel sushi and the steak sushi it was absolutely delicious. A robot brings you your drinks. You order your drinks and food from the screen at your table and you also can pay on the screen when you’re ready to go. In the first picture there’s a slot by the napkin holder where you place any plates you pick up from the revolving conveyor belt. It totals up on your order. And anything that you order comes through the top conveyor belt. I would completely recommend this restaurant each item is under $10 and each plate of sushi with about 2-4 pieces are like $2. This restaurant is amazing I will be going again soon!

First time trying a revolving sushi bar and it was a great experience. I had a lot of questions and the staff was so kind to answer them all, especially Aaliyah.

TLDR: Overall great classic sushi and flavor. Pretty affordable at $3.15 per plate. The wait time can be long even on weekdays and the conveyer belt is gonna be empty if you're sat at the end of the line. Otherwise you can order your own sushi whenever you want and that's a great/fun experience too. Don't recommend the other food (rice, etc). ---- Overall really great place with unique structure. The restaurant not only has conveyer belt sushi, but conveyer belt private ordering. There's almost no waiters as a robot delivers basic items to your table. You dispose your plates into a chute. The sushi is well made, beautiful, and flavorful. Each plate is ~$3, which honestly makes for an affordable dinner once you add it up. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of sushi rolls, hand rolls, and overall food offered. I would really give this place 4.5⭐ because it's pretty fantastic minus a few things. One, there was 30-45min wait on a Tuesday night. I'm a little confused why so long, because half of the restaurants seating was open and the restaurant doesn't really use waiters. There might be a staffing issue with cooks (?) but I'm hesitant to try to come back here on a weekend when I normally eat out with that kinda wait for a Tuesday. Secondly, there's only one conveyer belt running. So if you're unfortunately sat at the end of the line, you will get empty plates only. We had only 3-4 plates actually in the conveyer belt system our entire dinner - we ended up ordering each sushi roll on our own. That kinda ruined part of the experience, but that said, we realized some of the plates in the belt are really old and it let us customize what we got. So it ended up fine, but don't expect to be picking plates off the conveyer belt if you're sitting at the end of the belt.

This location is about a 40 minute drive for me but it is so worth it! The sushi is top quality, I love that you can pick from the always flowing conveyor belt or you can jump right into ordering the specific rolls/other items that you want via the screen at the table. My daughter loved that a little robot brings you the drinks/sauces as well. Along with the amazing food, with every 15 plates you insert it will give you a small collectable prize.

Wow delicious and yummy a la carte sushi. This place was actually better than I thought it was going to be. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. They have a robot server that brings you the drinks. They have some basic prepared nigiri options on the conveyor belt so I recommend just ordering what you want on your personal screen. I really enjoyed the hand rolls and crispy rice rolls. It’s super easy to check out when you’re done you just scan the QR code on your screen and pay with Apple Pay. They close at 9:00 PM so get there early if you want dinner.

Had a great experience and a lot of fun, first time at this location and it was pretty much the same as the last location. The quality of the food and being able to see food go by just makes it a fun experience. Great for a maximum group of 5 . If it's your first time , just let the servers know and they'll explain it to you. But it's pretty simple, once seated you can grab anything you like that comes your way or you can order on the touch screen, it'll come on the top conveyor and the screen will notify you . The screen will also have an option to show you a list of things you have ordered and estimated preparation.Be mindful that some categories have 2 pages . Personally I find it easy to grab a lot of plates just because my eyes are bigger than my stomach so just be careful because you can't put the plates back (pls don't put the plates back if you touched them). I recommend the "salmon toro" - melts in your mouth and tastes so good, Also the "crunchy salmon roll"- great flavor and texture, The "rainbow roll"-has salmon, tuna and shrimp with avocado I believe. When you're done, you slide the plates in it's designated shoot at the end of the table. Definitely download the app for faster wait-list and also to stack up points and see promo items.

The service, the food, the quality everything has always been incredible and nothing short of awesome service overall. I visited this location for the first time in 10/21/2025. I have eaten at another location before and the food is just as good. What made a difference is the Server. Our server Xavier provided great customer service. He was polite, friendly and was regularly checking in on us in a way that didn't seem force. I hope the next time I visit he is the server.

