Jason is fantastic! Fast and friendly and really cares about the customers. When my cat was going thru some stuff he always asked how she was doing. The staff is nice and it’s always so awesome going in there. Great vibe and selection; support local biz not mega corporations who don’t care about you or your community. Thank you!

This is a cute place and the Pecan English toffee was awesome I live out of state and definitely going to order some If your ever in Marble Falls , TX you should definitely stop by they have gift items and lots of goods 😉

Absolutely AMAZING selection of desserts! It is a bit pricey but it will be money well spent. All employees are kind and helpful. The place is well kept and employees practice safe measures during these trying times. Gelato is to die for, absolutely, and have an amazing variety of flavors to choose from! I’m in love with this place!

Cute little shop, they gave us samples that were great. You can tell they take great care of the shop. Had a bunch of cute fun items and different kinds of candies.

Stopped in on my way back to Austin. The sea salt chocolate and chocolate pecan cluster are fantastic! Can't wait to try the famous Pecan English Toffee chocolates. Excellent service in addition to fabulous chocolates.

The owners, managers are friendly and helpful with all the services they offer. I buy chocolates for my dinner dates and each time I do, the ladies always comment on the delicious chocolates that I bring to them. I don't eat sweets, therefore I can't rate them fairly, only what my dates say about them, which is always Delicious! I let the owners select the chocolates to place in each box, then they always tie a beautiful ribbon around the packages! They look so nice!

This place is wonderful! The owners and staff were incredibly friendly. We had the coconut gelato which is handmade and worth every bite! Normally I am not a big fan of toffee but they had us try some samples and it was so delicious we had to buy some. The store also has an adorable retail shop attached to it as well. If you are in Marble falls I would highly recommend visiting this store.

Great place!! Nice owner! She made us feel welcome. The quality of the candy is excellent. She even gave my oldest son free candy and then gave both my children a hug. I highly recommend this store. They really know how to treat visitors.

Best toffee I’ve ever had! We were shopping in Marble Falls and stumbled on this place. Took a few bags home and they were so good, I’ve been ordering online and having them shipped to me ever since. Great customer service too! Highly recommend! If you like toffee you HAVE to try this place!

When they say the world's best toffee, they are not kidding. The milk chocolate toffee is unbelievably good. Highly recommend. The young lady that helped us was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great place to stop for a treat when you're in downtown Marble Falls

The absolute BEST homemade toffee on the planet. Seriously! I've sent it to family and friends in other states and they rave about it. The fresh gelato is also delicious if you're into that sort of thing. And don't forget the oversized cookies! So delectable!! The store also carries a wide range of eclectic decor and smaller gift type items. If you're visiting Marble Falls, pop in and explore. The owners are usually working and are some of the friendliest folks in town!

I have recently moved out to the area and regularly have lunch at the Mexican restaurant next door and decided to take a peek this weekend and check out what all this lovely little shop has to offer. First off it's not small at all like I was expecting. It's beautiful and has something for everyone! I tried a caramel macchiato and it was delicious and while I waited the lady offered me a sampling of their famous toffee as she was in the process of bagging up some. She then went back and also let me try the milk chocolate version as well and I have to say I've never been a huge toffee person because it kills my teeth, but theirs is absolutely Divine!! I of course bought a bag and will be back for more haha!! The gift shop/retail area is very nice with some beautiful pieces to admire and the prices seemed very reasonable. I love this shop and I will most definitely be back in. Thanks y'all!!

My husband, adult children and I visited Marble Falls for a few days and our last stop before hitting the road to go home was Choccolatte's. What a gem!!! We all wished we'd stopped in earlier in the week so we could have gone more than once. My two adult boys had great conversation with one of the employees and the barista who made our coffee was super friendly. She even brought us our coffee while we were shopping around in the cute boutique area. Nicest people and beautiful shop. Wish we were local so we could stop by often!

Anissa made me the best chocolate frappe that I’ve ever had! She was kind was patient with me because I never know what I want when it comes to sweet coffees. I was very pleased with the drink and her service. 10/10!

i was so surprised that a small town like marble falls texas have their own delicious homemade chocolate house!!! we went there around 10 in the morning and we are lucky to see how they make their chocolates... the place was pretty cozy and the ambience of the place is warm and welcoming... people were friendly and very accommodating!!! must try their pecan english toffee so yummy!!!

They have the BEST cookies, amazing toffee (which they let me sample), great coffee even for me who never drinks coffee, and good gelato! The staff every time has been extremely friendly and welcoming. I came in today and needed some hot water for my baby’s bottle and they were so helpful and very kind. I love coming here and it’s the best shop of its kind in the Hill Country! I love bringing in friends and family to try their goodies and everyone has always loved what they get.

