Parking lot is larger than most other locations I’ve seen—but still a tight fit for our extended bed crew cab truck. There is a long side street next to it that would be perfect for big pickup trucks and/or trailers. Great patio seating & picnic tables under a tree. Library book house inside is a nice touch. Drive-thru experience is one of the longest I’ve had in a while for Chic-fil-A. Took longer in the drive-thru than most other times I’ve been. This was in the morning and about 6 cars ahead of me. Food was good. Window staff were friendly. This Chic-fil-A is not typical of most that get you through the line quickly.

A part of me came here to check out the Little Free Library with my kids but they didn't have any books in there due to the virus. Very sad indeed. Aside from that, all of the staff was very welcoming and personable. The food was great as usual. The one thing I can honestly say about the Chick-fil-A chain (I'm hoping I don't mess it up by saying this!) is that they have never messed up my order! In the three or more years I've been ordering food with them, my orders have always been correct. By the way, they have a mouthwash center in the bathroom. How wonderful is that! I guess this is the next best thing for date nights. :)

The atmosphere felt dull, and the service was bland. No laughter or enthusiasm coming from staff. Also, business relies to heavily on tap pay. Got told my card declined, even though chip was never used. Some people have locks on tap to avoid theft. There should be more than one option to pay. Your losing business and satisfaction.

I love Chick-fil-A! Always a big fan of the atmosphere and the quick service and their attention to detail. However, this specific location has yet to reach those Chick-fil-A standards that I appreciate. The last two times I have come to this location, drive thru, I have been asked to pull over to the side to wait for chicken….you are a chicken place…it’s kind of sad when you ask your customers to park to wait for chicken…twice. I have also noticed that there were others asked to park to wait for their order. Y’all got everything else down! The staff is very friendly, the food is always piping hot. It’s just this one detail that needs improvement:)

Young guy, (Gibby, according to our receipt,) at drive thru window largely ignored us as we were trying to get our food. Was too busy talking to his coworkers about college sports. Ended up with an incorrect chicken sandwich, and no sauces for either of our meals. Pretty disappointing. Oh and they didn’t even say bye. Normally it’s the “my pleasure” or whatever. Nothing. Just kept ignoring us and talking to his coworkers-workers. Chik-Fil-A is generally great but I won’t be returning to this particular location.

Stopped by Chick-fil-A in Marble Falls, Tx on 3 Feb, 2026 (highway 281) and truly was let down by the food I received! Muffin with sausage and egg was cold and had been sitting in the ben for a while! My hash browns were soggy and cold! Truly Sad with all the workers and managers that were present! To sum it up I have ate at Chick-fil-A so many times over the years and the food was always freshly made and delicious!

Stopped here with my daughter. On my way home after coming to town to see the Christmas lights service was absolutely terrible. Food quality was awful. I opened that Chick-fil-A. It’s sad to see that it has really gone south over the years. I will definitely not be back.

Love chick-fil-a. Just a bad experience this time, went in around 1pm and got a salad, soup and sandwhich. Tortilla soup. No spoon or tortillas. Just sad because I tried to drink it and not the same without tortillas. The rest of the food was great quality!

Worst Drive Thru service , They need to start training their employees better especially at the pickup window makes me not want to go to this location again, went yesterday around 2:25 is pm according to the receipt (Abby ) the young lady at the pickup window was very rude and unprofessional she just handed my food in my hands no communication with a stinky attitude .

Worst chic filet I have ever been too. Slow slow slow, it took 5 min for 2 cars to get through the drive through the girl taking orders kept mumbling, I could not understand her. Got my order wrong. Looking into the drive through window, the place looked filthy. Do better

This store cannot get my order right. I always order the cobb salad with grilled chicken. They have forgotten the dressing or given me fried chicken. Today, they gave me the spicy grilled chicken. This made the salad inedible.