Lunch at this place was not very busy on a weekday. Parking was easy. Walking in, the place felt a bit crowded, not with people but the way seating is arranged. You can sit at a table, a booth or at the counter that resembles a lazy river. Food is prepared in a large kitchen and sushi construction area and then placed on a conveyer belt. Some of the food is delivered by an adorable robot. You order using their tablet based digital system. The place is forward thinking, was more advanced...far from a 70+ year old's thinking. The food was really good, skillfully made and flavorful. Decent menu with plenty of choices of proteins. The soup pictured here was terrific! Me, I'm an eel fan. There is something almost antisocial about not having to deal with human beings...and I LIKED it!

I visited this location for the first time in 10/21/2025. I have eaten at another location before and the food is just as good. What made a difference is the Server. Our server Xavier provided great customer service. He was polite, friendly and was regularly checking in on us in a way that didn't seem force. I hope the next time I visit he is the server.

Honestly an experience you have to try, BUT the food itself isn’t worth the drive from wpb to Miami. I’ve had better quality sushi so it wasn’t comparable. I feel like the dishes that are $7 esp the ramen are just average. However, I did enjoy the overall experience esp ordering the food from the touchscreen and the order comes flying to your table. It really reminds me of this one place in Japan. Not sure if I’d go back since it is out of my way.

Cool sushi restaurant concept. The sushi quality was good and fresh. The staff was helpful and welcoming. If you've never been to a sushi restaurant with a conveyor, it's worth the experience. They have other items aside from sushi that can be specially ordered as well. Once you have taken enough plates (15) there is a reward that comes out of the dispenser above your table.

Nice variety of sushis, fishes has good quality, sushi a bit small for me also needs more pressure on the rice, its breaks apart easily. Server Marvin was very nice and attentive. Definitely will go again despite that it is 34 miles drive for me.

It's fun. Playful atmosphere. Ordering via tablet. Staff is very friendly (young H.S./college kids) and explain ordering. Sushi comes on conveyor belt at table level and ordered food comes on belt above eye level. The sushi is good, some plates are better than others, hot food is good. Removing the plate from the container can be tricky. I was happy with the ramen. Prices are very reasonable. Come have fun and enjoy

Very fun and interesting restaurant. The conveyor belt just makes it really cool and fun to look at. The food in general is quite good even though the presentation isn't always quite on point. The service is friendly but not too efficient and I asked for lemon and was charged for a tiny plate of microscopic lemon bits. It's definitely a different and fun place to visit.

Entered the restaurant was greeted by a friendly waiter. Wasn’t busy at all for 5pm on a Saturday. It’s about $3.4 per plate which can range from 2-4 rolls depending on what you get. Food could be ordered via the tablet or picked from the rotating table. There’s a robot that can bring you your drinks which was unique. A unique experience. We were here only for the fried fish with sweet red bean and Icecream.

First time coming here. Waited a while to be attended, there was no one at the front, and it wasn’t busy either. As a first time person didn’t know if we seat our self’s or there is a host. The sushi rotation is cool and taste nice but didn’t think price is worth it. The desert was good. The service is mostly robot or conveyor belts besides the host to sit you. The robot brings you the drinks, the food comes from the conveyer belt.

The concept of this place is really great however, you get what you pay for the grade of fish is very low quality, not good at all. A lot of the stuff tasted fishy when it shouldn’t one of the shrimps I got tasted bitter, which usually means that they are not good anymore or spoiled/expired again great concept, but I would not come back here. I don’t know how a place that has great food has employees who are disrespectful working for them. We went to the aventura location and had Ashley and Marvin working there. They did not pay attention to anything and just expected to get a nice tip. We asked for more napkins and refill on drinks and they gave us such a rude attitude. Manager wasn’t any help as well. I think her name is Loretta and she was just as bad. I hope Kura will start thinking about who they employee at their locations.

This kura hits differently. Out of all the kura locations I’ve been to, this is the worst one. The food quality was lacking and the availability was very limited. I went to this location twice in August for the One Piece promotion and both times were a disappointment. The first time, they didn’t have some items and the second time, they had less. On the first visit was 3 days in and they had the luffy hats on the sushi belt and had luffy’s special rolls. The second visit was the last day of the august and had none of those. They were still out of stock of the one piece dessert. The sushi belt had less items, hence we ordered 95% of our items on the devices. One of the shocking discoveries was the garlic ponzu sashimi. It had smoked salmon in it. The smoked salmon was very overpowering and did not blend well with the rest of the fish. The dishthat never disappoint was the shrimp avocado roll. The yuzu mayo sauce completes it. The desserts were also delicious. The wait time for the food ordered was average 7-13 minutes. I love the convenience of Kura. Like how you can split the bill at the end with your friends and that you are able to place yourself on the waitlist.

