There last saturday. Was just as good as usual. Nice touch having one of them checking on customers outside on patio.

The wait is still extremely long at 9:30 pm. That’s something I did not expect. The burgers are very cheap and not bad tasting at all. I also had the strawberry shake which is amazing.

What a perfect meal after laying my uncle to rest. He loved In and Out and my brother and I wanted to treat ourselves to his favorite. They didn't let us down even on a busy af Friday night.

By far the best fast food burgers around! I have never been disappointed by their burgers or their service. Thankfully, they have vegeterian options and my daughter was able to eat with us. The only complaint that I have is I need one in my state. California will always be home to me and In-N-Out will always be first stop. You can't think of California without thinking of In-N-Out! If you haven't eaten here before, you are definitely missing out. They will always be rated a 5 in my book!

My first time at In-N-Out Burger. May I say, WOW! The toasted but and special sauce 🤤 was aware winning. The only issue was it was loud, but who cares with burgers like theirs. Yummy 😋

I had quite a large order today, and the team didn’t get upset at all. They made it to perfection and were very welcoming when I walked in. Nate (I think manager) went above and beyond to help me to my car when I couldn’t carry the order by myself. I heard him interacting with customers and employees wonderfully. I’ve always loved in-n-out, but today just made it even better!

I'm not sure why someone would pose the question of how lunch was at this establishment. People eat at In-N-Out for the consistency of freshness of their products. I did have one mistake on my order, and the manager and the server addressed it without question and took corrected my order. That is why In-N-Out will always be at the top of the Burger Chains. P.S. Their prices are consistent as well 😁

The staff are very professional and courtesy towards all customers. When they take your order the team will make sure they have it correct and ready it back. The shift supervisor has a very bright career ahead of her as she exemplifies leadership in the best way. Always consistent! You can’t go wrong at in n out they’re definitely a notch above the average fast food restaurant. My orders are always very complex but they always get it right every time. I feel reassured that my order is correct because they repeat it at the speaker and when paying at the drive thru window. My favorite is the 4X4! It’s pretty awesome! The restaurant is always clean along with the bathrooms. I have noticed that the trash cans are constantly checked and dumped if needed. The soda area is also well kept and stocked. In-n-out is always the bomb. Do I even need to say it? It's pretty cool how the place can literally be overflowing with customers out the front door and there still seems to be order behind the counter and in the kitchen. I've never had a bad experience at this classic hamburger joint.

The service was quick, the place was clean, and the staff were friendly. But let’s be honest — the burger is always overrated. It’s decent, sure, but the hype makes you expect something life-changing, and it just… isn’t. Good for a quick bite, not the legendary experience people keep selling. Still a solid stop if you’re hungry and nearby.

I've eaten here at this In-N-Out Burger location on many occasions. The service is always good but it can often be slow. Only because so many people come to this location to get their burgers. When you want something good often you need to wait for it. I usually order from the hidden menu I like to have Animal-Style Fries or Animal-Style Burgers for an example. Take the time to go online and see this extended menu. They also have peppers and amenities on the side but you may have to ask for it. In-N-Out Burgers is one of my favorite chains. They were one of the first it truly have standards for their food, and they live up to it. I always tell people to check on the bottom of the cups and look up the Bible verse hidden there. Enjoy your In and Out Burger.

The lines are usually long. About a 20 minute wait time at the very least if you're going through the drive thru. I usually am satisfied with my orders. I prefer protein style double doubles which is basically substituting the bread buns for lettuce wraps. You feel a lot better eating 2 doubles and some fries when you take out the bread which gets you bloated faster.

I had the protein style double-double(lettuce wrapped burger). Tasty stuff and great for those of you cutting carbs. Shakes for the lids were on point. The only downfall is the wait. Passing through from Vegas. Needed a quick meal. Decided to eat inside instead of going through drive thru. Everything was normal till I was waiting for the food. It was during lunch (Sunday April 27, 2024 11:40am)but there was no inside line and plenty of open tables, about 8 cars in drive thru line. Took ~25 minutes to get my cheeseburger, double double and fries order. When I asked how long it typically takes, I got a response of 8 minutes. I asked if drive thru gets priority and the response was it should be about the same. Not sure what happened that day, it appeared to be fully staffed but had i known, would have just done drive thru (where order times are actually monitored). Everything else was 👍. Clean bathrooms, garbage checked and compacted 3x during our visit. Tables cleaned, facility was tidy inside and out. Perhaps it was an off day because other stores are pretty quick.

I go here pretty often, but the last 3 times I got it my order has been wrong even though they repeated it back correctly. Luckily I’m not too picky and I was able to eat it anyway, but just sucks when it’s not what you were expecting. Also they have been very inconsistent with the peppers, salt, and spread they give. They ask how many peppers and there’s supposed to be 2 in each container, but sometimes there’s 1 or they’re tiny or huge, so don’t know how many to ask for. Last, sometimes they ask if we want it in the car and sometimes assume and don’t put it in a bag. So yeah just pretty inconsistent over the past month.

Today I had to review you again after six months of you holding it down for today for lunch there was no reason for me to have a raw burger when there was only 4 to 5 cars in the drive-through and I waited longer than I would on a busy hour with 15 people in the drive-through so I took a look at my meat not even grill marks and when you don’t fully cook this burger with the cheese, it makes it just the taste is different. It’s like more cheery cheesier so don’t be in no rush and fully cook people‘s food the proper way because not everybody eats raw burgers

I KNOW this is a California staple, don't hate me! But, having tried most of the classic burger chains all over the country - This one was a bit disappointing. Maybe I set the bar TOO high for trying it. I tried, of course, the animal style fries and animal style burger. The shake - fantastic! Burger - Just 1 patty I felt like I didn't even taste beef. The secret sauce IS good, as are the onions, but not enough to pull it through. The fries - ok so the fries by themselves are just not crisp or seasoned. The sauce/onions - again - NOT enough to pull them through. I did NOT like just a slice of cheese melted on top (which just hardens back to a slice of cheese pretty quickly). This was HIGH on my foodie bucket list and I was just ... disappointed. STAFF / ENVIRONMENT - perfecto, don't change a thing.

Why does every single piece of French fries have a bunch of black specks on them? Obviously you do not clean your fryers that well and/or not often enough. Or time to upgrade to some new fryers. It's been like this for years now and was not like this 10 plus years ago. I have to use my nails to scratch at each piece or sometimes there's so many specks too embedded so I throw them away. It's just getting old at this point.

I usually don’t post reviews but I honestly believe my boyfriend and I got food poisoning from here. We placed our order and when we got to the window to pay they asked me to move forward to the second window, I honestly didn’t think much of it but now I’m thinking they gave me a left over order. I’ve been sick since last night and I haven’t been able to eat. I honestly love in n out. I’m from Los Angeles so I have it pretty often but this one didn’t sit right with me. They need to fix the two lanes for the drive through because there are greedy people that cut through and others to go through properly, there isn't anyone to regulate who can give the right of way. This needs to be addressed.

I go to in-n-out every week. I’m done. Three times in a row is the last straw. When I’m eating my food in the restaurant, I should NOT have to worry about homeless people coming around inside asking patrons for money. 3 weeks in a row!!! No more.
