Hunger buster burger patty was almost as big as McD kids burger patty. Behing the register area was quite disorganized. 2 meal was almost $30. Quite pricey for a fast food chain. What's the deal with tip line on the card, even for take outs?

Be sure to check your order before you leave. Ordered, and paid for, extra gravy while receiving no gravy whatsoever. Fries were also cold.

Ordered the Dr Pepper Patty Melt and it was horrible because it was made with turkey bacon not real bacon like advertised. When I asked the employee if they had real bacon the cook got an attitude and said we don't serve pork bacon. Will never eat here again.

We visited Sunday the 14th and I ordered 2 mini blizzards, one small, and a small vanilla cup. It was $17.05. I was charged double on my card.

Had a older black lady named Deborah take my order she was rude and had the worst attitude the whole time she rushed us while ordering and then keep on looking at me and my friends the whole time we where there making a unwelcoming place. The ice cream was really runny and had pieces of other candy’s mixed in. Don’t think they cleaned the mixers often as I watched them make the ice cream and walk away from the mixer not cleaning in between. Other then that The food was hot and the cook made it fresh he was so sweet and made the food fast. Food definitely better than ice cream. Won’t be back do to the people who take the orders and make the ice cream. Don’t don’t recommend.!!!.

Everything except the quality of the blizzard was fine, except them telling me that it was right. There was zero crunchee toffee in my caramel toffee cookie dough blizzard. That was extremely disappointing. If you bring back the butterscotch or orange dipped cones, I may come back, but this was probably my last time.

Two days in a row at 5pm I ordered a #2 add mayo a jalapeños Both days I got a single meat with nothing but mayo a jalapeños. I explained it clearly the 2nd day. Went inside. I should have checked it before driving away. I never go Employees were loud laughing and playing because their computers were down.

Menu is constantly out of date. Other, actual good, Dairy Queens will have spicy tenders / Carolina Reaper Tacos / buffalo tenders as limited time options and this store never updates them in time. Food has probably been rotting in the freezer for months. I would not eat at this location because it is certainly not fresh.

I am so disappointed by this location. I was gifted a door dash order from this location. The order was a Belt Buster combo (double meat w bacon and cheese) however what I received was an atrocity the french fries were cold and soggy. The burger was even worse. The bacon were strips which were used to line the center of the sandwich, the cheese was not melted, and the patty yes I said patty (singular) because instead of double meat it was a single patty which was barely cooked at all and was ice cold. I will say right now these are food handling and quality control issues. I do not blame the dasher first they did not prepare the order and second I watched them online quickly and efficiently pick up and deliver the order. I will not recommend this location to anyone other than to say avoid it. I used to swear by this location, but not anymore

I wanted a large chicken and dumplings and the lady at the register said they only have one size. We'll, ok I want the chicken and dumplings to go. So I paid for it and waited for my food. The lady handed it to me about 8 to 10 minutes later and I left. I got home and opened my chicken and dumplings container and it was only half full. Also it was very soupy. Now I know the person filling this container knew this and didn't care. At least fill the container all the way up. What cheaters.

I was ignored by the kid at the register. Eventually another worker said she'll be right with me. Then she left me standing at the register as she bounced off to assist another customer. Evidently, my money isn't welcomed here. I won't be returning.
