I rarely do reviews, but the server today was so great that I feel I needed to. He was so friendly and so welcoming; David was the best server I have ever had at an Olive Garden. 10/10 customer service and yummy food as per usual!

We had a wonderful experience tonight at this Olive Garden location! Every staff member we encountered was so kind and attentive! Our server Leo was wonderful. Went out of his way to make our dinner perfect. Food was hot and fresh. Delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and they gave us a great experience. We will be back!

We were fortunate enough to share one of the most delightful dining experiences yesterday at this restaurant! Upon entrance the hostess whose name I can't remember was an absolutely awesome display of the entire restaurant as a whole. From the pretty red flower in her hair to her welcoming , service, the food was Top Notch. If I were able I would nominate them for restaurant of the year! My only regret is we are out of Towners and won't be back anytime soon. I could not let our visit go the without appropriate accolades.

I had the pleasure of being served by Rossmeri this past Sunday, and I have to say the experience was absolutely excellent. The food was great, but what really made the visit special was her outstanding service. She was incredibly kind and friendly the entire time. We even had a great conversation with her, and she made us laugh so much with the stories she shared. She brought our food very quickly, and our drinks were always full. Thanks to her, our time at the restaurant was truly enjoyable. Her customer service was so good that I left a 20% tip without hesitation. Next time I come back, I definitely want to be seated at one of her tables again. She’s a star!

I have been coming to Olive garden for years and yes the place is been down the hill for a while but I love food and I give a chance to this place every few months. Today it was different. We had the most amazing, polite server that we ever had in this place. Having such a good services definitely elevates the place and make you forget the other details. Food and services was top notch this time! David the new server was great and I felt the need to make a review and give him the appreciation he deserves. today we ate at Olive Garden. We both ate their soup and salad and breadsticks lunch around 2 PM. The bill came in less than $25 for the both of us total. We both had pasta Fagioli soup three times and one salad total. We brought our own water. I asked for extra napkins and balsamic vinegar, and they added olive oil too. easy to read, point-of-sale computer at the table. I should’ve told the waiter I would try to complete it myself first. Our waiter forgot his tip trying to help us out pay for it so I left four dollars on the table. Nice, clean and quiet space. I found the floors need more mopping, though a bit sticky in places, especially towards the entrance. The basalmic vinegar and the olive oil helped with making the salad taste better, because it was sort of dry and not much seasoning flavor on it.

Another visit to one of our go to restaurants. The food is good. The atmosphere is peaceful. The service is fantastic. And the prices are balanced for a good budget. We take our young child there who is one and a half years old. And he can sleep on the Cushion seat and is very accepted in the restaurant. The food can be depended on. Very pleasant experience with this place, no wait time during lunch time (usual work day) We're there for lunch, as per advice from the server made a choice from the Special menu, which is not only a rational size of the portion but also saves money. Totally new service that you're getting charged $2.5 for is the cartoon watching/ game playing while waiting or eating your food, which is entertaining. Overall positive dining experience.

I love ordering takeout from here. The whole process of placing the order to picking it up goes very smooth every time. I really appreciate how close attention was paid to my special instructions to even enclosing the names of the people who packed my order!!

I took my wife to Olive Garden for dinner. We had the calamari for an appetizer and it was excellent. For dinner she had the shrimp and scallops over pasta. She loved it and had plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day. I had the tour of Italy portion size was plenty and leftovers for lunch. Service was great and the food was awesome. The only thing that wasn't great was the seat at the table which was loose and I had to make sure it was properly in place before sitting down.

Second time coming here, and just like the first time I had a good experience. Our server was very energetic and fast to bring to the table anything we could possibly need. This time I got the shrimp linguini Alfredo, just the right portion with a generous amount of shrimp. As usual the restaurant was nice and clean with a nice private atmosphere, perfect for couples or to have a private conversation. Excellent customer service with plenty of parking space too. I will come back for sure.

Ther was no one at the door when we walked in. We waited for a few minutes, then my lunch companion saw the waitress he likes. We asked another waitress where her section was she said to sit anyewhere that she'll send her over. Our waitress greeted the table with the biscuits they are known for, they are always delicious. She remebered my companions order, including the drink. Sice I wasn't ready she gave me a few while she grabbed our drinks. We both ordered the lunch Shrimp Scampi and upgraded to have a salad. She served us our salads, shortly afterwards she brought our scampis over. Always asking us if we needed anything else before leaving. Our server was neatly dressed, very personable, and knowledgeable. I was having a hard time deciding, she gave me all the info I needed on my 2 choices. They have a large menu, happy hour at th bar. Restaurant was clean inside and out, the ladies restroom was clean. Thank you for a pleasureable dining experience.

Came here for lunch and had such a great experience thanks to our server Janee. She was incredibly kind and attentive and made us feel very taken care of without being overbearing. Surprisingly, this particular location was a bit off if compared to others. The service was too slow for our expectations. Yet, we left the 20% tip because we did not know what was "behind the scene".

2/12/22-It’s a very big place. Our server Blanca couldn’t have been any more professional spoke well. Told us the deal with the all you can eat soup and salad. Really was one of the best server I’ve had in a very long time. We started with of course the AYCE salad and breadsticks. Salad has a nice light dressing very nice ,lots of croutons. I ordered the chicken margarita which came in a lemon garlic sauce with broccoli crunchy to broccoli. It was excellent. Puppy had the chicken carbonara which came with spaghetti. These portions are huge Blanca our server again she is the bomb.

