Don’t get me wrong the pizza is good, but once they have so many customers coming thru the door they lose track of orders. Because they definitely got 2 of my orders wrong. They were having the $2 single pizza special going on today and 2 of the pizzas I ordered were not what I ordered. I ended up getting 4 pepperoni pizzas when two of them were different. 1 was supposed to be a jalapeño pizza and the other a green bell pepper pizza. Plus the waiting part was horrible! I ordered ahead on the app and I still had to wait another hour for the pizzas to be ready.

Pizza Hut pizza is Pizza Hut pizza. Good reliable flavor. The staff is nice. The restaurant has seen better days. It seems that they mostly serve takeout or delivery. We were the only dine in customers. Third time visiting but have never seen others dining. Maybe they'd appreciate having more diners.

However, there is one minor issue that I have encountered: the difficulty of reaching the restaurant by phone. At times, it can be frustrating when I need to place an order or inquire about their specials, and they do not answer the phone promptly. On some occasions, I have found myself having to call multiple times before getting through to a representative, which can be time-consuming. Overall, Pizza Hut's commitment to making great custom orders is commendable. While their phone accessibility could use some improvement, the end result of their delicious pizzas makes it worth the occasional inconvenience.

I’m so disappointed I wanted to try Pizza Hut wings for the first time …. The 2-3 female working tonight 1-7-2024 at 5PM are very very unprofessional and no help to Pizza Hut . I explained to her 3 times I’ve never ordered wings from here she gave me three options “ mild medium and hot” but unfortunately when I got home my wife told me she wanted bbq but I didn’t get that option . Paid $10 for 4 ranch and to finish adding sauce to my plain wings this was such an unfortunate dinner for my kids

Ordered pizza and got to my house within the determined time but one of my pizzas were cold and cheese was hard. None of the slices were “attached” to each other like how normal pizzas are. Like it had been put back together. Not to mention one of the slices was missing a crust which was very odd.

I don't think I'm ever buying from this pizza hut. Last time I dinned in the tray smelled so bad like vomit, I think they don't wash the trays. Now with this experience I wonder how bad with mold is the fountain drink machine since most of the time is brokedown.

We had not been in a sit down pizza hut in years, we were happy to find one, we went inside and the middle had all the chairs up as if they were closed, but they said they were open for 3 more hours, you have to go to the counter to order and pay, the cashier had sales but couldn't enter them so we paid regular price. Our food came out in to go boxes, I had to ask for plates as none were given. Missed the red cups, we were given to go paperclips for drinks, the napkins no longer have the pizza hut logo on them. I was told breadsticks were coming and they never did, at the end of our meal I had to ask for a refund. The staff really needs training, and the place should have been cleaned.

Went in at 10:11 pm to order dinner the server said it was open but everything was dark just a small light in the kitchen was on and the cook had a look of anger for me walking in good way to ruin your dinner you know at that point who ever ordered food they were going to mess with it being they just wanted no one to walk in and order anything at that point hence all lights being off at freaking 10 pm I get it if it were 1050 but 10:11 come on you guys very disappointed I really wanted Pizza Hut and I did notice the owner likes to reply to the reviews all nice but they are meaning less because most reviews are similar complaints and yet nothing changes bummer for this place

The pizza was cold the breadsticks were the wrong ones also cold and hard I xould not chew them afraid of breaking my teeth

I had the unfortunate experience of trying this place the other day with my family. We drove from two hours away to have a nostalgic dinner at Pizza Hut and enjoy our time together. Unfortunately, upon our arrival, the worker turned us away and said that she had to clean and that we could not be there. The restaurant did not close for four hours. She told us to come back in an hour, she was not accommodating at all. It also appeared that her friends were there eating at another table because she was talking to them. It was very sad that we were treated that way. I’m not sure if we were profiled or if she had been turning people away all evening. I wonder if the owner knows that the workers are doing this to the customers. Either way, we will not be back and we enjoyed a family dinner elsewhere, sorry Pizza Hut

1-Star Review: Burnt Pizza on Halloween No Response or Refund Ordered multiple pizzas from Pizza Hut tonight for Halloween, and our pepperoni pizza came completely burnt (photos attached). The crust and toppings were blackened and inedible, while the others were fine clearly a quality control issue. Tried calling the store immediately but couldn’t get through to anyone, and the app wouldn’t let me request a refund or replacement. It’s frustrating to spend this much on a holiday night and not even be able to reach someone to fix the issue. Please address this we just wanted dinner for the family, not a box of burnt food.
