I have loved Jack In The Box for years! The tacos and jumbo jack are my go to. Would love to see them back in Jersey! My must go whenever I go to Texas.
Firve stars only because my husband works here so if you go and he is working you will be getting fresh food, other than that if anyone else is working I tend to get really dry or older food. And the people who bag the food do not bag the orders properly most of the time. The sourdough breakfast scrambler that they just came out with I hope becomes a permanent menu item it's absolutely delicious and probably would still be delicious even if it wasn't super fresh, good food overall though:)
I always use their Drive thru early in the morning after work. A lady by the name of Crystal always helps us. I just had to ask her for her name because, she always has a smile and my Order is never wrong. I believe employees deserve special recognition 👏 and a great thank you!
I don't know what happened to this Jack in the box but it's always been really crappy the past few years until here recently I've been getting excellent service .food's been right it's been quick. Guess they finally have good workers!
They will only give you 1 packet of sauce per burger, even if you offer to pay for it . Plus, they are rude & will lie to your face. I'll go to League City, where they appreciate their customers. BACLIFF Jack in the box totally sucks The food was good . The burger was very dry, nothing on it. The only good thing, at least, was the Monster tacos. They are back & they were actually hot!!
Typical JitB food. Has truck parking but looks like local drivers use it for a drop lot.
This place seems to be busy all the time.. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, water leaks on the ceilings, which can lead to fungus to develop, water was from the ceilings dripping while I was eating.. If you have good business invest some on fixing the place horrible experience.. I don't wanna imagine the state of all the other appliances
If i could give the place negative stars i would. my husband sat at the speaker for atleast 5 minutes before pulling to the window just for the skinny boy in the window to come at him with an attitude, threaten him an tell him to pull around front implying he wanted to fight. my husband pulls around front and comes in asking about ordering tacos to then be told he was banned and that the cops were called. he tried to ask for a manager before things erupted just to be told there was no one there. i would like to make a formal complaint on the employee and will be coming first thing in the morning to speak to a manager.
Order taco NO TACO SAUCE as I am allergic. Stated it MULTUPLE times, confirmed with cashier. Get home not only is the taco sauce on them but XTRA! No one answering the phone. Place was NOT busy as I was the only car in Drive thru before and after my order.

I work nights, and it never fails this location won't serve drive-thru unless it's door dash or some other food delivery service or they will claim their system is down. Here's a helpful hint, SHUT THE PLACE DOWN AY MIDNIGHT AND DON'T FALSE ADVERTISE 24 HR DRIVE-THRU TO CUSTOMERS AND TURN THEM AWAY!
To day I purchased the "Gremlin box" is a limited-time "Gremlins Midnight Meal" at Jack in the Box, which includes two chicken strips, two tacos, onion rings, halfsie fries, a drink, and a limited-edition Gremlins air freshener. NOT worth $12!!! Not only did they try to collect payment when my order was already paid for through the app, only 4 onion rings and no Germlin air freshener and no explanation. Just handed me my order throught the drive thru window and shut the window. Period! Didn't ask if I needed anything.
Standing in parking lot, cause I have someone working on my car. And I tried to call to see if they would let me use the bathroom so I don't have to leave my car, and I look through the window and the "manager" is on the line playing on her phone while they ignore their customers. No wonder this place has had reviews. They have terrible customer service.
I swear, the last few times I've ordered from here, nothing is correct. And I mean nothing. Spent $30 only to not be able to eat it. How does a jr bacon cheese burger only have cheese on it? How does a jumbo jack only have cheese, lettuce and mayo? And worse part, they never ever answer the phones no matter what time you call.
They keep the bathrooms locked. And then make you wait for a key. While they do everything else. Very RUDE.
Went through the drive thru tonight. Its a little girl that has the worst customer service. No suggestive sales, no up sales, she has a very nasty attitude. Ive here her a few times and everytime she always have a attitude. Tonight I get to the window I ask her about my drink size cause I ordered a large I recieved a medium. Then my top isn't on my cup all the way so drink is spilling everywhere. So I asked her for some napkins she going say she put em in the bag. But I know she see all the drink on my hand and cup. Then she gives me the bag with a super attitude. So I get the napkins out the bag. Then I ask her ranch and taco sauce she going say "OH MY GOOSH AND SLAM THE WINDOW CLOSE!!!!" Rhis isn't the first time she's has done this and got my order wrong. I went a couple days ago and ordered 4 tacos and got home and all I had was 2. Her attitude is definitely the wrong one to have in customer service...
Waited about 20 minutes for an order if it was called done on their app it was been ready when I got there and when asked for the food was told it'll be ready when it's ready that is very rude
I drove to get food for my family and I had really bad experience with the cashier. She was very rude. She had an attitude for everything that I was asking. I told her to charge me extra so I can get extra Oreo on my shake and she just dumped the whip cream with her hand in front of me to the trash and just poured oriole and All over the cup and then I ask for extra range that I was gonna pay that extra money and she said she wouldn’t that my limit was 2 buttermilks even if I was will to pay for it she told no .. and my fries wore old and cold my order was disgusting every not fresh and employees act like they don’t want to be there . Very disappointed and won’t be back and the cashier name was Elena L I hope she has a better day. Because treated costumer like that is not ok.
Went to get food around 12 they gave me everything but my 5 chicken sandwiches that was about $12. So yes I was going to make sure my kids got their food. Carla the cook told the guy at the register named Anthony that she had made them and given them to me that she was not going to make them again. The line was super long and since the lobby is locked I couldn't get their attention so I went through the line again that took me another 30 minutes to just go through the line again. The thin young lady told Anthony also that she was not going to make them again that it was 5 chicken sandwiches and that i should have them. First of all why would i wait in line for the sandwiches for 30 minutes just to make something up like i didnt have them i showed her the bags and receipt and they still denied making them. My food is cold and Anthony asked me to go around and wait for them that they would make them he later on comes out to let me know after waiting for them for a while that the cook Carla is not making the food he's asking for her to make. I was told to come back later on and ask for a refund or let them know that Carla the cook didn't want to make the order he's requesting. That's disappointing and upsetting that now I have to tell my kids that they didn't want to make their food.
My experience at this place was very unpleasant. The tables were not cleaned, and there was soda spilled on the floor 🥤 that had been there for a long time — parts of the floor were sticky and gross 🤢. They only put up a caution sign ⚠️, but no one cleaned or removed the mess. I didn’t feel comfortable eating there at all
If you like being over charged and not receiving what you payed for, if like like your food put together like they didn’t try, if like being treated like your bothering the employees and treated with contempt when you attempt to correct their mistakes then this is the place for you…. Btw this is the only jack in the box that takes the mini taco and doesn’t put the cheese or lettuce etc inside the taco! Honestly I’ve been to half a dozen other jack in the boxes this side of Houston and it’s literally the only one. They just dump everything on the top of the box outside of the tacos. Smh just lazy as can be! And this service has been consistent not only from my experience but also according to other reviews. I go to this location at least every other week. With that being said when you ( the owner or manager) reply to this don’t apologize. Instead show that you are indeed sorry and regretful for all of these poor reviews that people keep leaving and proceed to improve your service. Otherwise your words are a worthless attempt to save face….
