I go here all the time mostly because it's the closest fast food near my house. Mostly the food is good. Today I ordered a Hungerbuster Jr combo, of course I had to pull around to wait for my food. When I finally get home to eat, I was so disappointed that the bun on my burger was like a rock. They had over toasted half of it. It wasn't eatable. I threw it away. I called to let them know, they offered to cook another but of course I was at home and not going all the way back for something that should've been right the 1st time. Do better Dairy Queen!

Ordered a Dr Pepper BBQ Patty melt and it was absolutely horrible. Instead of applewood bacon it was served with turkey bacon and when I asked the cook if they had any real bacon he got an attitude and told me they don't have any pork bacon. If you don't have an item that is supposed to be included on a burger you should let your customer know ahead of time so they can order something else and if you're going to be in the business of serving the public you should lose the attitude. Will absolutely never go back to this Dairy Queen again

If I could give zero stars I would. They had no coke zero, no diet Dr Pepper and served turkey bacon in my burger without disclosing that they didn't have real bacon. Added this to my vlog since I'm currently looking hidden eats and treats southeast. So ridiculous

They absolutely have no idea what Dairy Queen items. They have the lady at the window. Always gets the items wrong or calls.It something in spanish one thing I don't speak spanish

Ordered a 3$ burger got a $6 burger and no cheese, didn't get what I asked for and the recipe doesn't tell u what you payed . The meat on the burger was extremely disapining might aswell call it a veggie burger . Not what I payed for and disappointing 😔

We go in about once a week and get blizzards, and about a month or so ago something changed. There is a young Hispanic girl that is rude as can be always giving customers dirty looks. Tonight we went and one out of three blizzards were correct. From the moment they started making the blizzards it took about 10 minutes to finish. Long enough that the ice was already melting. I felt bad for the new girl because you could tell she was taught bare basics of the register and that’s all.

I received probably the worst burger that I've ever had in my life. the Patty was dry and stunk from the first bite. it immediately tasted as if it was bad meat that had been frozen and then thawed and then cooked and served. the bacon was as tough as it was thin and also somehow both almost entirely devoid of flavor but rotten tasting simultaneously. there must apparently be no quality assurance at this restaurant and I assume no one is eating the food from the kitchen who is serving it because I'm certain that if I were to have eaten the burger I would probably be hospitalized today.

i ordered 5 blizzards all with extra toppings from yall and 3 of them were just plain old vanilla ice cream even the oreo blizzard had NO OREOS !! what type of sense does that make 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ get better employees!!!! or just learn how to read a ticket honestly….

This place SUCKS!!! My burger was a dried out, burnt hickey puck and the fries were greasy. I saw a commercial right before I came here that said they had a meal deal. I asked about it and the girl said they don’t have a meal deal. While I was eating I could hear the employees cursing
