Tonight I was given the wrong pizza, and didn't realize until I was home.. about 20 minutes away. I called them to let them k ow what happened and they immediately offered to re-make my order and deliver it to me, and I think I'm outside their area. They showed up as promised with the correct pizza and even threw in a free coke!! A+ customer service!

We ordered for delivery Their eggplant parm sub is the best in the area. We also got the stromboli best choice ever!!! The rolls are always fresh . It was my second time ordering here and I will be re ordering again.You won't be disappointed A+A+A+A+A+Recomend highly

Had 2 slices of buff chicken and a drink for $9. Pizza crust was thin and crispy. Lots of toppings. Very delicious. Good job. I’ll come back again.

My boyfriend ordered me chicken parm with spaghetti through DoorDash but we got a chicken parm sub instead. We called, and the man who answered was super kind and said that the menu on DoorDash wasn’t controlled by them and they offered to deliver the right food. The chicken parm was sooo good, even left over. Service was awesome and I’m so grateful that they delivered the food because I had been driving for 5 hours that day and hadn’t eaten. Wonderful service and really good chicken parm!

Pizza so great it’ll send you into labor!! This is our FAVORITE pizza place, we buy pizza and wings from here for every special occasion, it all started with our first son’s birth and has become a beloved family tradition. Try the pepperoni pizza, it’s delicious! Don’t get me started on the dough… out of this world!!

I have had the pizza from here while visiting family. This time I decided to try the shrimp Fradiavolo as I like spicy. I ordered from app and was given a pickup time. When I got there little earlier I was told a few more minutes. It was brought to me at exact time I was told. Piping hot. The dinner include a small salad and bread. When I home I couldn’t believe the portion. HUGE!! I’m having left overs for my dinner tonight as well. There was an ample amount of shrimp and plenty of sauce. The flavor was excellent. Had that little bite which I like and not skimping on the sauce over linguine. The young lady that waited on me was very friendly and kept me posted as to when my take out would be ready. There is a small area with a few tables if you want to eat in. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in area.

I haven't ordered food from anywhere in a while. The last few days I've been having a craving for a fish fry. Well today I decided to go myself some. I remember the last one I got from here and it was excellent. So I ordered one for delivery along with fried raviolis. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite and the delivery time she quoted was spot on. The delivery driver was also very friendly as well. Now onto the food. Absolutely amazing. Hot and ready to eat. Fish was perfectly cooked as my better half and I can both confirm since she had to try it. Along with the ravioli being spot on. No complaints and next time I'll half to get my better half her own fish fry. Thanks again and we will be back.

I got home and opened the stapled bag with the lasagna to find the cover open and much of the lasagna inside the brown bag. Cover was not secured properly. The sub was ordered with only oil and vinegar for dressing and it was saturated with balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I called them to let them know I was disappointed and they were super nice and remorseful for my disappointment. They credited me for the sub for next time I order, so I will definitely try them again. Thank you Primo.

Good was great, loved the flavor of the pizza almost Tavern style. Would have loved some granulated garlic baked on the crust but that is my personal preference. The broccoli cheddar bacon bites were different but a good app.

Not my favorite take out place but convenient location. Their pizza sauce tastes like Ragu. The last time I placed an order and went to pick it up I was told oh they ran out of onion rings. Then had to wait 10 min for a substitute. The girl on the phone should know what they have. Inconsistent food at times. Dirty hvac supply ducts. Would not recommend unless you are starving. I normally order slices which are good. Ordered the cheese pizza special on Mon Dec 9th. It was small, lacked cheese and was overcooked. It was horrible. Deleting this places phone number so I dont order again.

It's the kind of cheese I would expect on a Stewart's or frozen pizza. Otherwise the crust and pepperoni was ok. I used to eat here frequently years ago, and they had decent quality cheese back then.

Been a loyal customer of Primos for over 4 years. Lately, their pizza has not been good quality. Tonight, the cheese pizza barely had cheese on it and was warm upon delivery. I dont like to complain. But if you're paying $17 for a large pie, it should be decent.

Kind of disappointed. Spent a lot of money to not get everything I was supposed to get. Definitely need to update their online menu. Food quality was good but sauce gives me heartburn every time. Honestly spent a lot for just average food.

We need a good Italian restaurant/pizza place on this side of town. Unfortunately this isn’t it. The “marinara” sauce we got with our mozzarella sticks was like straight oil with some red color in it. It was inedible. The breaded mushrooms were so dark and greasy, perhaps they were fried in old oil? The meatball parm sub was also not good. I had 2 bites. The “meatballs” were like pieces of cardboard, just not good quality. Will not be ordering from here again

Normally, I would go one star in this situation due to the fact that when I arrived, I was told 10 more minutes for the order so I waited 10 minutes and then when I asked again, I was told another 10 minutes and situations like this are very frustrating not because I have to wait because if it’s gonna take 20 more minutes, just tell me that from the start cause I can go get something done quick.. The only reason I didn’t give it. One star is because the young lady at the counter is being super polite about it and as someone who eats Primos regularly, the food is amazing.

This will be on my list of places not to get subs from small expensive and hard as a rock dry as a bone considering we asked for mayo and oil and vinegar. Very light on the condiments

I called and They gladly gave me a credit for an order. A couple weeks later, I asked for the order. I ordered a salad as well with it. I go to pick up my order and all I get is my salad. Literally ordered two things and only got one. When I called, I asked if I could cash in my credit for the food that got messed up. I don’t know what’s going on over there.