Got to go! I was very disappointed, portion was very small for the price. I got the stuffed chicken marsala. It was okay, very salty. Not worth the $25. I got pasta dishes for the rest of my family, and it was just okay. 😐 Probably wouldn't go back.

Stopped by yesterday afternoon purchased 2 lasagna Classico . When I opened the container it was filled with runny cheese. I didn’t order extra cheese but it appears as if that’s what I was given. I don’t know but I’ve purchased the lasagna Classico over 10 times from the Boca location and it NEVER looked or tasted like a bunch of cheese. My plan was to have the remaining portion for dinner but the thought of tasting nothing but cheese disgusts me. We trashed it and ate the $6 Spaghetti with meat sauce. After this experience I should’ve just went with the $6 because the $20 lasagna was terrible. I have photos but don’t see an option to add them. Strange

Ordered our entrees. We received our salad and soup quickly. Then it all went downhill. More tables around us filled up and we were neglected. Server didn't come to check on us. I kept making eye contact for the server to come back so I could get another soup. By the time I got another soup my entree had already came out. Good thing I had the second soup as my main dish didn't taste good. Was a new ravioli. I ended up eating just the chicken. Server asked how everything was and I said I didn't like my pasta. He offered to bring something else. I said no, wasn't going to wait more and be charged more. Luckily I paid at the table through some sort of technology. Finally when I paid the server asked if i wanted a take out box, I said no. He apologized and said he wasn't expecting a large group of seven. I also heard him apologize to two other tables. They need more servers. Definitely would not go back here. Overpriced and bad service.

Food was bland and the environment felt wet and humid. Have you ever stayed in one of those hotels and you feel gross? It was like that. Points for the nostalgic smells, but the food was greatly underwhelming. Spaghetti in marinara with veggies and the zucchini pasta.

This review is for the Olive Garden location in Pompano Beach near Fort Lauderdale. My family has been dining at Olive Garden for over 10 years in different states, and this was the first disappointing experience — especially since it was Valentine’s Day. We ordered entrees and shared the salad as we always have. The initial portion was very small, and when we asked for a refill, we were told there would be an extra charge for sharing. We agreed, assuming it would be minimal. The initial salad portion was quite small, and when we requested a refill, the server informed us there would be an additional charge because it was considered sharing. This was surprising since we have never been charged for this during any of our previous visits. We agreed, assuming it would be a small charge. Unfortunately, the refill was delayed because it was forgotten, and when we received the check, we were shocked to see a charge of almost $10 for the salad refill. Paying nearly $10 for a small additional salad felt excessive, especially considering the first portion was already limited. Disappointing experience at a restaurant we’ve enjoyed for many years.

Tonight I was very sad and very disappointed with Olive Garden. Tonight my taste bud was set on ordering chicken and shrimp Carbonara and have it To Go.. I've order this few times before and really loved it. I guess when you dine in you get better services/food. The pasta was cold it had no creamy Alfredo sauce whats sir ever they used chesse and oil. The chicken tasted like it came out the frozen section and taste cold. The shrimp taste and look like cocktail shrimp, and the bread was cold and stealed. The best part of the meal was the salad. Definitely a waste of $24🤨

I rated this location higher before and I have been here several times and have rated it between 3 and 4 stars. Today, Jun 24 2018 I'm knocking it down to one stars. I've been here half an hour and am still waiting on my steak. The table next to me arrived after me and they're halfway finished. I finally received the steak while I was writing this review, and it was overcooked to medium instead of medium rare. The second time it came, it was again overcooked and swimming in grease, which they tried to make me believe was actually butter!! I'm here alone so there's no other complicated order delaying things. I won't return to this location.

food was flavorless and gross. overpriced for what you get. service was terrible, tried to pay for 40 minutes and was ignored while our server walked past us multiple times. we finally were able to pay when we walked up the the front and asked to pay. do not recommend. dont waste your money here.

The waiter last night was horrendous. He was extremely rude to this woman with autism and I will never come back to this place! All she wanted to do was order a dish off the kids menu and he decided to lecture her and snatch the menu out of her hand. An absolute disgrace! Today I got takeout from Olive garden. It's usually one of my favorites .but today it's not my pasta was dry something missing . No charm, black-painted ceilings, uninspiring art; all-in-all the vibe was that of a hospice. On to the food. I ordered the stuffed chicken which arrived drowning in what tasted like a can of cream of mushroom soup. The chicken was burned so badly that I could not cut it at all. There were mushrooms and some cheese and prosciutto adhering to the burned chicken, as well as some soggy bread crumbs. Someone needs to tell the chef that salt should be used sparingly. My lips were on fire after eating this seemingly salt-cured extravaganza. The salad was old last Tuesday and was swimming in an unremarkable zesty Italian bottled dressing. My companion ordered a steak and pasta dish that was almost inedible; he left three-quarters of it on the plate, and he too had burning lips from the twelve ounces of salt used in the preparation (I used the term advisedly) of this dish. Our waiter was fine and mostly congenial but we ended up spending $80 for two sub-par meals and no alcohol, which included a 20% tip. May I once again suggest a name change: Rather than "The Olive Garden," a more fitting sobriquet might be "The Disastrous Dandelion Haven." I don't think we will return to this stinkweed sanctuary anytime soon.

I had a bad experience with the special menu. On the menu at the top in the corner the price said $14.95 but I didn't read the small print. Well I was charged full price for the entree. Please read the small print, it say starting at $14.95. Everyone please be aware of this because this is one thing they don't tell you. Signed, Absolutely very disappointed
