I love this place, I've gone here several times after work and I have yet to be disappointed. The food is great, service is fast, and they are very friendly. Would highly recommend the steamed dumplings.

This place definitely has the best Chinese food in the local area. We order from here frequently and have always had a good experience.

I love this place, used to come here a lot. Not sure why, I just haven't been getting this kind of food much lately. But, came here tonight for wonton soup, chicken noodle soup, and chicken and broccoli, and I want to start coming here more often again.

This is the absolute best General Tso’s and Sesame chicken my fiancé and I have ever had! Perfect crunch, not soft but not a brick. The flavor is perfect! The rice is light and golden with just the right mix of pork and vegetables! Very affordable too!

We ate in, price is a little high, but the food was very good and the combo meals give you a big serving of the entree, fried rice and egg roll. I also had the hot n sour soup which was very good. My wife had the egg foo young and the gravy was very tasty.

Food is good, but the wait times for pickup have been absolutely ridiculous. This is our third attempt (we always call ahead) where we’ve been told 30-35 minutes and it turned into over an hour wait.

The hunan chicken was slimy and disgusting. Had to throw it out! Update: I normally like the crab Rangoon and Gen Tso's but not last night. Tasted like leftover leftovers. No more for me. Done.

The good news is...I did not get sick and I have eaten here 4 times. The bad news, the food is just not tasty. It is in a very convenient location when in a hurry but I rarely go here because the food is crummy.

Pork fried rice has no taste and no pork. Sesame chicken hard and burnt tasting... grease needs to be changed...

It was as if the oil was from days before and still being used. The smell was extremely strong all the way home. I received take out and was very disappointed. I'm not sure eating it was such a good idea.

The food was good but the prices for lunch specials are high- they also don’t come with soup or egg roll, so they charged me 7$ extra for two small soups - I’ve never paid 23$ for 2 lunch specials. Crazy!

I asked if the general size comes with broccoli they said yes and I asked can I have more extra broccoli and they said yes. I received no broccoli with my general tsos tofu. I am not gonna be ordering from this establishment again. I’ve had bad luck in the past as well.

3 mess ups 3 separate times once each week blew off last two got wrong food first time and last second time was charged for stuff that wasn't given. Got charged last time last night for pork fried rice and ordered plain got ignored that they have messed up the third time now and charged for food we didn't order. Their fix come back a 15-20 min drive to get it fixed or we can credit you next time no apologies or guilt. We are looking elsewhere McDonald's is even more on top of their orders lately this place has gone to hell rice was so mushy too that you can tell was sitting around for awhile before it was given my guess as that is the first time the rice was shot we got another one of their recent duck ups to cut cost down. Would recommend starving before going back there. Would do a half star rating if I could but can only do a 1 as lowest beyond done with this place it had its chances.

Compared to most other Chinese restaurants I've been to, the food here had little to no taste. My wife was unable to even eat her shrimp mai fun (which she has had from other restaurants) because the smell was foul to her. I had the General Tso's chicken, which was spicy, but tasteless. I would agree that this place was better than the last place we tried in the area, but I will not eat there again. I suppose this place had the last laugh as I spent about 25 minutes in the bathroom immediately following my meal.

The Fried rice is lacking. There is hardly anything in it. I ordered house special fried rice and there were two shrimp, two pieces of chicken and two pieces of pork. They charge top dollar and make the food a cheap as possible for them. A real disappointment.

This place has never been great tried it again out on convenience. Veggies were only partially cooked & my veggie spring roll had shrimp in it.

Crunchy noodles for my soup were stale and unbeatable/ almost no vegetables in my vegetable lo main. Way over priced for a whole lot of nothing. Not going back.

A little run down of what we ordered below... -General tso's chicken which was raw, pink inside and once you found a cooked piece the chicken was very dry -Crab rangoons were soggy and stale -Sweat & Sour chicken was mostly dough, soggy and you could see the raw spots from an incomplete fry - The fried rice was just the opposite, basically looked like yellow rice with some onions in it and had no taste at all -The egg roles came with our meal and these tasted WORSE then the "make at home freezer egg rolls" Overall i would not recommend this place, countless times of disappointment and don't expect a refund

Not acceptable. They were very disorganized and customers coming in and ordering at the counter were receiving their order before me. Also, the food was mediocre at best . I won’t be going there again and I lost an hour and half of time that I will never get back thanks for. Nothing

We will not be ordering from this place again. I will not recommend it to anybody either. Don’t mind paying for food but when it’s done wrong, not good. Plenty of other Chinese food restaurants out there. It may have been a good thing this happened. Since then, we have found an amazing Chinese restaurant in the Price Chopper Plaza in Saratoga. Great Tangs is the best. Do yourself a favor and try this place out. A little more expensive, but worth it. Food is very tasty and fresh.
