We have lunch at this restaurant, and we were pleased by the service. They were friendly and prompt. My husband ordered the seafood soup and he really enjoyed it. He commented that it was tasty, very filling and with a delicious seasoned flavor. I ordered the Asada tacos. I was very satisfied with the seasoning of the meat and its overall flavor. Ranchero beans and I say they could’ve been better.

A self-seating, local Mexican food staple. Very fast and friendly service always. Authentic Mexican with dishes like menudo and ingredients like nopales (cactus). Delicious, made in-house red and green salsas. Free chips and salsa. Aqua frescas highly recommended. Sports on TVs by the bar. Newly renovated bathrooms. Pay at counter.

Mi AMIGOS! This place is legit. For real Mexican food. Little bit of TexMex flare but a little more authentic and that’s the way I like it. What sets the place apart is the pricing. Nothing was over $13. Now a days it seems like you can’t get two enchiladas for less than $15! But this place had generous servings and was delicious. My son complained about his chicken nuggets being dry, but I for real almost dis-owned him right there in the restaurant for ordering chicken nuggets. I got the burrito guadalajara (pictured) and recommend you do the same!!!!

Stopped in with my grandson and daughter the other day. I always try something different and each time I am pleasantly surprised. Food is always hot and very tasty.

We visited El Jimador Don Pilo for lunch. We were quickly seated upon arrival. Our orders were quickly taken. Free chips and salsa arrived in short order. Our meal arrived quickly and hot. The food was tasty and well seasoned. The staff was very friendly. At the end of the meal, our ticket was delivered and we paid at the counter. This is a great place to drop in for a great meal. I hope to see you there soon.

I didn't know what this place was at first because they hadn't replaced the blank sign at the front of the building. Now that they have, I decided to give them a try. The food is really, really good. The service wasn't as great as I would've preferred, but there were two teenage-looking employees who were more interested in their conversation than serving me. Thankfully, other people would stop by and ask how things were going. The prices were pretty reasonable as well. I stopped by post-lunchtime when it was quiet but may see what the evenings are like one day.

Food is okay. Portion is good. Flower tortillas nor corn are not home made so sad. And the waitress was not attentive. Price is okay.

Margaritas were great and we enjoyed our food, but we felt essentially ignored for the first 10 to 15 minutes of us sitting at our table. Once we got to meet our server it continued to be difficult to get his help.

Absolutely not one ounce of seasoning. Truly sad that these beautiful people had to dumb down the seasoning for the clientele they serve. I saw nothing but brown skinned folks working here and I know they know how to season food. Won't be back but I wish them well.

There's good Mexican food and then there's this place. I had to remind the waiter that is ordered guacamole to go with my chips. When he finally brought it, the guacamole tastes like they waved an avocado over the bowl as they prepared it. It's greenish and creamy, that's it. The fajitas had slices of potato mixed in with the vegetables... filler I'm guessing. The fish and shrimp I was served had almost no taste. Very bland. They did the cursory "how was everything" at check out. When I answered, "only fair" the lady moved on to taking my payment as though I'd said, "great". Definitely won't be back.

Unfortunately I haven't received my food yet but I have very low expectations. The service here is absolutely horrible. Plus the people here have no respect for others. I would recommend going elsewhere.

Waitress spilled liquid on the floor, saw that made a puddle on the ground and left it there, we told another waiter about the spill and they did nothing to clean it, we had to keep notifying waiters until someone put up a “Wet Floor” sign on top of the spill instead of cleaning it up. They created and left a spill that someone could’ve slipped and fell on.

I wouldn’t recommend this place very poor service and the food has fillers. The Chicken and so called Steak fajitas has fat and they add hard bacon for what. The menudo has pig hooves so be careful so you don’t bust your tooth out. They told us the manager wasn’t in so an assistant came to the table saying that places around Marble falls put pig hooves in the menudo but the waitress forgot to tell us. We were offered a 10% percent discount which was a $4.80 so we still spent $50 for food we didn’t eat or even take with us this just very disappointing.
