I went to dine in order and got my food pretty quick it was so good , and the worker were very nice

The staff were the nicest people I have ever met, and the speed at which they got my food at was amazing. Not only did they make the food fast, it was one of the best meals I had that day.

I think its closed down or they are doing alterations not sure. went by a few times in the last 3 months and its blocked off no lites ect.....When they were open though they got all my orders right (and Ive been coming here for about 5 years) food pretty good for fast food.

This location is amazing Ricardo was a great person and made the ordering process super easy.

The cashier was sooo cool at the drive-thru window. He gave me the wrong order and apologized also let me keep the wrong order... It's been my experience with fast food places..if they make a mistake in the order they take the bad order and give you the right order...now I hope and pray that they throw the food in the trash and not resale it😳

my friend and i used the drive through and we got some whopper burgers at 10pm at night. there was no line and the service was great. my bun was pretty soggy but the taste of the whopper was immaculate. the drive-thru was pretty spacious unlike other fast food drive thrus where they feel tight and crammed in. i haven’t had a whopper in a while. i should probably swing by again.

Monday 06/26/2023 I came to this Burger King and ordered a Whopper Combo, Mozzarella sticks, and an 8pc fiery nugget. My food was freshly made and delicious with only a short wait time. I understand that most of the time fast food restaurants are busy pumping out orders so it's not always expected to be perfect, but today the crew really knocked it outta the park. The young lady at the drive thru window was also very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

This place has great customer service, got my food hot and fresh, it’s a bit slow when it comes to service so it could use a little bit of work. So far, it’s a great place.

This is my absolute favorite Burger Kings store. The store manager is so friendly and she is so good at what she does. She puts pride into her work, and it really shows. I can tell all her employees are lucky to have her. The food was amazing, everything fresh and hot.

I absolutely love burger king. I will be leaving McDonalds to go to burger king. If you are not going and staying there to eat you are missing out on the excellent quality service they provide. I was surprised by the worker's friendliness and how accommodating they were. They got my order just right and made sure to have my food out hot and on time. Their facility is super clean, and they are consistently cleaning everything. I saw them cleaning the kitchen and restroom while I was there. I was surprised to see that they use different cleaning things for each section. Honestly I will make this one of my study spaces. The food is under 10 dollars a person if you have money restrictions, and they have duo and triple options where you can get 2 chicken sandwiches and some fries or something else for under 10 dollars! The sandwiches are very tasty and filling. Something else I liked was there is that they understood many languages. The kid's space was nice and clean! I went in there because I missed the chicken nuggets and the crowns from my childhood and I was surprised to see how much they advanced their service. Make sure to try out the spicy chicken sandwich apparently the royal one has a potato bun! People really need to appreciate this place more.

Love the fact they added iced coffee to the menu. Mocha flavor is my favorite. It's what brought me back to BK. Friendly service.

The food was awesome! The chicken was soo tender, the cheeseburgers had an exquisite taste with the ketchup and mustard, and the fries had a great salty taste to them. All i needed to be satisfied was a pepsi.

They got my order wrong but when I came back to get it fixed , I explained what had happened and they were really helpful and gave me the right order, will definitely come back

The food is decent. Prices are about average however they have coupons and deals on their app which is great. Personally love burger King nuggets for my children vs McDonald's. They are softer and juicier vs the hard dry nuggets McDonald's is serving.

Drive-thru is pretty slow, food is good and priced well though. Nearly every time I order fries here, there's always some other fried food at the bottom of the carton, such as onion rings or tater tots. That isn't necessarily a bad thing, in fact, I find it a little amusing.

Always takes long to get food here. Its nice and hot but just really long. The play area needs to be deep cleaned, maybe add a air freshener in there , and or turn on the ac in there. It's kinda stuffy and stinky. Staff is nice and accurate on orders.

