This place was really good when it initially opened but the quality has dwindled significantly. Whoever is cooking their eggs needs to learn what "over medium" means, because the last few times l've received a hard yolk. The food is way too expensive to be repeatedly making these mistakes. Most of the staff is kind but that doesn't mean much when the food isn't up to par.

I've been going here a while, and I slowly noticed that the frequency of order errors increased. Additionally, the food quality seemed to decline, and the customer service has gone down. I placed an order tonight just to receive, yet again, a wrong order.... something preset on their menu. I feel like I'm regularly disappointed by inattentive servers, and have been receiving subpar service as of late.

This place has got to be the worst place in all.of Brooklyn, New York. I asked female if they have good chicken cutlet prepared today and she lied straight out Hard old thin cutlet i asked for Peppershe gives me Salt. I ordered extra Mayonnaise!! She had no Mayor on Garlic Bagel Stay away? You will.be disappointed here !!!!!!

Ordered a roast beef sandwich. It was the flattest sandwich I've ever seen. You can tell they had come to the end of the roast beef, and instead of opening up another roast beef, the put the dark tough bits of the end piece. For $11.34, they should have done better. Shameful.

Visited on Saturday evening to order takeout and couldn’t help but notice the guy handling the register and packing orders kept rubbing his nose with his hands, wiping his nose with a tissue, packing orders with food, utensils, and tissues and not once did he WASH HIS HANDS! This happened at least 10x in the short time I was there. Prior to leaving I let him know very respectfully that constantly touching and wiping your nose with tissue and handling orders — IS NOT OK! His response to me was “Good thing I’m not the one making the food”. That was extremely unprofessional and rude. Hopefully this action is corrected. Imagine wiping your face with tissues that are contaminated by someone else? We have to do better.

Qandeel was horrible at customer service!. She yelled and refused to accommodate our order after it was INCORRECT and we drove 20 minutes back to fix our order. She then played the victim saying she’s small, instead of fixing our order. We come here often and will not be back. Horrible worker with no customer service. She needs to be fired.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Sunset Bagel Café. I ordered a simple bacon, egg, and cheese and ended up waiting over 20 minutes—and it still wasn’t ready. That’s way too long for something so basic, especially on the weekend when nobody should be waiting that long for food. The café itself has a beautiful location, but the service was completely all over the place. A lot of the customers looked frustrated and upset, and it was clear the team was overwhelmed. They definitely need more staff to handle the rush and keep things moving smoothly. Until they improve, I wouldn’t recommend this spot if you’re expecting decent service.

I placed my order online an hour in advance, expecting a smooth pickup. Yet I still had to wait 40 minutes after arriving. The delay was frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. I hope this can be addressed to improve future service.

Poor service overall. The phone operator is horrible, unprofessional, poor time management , hold time is extremely long. Sometimes they don't answer the phone at all. Orders always missing something. They charge extra fees for delivery and request a tip and up charge on everything. Over 1 hr delivery for 3 blocks away. One time they forgot. I got my order 4hrs later. Another time is was sent 2 hrs later with no utensils to eat it. Pricey compared to other deli sandwich shops. Frequent change over of staff and their mistakes makes me scared for my health. Don't let the trendy painted interior fool you. Poorly operated. I don't order from there anymore. Sad because I would spend $40 a day for my work lunch and that doesn't even matter to them.

Ordered a chicken lunch wrap with a noted allergy with roasted peppers, I found almost a pound of roasted peppers stuffed into the wrap. It was a little excessive for a normal wrap, almost like 90% roasted peppers and 10% of chicken and lettuce, also considering my allergy, it’s like more was added.

If you want a nice grilled steak salad. Do NOT come here. They gave me a salad with Philly cheesesteak type meat. THATS NOT STEAK. I’m so irritated I spent 20 dollars on this to not even eat the whole thing. I want my money back!!!!!!! Ugh I’m grossed out
