They mess up almost every order. Today they were about to give me plain bagel instead of “everything” but I caught that while they were cutting the bagel. So they gave me an “everything” bagel. But when I got home I discovered that my veggie Sausage egg and cheese sandwich didn’t have any sausage.

Thankful that this dunkin donuts is still here. Good donuts and sometimes giving away at night for free. However depending on who works there can be rude and don’t heat up sandwiches properly. Lately the staff have been great though.

I vested this Dunkin donuts because it's easily accessible on my home ,of Ave U and Bedford Ave.There is usually street parking,so it's not that hard to find a park.Store is at the corner.This was my 3rd time visiting it,I bought large iced coffee with whipped cream for my wife.She loved it ,the person who attended to me was very respectful,and made it especially for her, because I told him it was for my wife and she loves her iced coffee light and sweet from Dunkin donuts.Thanks

Like any Dunkin the food is amazing however the bagel egg and cheese was slightly burnt. The place is small and I strongly recommend taking food out.

Food is yummy, cashier not so nice.

I liked it. This place reminded me place where I can have coffee and enjoy nature, although it's inside service!

so the door opens the other way as i see many people make the mistake with the door rather its opening it to get in or to leave as it is a pull to leave so if you are grabbing alot from an order try getting a bag or a tray so you dont end up dropping anything but otherwise its well staffed very fast with their orders if you are doing it online sometimes they are short staffed and you do have to wait but otherwise its not to bad definitely a great and clean dunkin to go to!

An older location with a few seats available by a counter at the window. Which is nice. Service is lacking. You can wait awhile for your order. Zero personality behind the counter. Place is pretty clean, though. And no bathrooms. It’s Kosher and accessible ♿️. Metered parking. Decent spot.

Staff is friendly and seem to understand and process my orders correctly. No complaints. Small store good for takeout. Store is clean but not spankin' clean. Condiments are always filled up when you need it.

Today's visit was quite nice....the establishment had someone constantly mopping while people were coming in and out. Smelled.clean. the orders came out promptly and overall one of the better Dunkin Doughnuts locations.

I would give it 5 stars but I got a 2 for 2 and I bit into it and there was a plastic thing in it I think its the thing that's in between the cheeses but idrk

Too little people on a Sunday morning. 1 person on the register. 1 person preparing the food. The person at the register just pointed and didn’t say a word and the woman who prepared the food practically threw the bag at me when she finished it.

-Cut myself opening the door....Handle is badly placed. /Employees were mad. Don't seem happy 2 work here, and I can't blame em.

This is probably the worst Dunkin I have been to. A young, teenage looking employee was showing me an attitude for no reason, and sitting on his phone while I was waiting to order.

Need more help. Ordered on the go still waited 20 minutes. I only get 30 minutes for lunch. Very disappointing

This place changes employees as frequently as I do Shirts. They are typically unfriendly, unkind and simply unamerican. However for the most part they have rampant up the speed of the process, so drinks have been coming out quicker. For the most part.

I am a big fan of signature latte, but I am very saddened that when ordering through the application, it often turns out that the ordered taste is not available or the coffee machine is being cleaned and you have to wait forty minutes. I have a three-month-old baby and I specially order coffee through the app so that I don't have to wait. And if there is no desired taste, the employees always offer something cheaper in return. This makes me very sad. I would not want to look for another establishment, but it seems I will have to.

Small place, solid seating spots, can get quite busy at times. The staff are not very welcoming, and the food is mediocre at best.

Horrible customer services especially the lady . I ordered mobile pickup but when I got there the lady told me the order did not went through and they did not receive anything . However , I opened the Dunkin app and showed them prove of the order I make but they still gave me nasty attitude and blame me for that . If u want a better customer service go to a different Dunkin .

Very disrespectful customer service, i get to the cashier and the worker asked me "what do you want". They were talking and laughing at me while they were making jokes about me at same time lookin up and down. They were speaking arabic and didnt even undrstand that i understand arabic.

Waited 25 min for a breakfast sandwich and got nasty attitude the entire time because I asked nicely if it was almost ready ! These people need training on how to deal with customers I understand they were busy but that’s not a reason to behave in a nasty way I was being polite .

Bought veggie omelette with cheese on a flat bread. They forgot to put omelette. Terrible. The sandwich had 3 things on it, and they can’t get that straight. Will not buy on 2501 Avenue U every again.

Oh, this time I had to say, there is a very tough lady behind the counter most of the time I keep quiet she is not nice most of the time very rude also, for other customer I do not recommend this and I hope they’re going to get some person that happy to be there

What’s the sense in all of the staff on site to have their masks under their chin? From the person taking the order to the staff coming out of the back not one had their mask on properly.

Horrible service I asked for ice coffee and less ice. They gave me half coffee with more ice I had take half the ice out half coffee coffee came out. I would not recommend this place. No matter what go to another location.

They didn’t give me jelly when I ordered plain bagel with cream cheese and jelly. The bacon on my bacon egg and cheese looks weird, it’s like red hard plastic, it’s either red food coloring or it’s still raw. The two ladies working there is questionable. Do we really need 2 people working on a single item?

Every day, the service is unprofessional, with staff frequently getting orders wrong and failing to understand requests the first time. Nothing ever changes, and this was the last time I visited. The overall experience is just frustrating.

Cashier is rude and disrespectful! I ordered twisted bagel, she literally turned her back to her coworker and said she should have said bagel twist. I felt like I’m in retail store with screaming cashier who barely talk in English not in real Dunkin. It was at 7:52am I got small coffee and TWISTED bagel. Make sure talk in English in front of your customers not talk about them in your own language. Worst Dunkin experience.

Worst customer service I ever had on dunkin I came just now for hot decaf coffee with soy milk and I was told that the store has only regular milk , skim milk and half &half , so I decided to go with just black coffee no milk since I do not drink dairy , just on my way out when I already opened the door I heard someone's order was pronounced as iced coffee with almond milk , I was not offered an almond milk as an option , so dear dunkin let me ask you a question , based on what you are offering almond milk to your customer ? are your employees aware of the offerings ? Ahh and I forgot to mention , when I asked to provide me some coaster because my cup is extremely hot I was told by the lady and gentlemen over the counter that I should just grab a napkin ,well I guess the coaster is also provided based on some questionable criterias.....
