We did an order with my family in this Pizza Hut. We had a misunderstanding about the prices of the pizza but the Pizza Hut employee handled the problem in a very professional manner. This is with I’m putting a 5 and all the best for the future. Thank you Alyssa for your professionalism.

Food was ready on time and hot. Employee was very personable. Food was good, although we thought it was a tad light on toppings.

Called in a simple order and it took two attempts bc the first lady that answered put me on hold when her math skills were questioned bc my order came to twice the price she quoted me, The second lady got the price right but she could not confirm availability of the soft drinks that I wanted. I held my tongue and hoped for a good overall experience, and that is what I got. Food was hot and yummy, and the store was popping when I picked it up being that it is SuperBowl Sunday. Kudows to the employees working so hard today. I will go back but I will avoid calling in my order from now on.

It's been awhile since I ate inside a Pizza Hut. Apparently they are not used to having customers dine in because there were only a handful of tables. There was no printed menu for me to look at. I had to scan a QR code at the counter to pull up their full menu, which was stacked with ads for learning foreign languages. I don't think I ever really saw the menu come up because I was frustrated by the continuous ads, one after another, with translations for words I wasn't even using . I finally asked if they still had personal pizzas for lunch. Luckily they did. However there was no salad bar (taken away due to Covid, with no plan to bring it back), and they had no premade side salads. And I did not want wings or pasta with my pizza. So I had pizza and a coke. Luckily it's the same personal pizza I always loved. The cashier who took my order was friendly and helpful. And I was the only customer in the place for lunch. With few open options for lunch in that area, I can't really say anything made it a bad experience. It was Pizza Hut. The pizza was consistent with what I expected and the taste I remember. Aside from the unavailability of a salad with my meal, it met my expectations. I would probably go there again if I'm ever in that area for lunch again.

Don’t get me wrong the pizza is good, but once they have so many customers coming thru the door they lose track of orders. Because they definitely got 2 of my orders wrong. They were having the $2 single pizza special going on today and 2 of the pizzas I ordered were not what I ordered. I ended up getting 4 pepperoni pizzas when two of them were different. 1 was supposed to be a jalapeño pizza and the other a green bell pepper pizza. Plus the waiting part was horrible! I ordered ahead on the app and I still had to wait another hour for the pizzas to be ready.

Pizza Hut pizza is Pizza Hut pizza. Good reliable flavor. The staff is nice. The restaurant has seen better days. It seems that they mostly serve takeout or delivery. We were the only dine in customers. Third time visiting but have never seen others dining. Maybe they'd appreciate having more diners.

Pizza Hut is undoubtedly one of the best pizza places out there. From their extensive menu options to their ability to customize orders, they consistently deliver delicious and satisfying pizzas. Whether I'm craving a classic margherita or a unique combination of toppings, Pizza Hut has never disappointed in crafting the perfect pie to suit my taste buds. One aspect that sets Pizza Hut apart is their commitment to customization. They offer a range of crust options, from thin and crispy to stuffed crust, allowing you to personalize your pizza experience. Additionally, their extensive list of toppings ensures that you can create a pizza that caters to your individual preferences. This flexibility is truly appreciated, as I've never encountered a request they couldn't accommodate. However, there is one minor issue that I have encountered: the difficulty of reaching the restaurant by phone. At times, it can be frustrating when I need to place an order or inquire about their specials, and they do not answer the phone promptly. On some occasions, I have found myself having to call multiple times before getting through to a representative, which can be time-consuming. Overall, Pizza Hut's commitment to making great custom orders is commendable. While their phone accessibility could use some improvement, the end result of their delicious pizzas makes it worth the occasional inconvenience.

Ordered pizza and got to my house within the determined time but one of my pizzas were cold and cheese was hard. None of the slices were “attached” to each other like how normal pizzas are. Like it had been put back together. Not to mention one of the slices was missing a crust which was very odd.

I’m so disappointed I wanted to try Pizza Hut wings for the first time …. The 2-3 female working tonight 1-7-2024 at 5PM are very very unprofessional and no help to Pizza Hut . I explained to her 3 times I’ve never ordered wings from here she gave me three options “ mild medium and hot” but unfortunately when I got home my wife told me she wanted bbq but I didn’t get that option . Paid $10 for 4 ranch and to finish adding sauce to my plain wings this was such an unfortunate dinner for my kids