Love popping in here when I am in Marble Falls. I do not particularly care for toffee, but their dark chocolate covered toffee is irresistible. Their cake balls are pretty good too, as is their coffee. It's fun to just wander around the shop a bit as well, occasionally I will find a great gift.

The sign alone got our curiosity. We are new to the area and wanted to see what the coffee and chocolate is like. It's a small, quaint store and for as small as it is, they do offer quite a bit. We tried the peppermint gelato and it's pretty good gelato. They have some other interesting flavors so I know I'll be back. The person at the store was nice enough to let me sample the gelato before ordering. For the chocolates, I tried the dark chocolate caramel, chocolate raspberry and dark chocolate covered almonds. The dark chocolate caramel was nice and had a dash of salt on the outside which was good. But the caramel was far too soft. I'm used to caramel that is much chewier. They are very tasty but not a traditional caramel. The raspberry was very similar. Just too soft with only a very slight hint of raspberry. The dark chocolate covered almonds were good. But nothing more than roasted almonds and dark chocolate poured over them. The dark chocolate was good. I don't drink coffee but my friend had the coffee; she likes a cold brew with oat milk and they had it all. She said it was quite good and enjoyed that it wasn't too sweet like many other places. Bottom line, if you are walking around after dinner, this is a great place to stop in for a sweet treat. Definitely recommend.

Cute little shop. We just happened to stop on our way through town. It was a hot day outside... and oddly enough... I guess it was warm enough in the store that the Gelato was melting while in the refrigerated case... but we took some anyway, and the Pecan flavor was pretty tasty. The main thing for us was the chocolate. We were so excited to try the different truffles in the case... but when we got home... they were a major disappointment. Some of the flavors tasted like perfume. To me, that means they probably used some type of extract or artificial flavoring to get the desired flavor in the truffle name... like 'red velvet' (there were other bad ones, but I can't remember the names). Some of them had different colors and designs, but tasted the same as each other. We took one bite out of each and didn't finish. We did get 2 straight chocolate ones that were good and we ate those.

There were two cookies, I requested the front one and was told they pull from the back. I repeated I wanted the front one. To which she schooled me “OK but it will never happen again”. She is right, with that service attitude I wont be back.

Owners are rude and racist. We were in the store with our 3 kids and who appeared to be either the owner or a manager (older blonde haired female) started following us around and appeared visibility upset. Then, she asked our kids not to touch the toys. We left because of how uncomfortable we felt but having toys at the eye level of kids and asking them not to touch them is ridiculous. Of course, we’re African American and she only said this to our kids. Sad to see the mistreatment in a store. Edit in response the owner’s response: Your response alone is why racism continues. If you want to understand how your behavior could have been perceived as negative then statements like “I stand my ground” won’t help you. Unfortunately, we were not approached in any positive manner prior to the interaction directly with our children which is unacceptable. We were there the entire time with our children and the proper thing to do would have been to directly approach me, the parent with any concerns. Sadly, this establishment isn’t open to growing (just look at their response) and continues to support their negative behavior. Do the world a favor and take your money elsewhere!

Stopped in during the farmers market and inquired about if they offered any gluten free options as it’s chocolate but worried about cross-contamination with other bakery items or fillings. The lady behind the counter immediately froze and had no idea how to answer and replied “they should be” but I asked about the molds that have gluten filling, are they prepared separate or do they share? She just stood in silence like I was a health inspector auditing the establishment. I guess she thought I was being a jerk because she just walked off, even though I still wanted to order chocolate for myself and my 4 kids back home. Instead of helping me and ignoring me you probably just lost a $200 sale of chocolate which I later purchase at Ms. Lollipop adjacent to your store. Do not visit if you have a gluten allergy or want to be treated with respect. Will not be visiting again!

Choccolatte’s has been a beloved part of my family’s Christmas tradition for years. Every holiday season, we go far out of our way—hours out of the way, in fact—just to stop in and buy their toffee. It’s something we genuinely look forward to all year, a little treat that brightens the season. But this year, I left heartbroken. Despite seeing piles of fresh toffee behind the counter, we were told they wouldn’t sell us any. They explained that they were reserving all of it for corporate orders. We shared how much this tradition means to us, how far we’d come to keep it alive, and even asked if they could sell us just a small amount. But the answer was still no. What made this even harder to accept was that the owner was informed of the situation and still chose not to help. I rarely write negative reviews, and this is my first-ever one-star review of a small business. I don’t take that lightly—I know how hard small businesses work, and I tried to avoid it. But this experience left me so hurt and disappointed that I feel others should know. If you’re planning to visit Choccolatte’s for their toffee, be aware that they may not sell it to you at all, no matter how loyal a customer you are. I was having a tough week and had been so looking forward to this special part of our holiday tradition. Instead, I left empty-handed and deeply disappointed. The lack of care for loyal customers in favor of corporate orders was appalling. Unfortunately, after years of loving this tradition, I won’t be coming back.