I've been going to kura ever since they opened back in 2021 and today has been my worse experience yet. Normally you would be elated for being seated rather quickly however we were seated at the very end of the conveyor belt. This means that the food has to circulate the entire restaurant before we can pick anything we want. It was a busy saturday night so we understood that we wouldn't be able to rely on the conveyor belt for food so instead we decided to order directly to our table, which didnt make much of a difference. We ended up getting two of our orders initially along with maybe a plate or two of desserts from the conveyor belt but after that we were presented with crickets for the next 30 minutes. Mind you we did not get our sauces, drinks, wasabi, etc. until almost 20 minutes after sitting down. After about a total of 45 minutes of being seated we finally got another item that we ordered however they sent out the wrong dish. this happened about two times and we had to call a server over to explain to them that they sent out the wrong order and that the display said the correct order, despite being sent an error. (I.e the display screen said the kura roll was delivered but instead we got a salmon hand roll.) My girlfriend was on the verge of dining and dashing because i've taken her here once before and she had a good experience so what we were presented with last night was a major spit in the face. I forgot to mention that for most of our time there we saw other people constantly getting FULL orders sent out to them meanwhile we are waiting for a simple rolls, (A couple who came in an hour after house were getting sent volleys of the american wagyu beef dish while we were just twiddling our thumbs hoping that we could get the rest of our order. We initially came in with the hopes of using the gacha machine to get a kirby collectible but after sitting in the restaurant for almost two ours we only managed to get get about 11 plates (you need 15 to get the prize). the icing on the cake for this entire experience however is when it was time to get the check, since we were seated at the end of the restaurant we are right next to the entrance for the BOH staff. I kid you not the chef stuck his head out and said to a server " hey are they giving you trouble because i dont have any issue kicking them out". Im not too sure if he was talking about us specifically but that is a very low level of professionalism for any restaurant and it felt targeted towards us because we had to use the call server button multiple times, and all the server said was "im going to let the kitchen know" b8ut we still ended up leaving without getting all of the things we ordered. I wish there could've been more care given to the situation because not only did they make us wait forever to get our food but we had to wait even longer cuz they kept sending the wrong things to us. I am a semi-regular, meaning that i dont go there to often but often enough to be familiar with the place and quite frankly i would love to keep coming to this restaurant for its vibes and food but if I am to expect this treatment again then I will take my patronage elsewhere. And for anyone who is looking for a good place to go eat on a date night DO NOT go to kura, they obviously cant keep up with the demands however if you do go earlier in the day on the weekday i can guarantee you will actually enjoy the full restaurant experience.

My wife and I have been frequent customers at Kura Sushi Bar in Aventura for quite some time. We usually spend between $70–$80 per visit and have always enjoyed the experience. We’ve consistently brought our baby with us and never had any issues before. Recently, since our baby is growing and cannot eat sushi or items from the menu, we stopped next door at Chipotle to get him a simple meal that fits his diet. We fully intended to order and enjoy our usual dinner from Kura, as we always do. When we arrived, we were told we could not enter because we had food from another restaurant. We explained that it was strictly for our baby, not for us. At first, the staff member seemed to understand when we said it was “baby food,” but once he realized it was from Chipotle, we were denied entry. While I understand that restaurants have policies regarding outside food, applying that policy so rigidly — even in the case of food clearly intended for a baby — felt unnecessarily inflexible and disappointing. As loyal, frequent customers, we expected a bit more understanding and common sense. Unfortunately, because of this experience, you have lost a long-time customer for good.

Do not go to aventura place if Ashley or Marvin are working. They are so disrespectful and didn’t even acknowledge us. We were left with empty drinks and no one even came to check on us. It was our 2nd time there. First time was with Chantel and she was amazing. So attentive and friendly. We made the mistake coming at night. They sat others who came after us and then completely ignored us. Didn’t bring any sauces or fill up our empty soy bottle, no drink refills. Asked for manager and they told us they were the managers. It was horrible!