BK was super busy when I went to place my order inside. The cashier was new, so it added to the wait time a great deal; however very pleasant and helpful with taking orders. A couple of customers had been waiting a long time to receive their meals. The shift manager saw what was going on and immediately stepped up and began getting the orders for those who had been waiting. She thanked them and apologized for the wait, and also was kind in giving them a free side of onion rings. That is what I like to see in customer service. For that alone, I would definitely return! The BK King and chicken fries tasted great!

Tried to place a second order in drive thru for my friend and they dont me they dont do seperate orders in drive-thru! Pissed me off! Now everything had to go on one card! Never heard of any place not doing seperate orders in drive-thru!!!

I was ordering a 1/4lbs home style cheeseburger and the cashier told me "this isn't McDonald's we do the serve quarter pounders" it wasn't until I said the #6 and then she understood me.

Went in order breakfast and took 4 ever get a worker up there on the phone so I have wait till she gets off the phone to take my order than I order I proceed to take my breakfast and I said thanks she gave Me my meal didn't say nothing back.....rude

Cashier couldn’t understand what I was ordering. Charged me for 3 burgers even though I asked for 1 spiderverse meal and a junior burger. Said they were out of the red buns for the spiderverse burger. In the end, ended up with only 2 burgers, fries and a drink.

Today was not a good day. I went to Berger King. They didnt give me my two apple juice and my soda. Nuggets were over cooked hard. Time between 3:30 an 4:that's the time i was there .i spend $37.00

When you order a whopper with cheese, you expect cheese on the whopper. The drive thru cashier asked me 3 times, if I wanted cheese on it, and I replied yes all 3 times. Still didn't put cheese on it. That was just this last visit. During every other visit counting this one, the burgers are ALWAYS cold. I'm more disgusted with myself thinking that it's gunna be different, but nope. Cold burger patties, every time. They're supposed to be flame broiled, not flame tickled.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat, as this place has been remodeled it’s still lacking great service, I have returned several times before posting anything. But still did not provide the service. As someone whom is allergic to one of the condiments on burgers, I always make that a suggestion not to have tomatoes on any of the burgers, I always end up taking a second trip to have my food remade. It’s pretty frustrating after several attempts to get my orders correct the first time I’ve had to ask to have my food remade. Great burger place just incompetent employees

I can say that the food here is kind if what you expect from a fast food restaurant. It got the job done but was not all that great. The service was not great either. The guy takimg my order seemed to be bother that I there placing an order and by the time I got to the window was practically done with being at his job. It took a bit to get up to the window as well and then when I got there he seemed to want to rush super fast even though there was no one behind me. Overall, if you just need something to get you through the day I would say go, but do not expect much from the employees.

Lady at drive thru never listens to what your ordering cuts you off. Gets my order wrong. I ask for a bottled water gives me a coke. I ask for cheese and it says it on the receipt and they still don't do it. Never again!

This must be a Homeless hangout:( Today a homeless woman walked in with a waterbottle and just filled up her bottle with soda while the manager watched no problem no questions asked, no nothing she should have been escorted out the door with out her drink or get her ass kicked like they do at Mickey D's. This is a trashy hangout the Air conditioner does not work.I love Burger king just not how they are running it here in BP I seen a homeless couple charging there cell phones and having Applebees food delivered to them inside of Burger-king and the Manger well aware what was going on,today they have the bathroom was open the homeless people taking advantage of a place to clean up...yuck. The other day a child was running around with no shoes on and ran in behind the counter. I would say what else I saw but I'm sure that mother needs her job.

Im severely allergic to meat and ordered an impossible whopper here this weekend. They put a real beef patty in my impossible whopper and I had to go to the hospital. Never coming here again. Don’t order impossible burgers here. This is disgusting.

Went to the drive thru worker couldn't understand anything I was ordering had to repeat my order,the meal size, what drink I wanted like 5 times each then I go up to the window the worker was standing in the window proceeds to keep me waiting for like 5 minutes until she finally opened the window to charge for my food. I get my food drive off get home then see that they put one meal and the second meal I just got fries and the drink only so I had to drive back got to the window the worker comes up to the window and has me wait another 5 minutes before they open the window I told them they didn't put my second burger. So they give me my burger and when I got home the food was cold.

Huge inconvenience for those who come here for lunch expecting it to be fast because its drive thru. My case is different just giving a heads up to those who have a 30 min lunch break.

Worst customer service from the cashier in the drive thru. She took long to take our order. When we finally got to the front window the girl wasn't there. Took her a few minutes to notice us but still didn't come to attend us. After paying, she gave us our order and my bf asked her "if that was all of it?" And she just put her hand up and walked away. I just have to say wow.. I paid $3.50 for a large order of fries it's lucky if it can considered a medium order. This is such a sad showing and container isnt even full, can't believe this place is so cheap and frugal considering spent $12 just for myself to eat. I think I'm gonna just stop going to Burger King in general. Fries are seriously the lowest company food cost on the next to the soft drink. And they did even leave a receipt in the bag for survey either which I think is probably intentional and done to every guest that doesnt purchase over the digital app. So disappointed I'll go to In N' out or the generic burger place on the corner now.

This is the second time going through the drive through as soon as you pay they tell you to park and wait for the food, it took 30 minutes to get 2 kids meal and a whopper meal and they still forgot to give me one drink. They gave me a free large drink but the soda machine wasn't working after telling them it took them more than 5 minutes to finally fill it up behind the counter. Never coming here again!!

The sausage croissants are the worst breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had. Meat super dry.. It really bummed me out. Im pregnant and was craving these. Bad part I actually bought 8 of these😒. I would not recommend this Burger King due to there Covid protocols. I just left there and questioned why I had to put my Debit card into a dirty container. The guy said it was covid protocol and then I asked him how often does the container get cleaned? He said "Every Hour" I then asked him how often does he change his latex gloves? He said "Every 30min.". Really? They are protecting them selfs but not the consumer. Covid can spread by the gloves/container... I would not recommend this place at all. Not even to my enemies

Tried to go grab lunch through the drive thru. Employee put down cones stopping anyone else from going through. I was the only car not inside of the drive through line waiting to go in. Kinda sucks for them to close it when they have another customer. This happened 11/2/24 10:30 AM. Don’t go and support this place they don’t care.

Don't be fooled by their building's renovations, not only will you be waiting forever for your food but they'll still hand it to you wrong. I strongly advice everyone to keep away from ordering delivery from here because they aren't really careful of what they give out to the food delivery drivers. You just might end up getting a bag full of coffee bags rather than your burger and fries.🙄🙄😒🤦🏽‍♀️

i came here a week ago to get a light meal and when i came to the front to order the cashier completely ignored me and even rolled his eyes at me! his name tag said jesus, and i was waiting for 15 minutes to place an order for something small. 7/24 wed.5:40pm was unprovokely attack by a black homeless man that just sitting inside not eating .in the middle of my meal INSIDE black man just assaulted me was chokehold for few minutes and push to the wall it was just me and him and 4 bk employees at the time.police arrived and arrested the man.why do they allow homeless person just to sit inside .very dangerous place to enjoy your meal I could have got seriously hurt.bk Infront of Morgan park.BP.wanna get assaulted while eating burger,this is the place.its a homeless chilling joint especially this hot weather. Through the app, I ordered the Mix and Match. I specified 3:15 pm as pick up time. It wasn’t ready. After we waited for 10 minutes in the drive thru lame, I was asked to park in front of the restaurant which I did. After waiting for another 10 minutes, I went inside to find out that my order was not even being prepared. The guy the front had to tell the kitchen to prepare it. I asked for Big Fish and Big King. I got the Big Fish and a Cheeseburger!! My bad because I did not verify. But they wasted my time and cheated me!!! Very bad service.
