So frustrated with Wing Stop. I ordered online for pick up. I ordered 25 wings and 3 ranches. Go to pick up and there was no ranch in the bag. I said I ordered 3 ranch. There isn't an itemized receipt so I had no "proof". So they only gave me 2. If I wanted the 3rd rancho I had to pay. I spent 43.00 on wings...you can't throw in the 3rd ranch. Ridiculous

My order was not correct which is upsetting. I ordered Hot lemon pepper and just got hot. I would’ve chose lemon pepper over just plain hot.

Avoid this location if you can. Food was just not good. Chicken had little to no seasoning. Fries were extremely cooked/hard (dry on the inside). Ranch was thick and lumpy. And I dined in so I would’ve expected the food to be hotter than it was (room temp/warm). Bathrooms were gross. Those stalls look like they’ve never been wiped. Out of paper towels. Floor alllll sticky. 🥴

I paid extra for dipping sauces, never even got the sauce that comes with the food. I asked before we left and trusted their answer... never trust them and check your order before you leave.

First time coming here and would be the time last for sure. Unprofessional crew and they need customer service training. People that work here seems to dislike their job, and doesn't know what customer service is. Other Wingstop is way better than this one and definitely professional.

Food was cold. I walked in and asked for my online order. It was just sitting there not bagged and everybody was standing around talking. He finally bags it after I ask for it and when I get home the food I scold and there’s grease all over the entire bottom of my bag it all over my seats and my table. On top of that all of my orders had no drumsticks at all. I never asked for that they decided for me. Plus the wings are really dry with no seasoning. It’s sad people really don’t give a crap about their job anymore. Embarrassing how bad they messed this up. Anybody know a good wing spot? I’m giving up on Wingstop once and for all

Went in for my online order and the girl with orange/red girl with AirPod in her ear tells me they’re working on it and I wait 20 minutes for it to finish only to have to stand up and ask again if it’s ready. For the manager to not even know where the order is and then the girl who originally told me it was being worked on comes back out to grab it from the pickup shelf at the front. It was sitting there because she decided it was smart to not call my name out when it was ready knowing I was literally sitting there waiting for my order. Ridiculous. No apology or nothing.

They always forget part of my order and when I ordered almost 2 weeks ago, I called them and asked for a refund of what was missing because I didn’t want to drive all the way back and they said I should get it basically within a week and still never got my refund. I always ask for extra lemon pepper seasoning on my french fries and they never season them. And the only reason why I put for extra is because they always barely put seasoning on it or none at all. I would rather drive to the one in Yucaipa, which would be almost 30 minutes than to come back to this one

The service provided was subpar. The female employee working at the front desk did not display a friendly demeanor and seemed focused on expediting customers rather than providing a welcoming experience. Additionally, my food order was incorrect. I recommend that customers double-check their orders to ensure accuracy, as this establishment has a history of making mistakes.

Ordered @7:56 online. Didn’t get food until over an hour later. Cashier did the best she could, but clearly the cooks did not GAF. Several people waiting for their orders. No manager available. Boneless wings were overcooked, classic wings were barely sauced, fries and rolls were just a cold mess. Staff touching their faces and every surface, not wearing masks or gloves during meal prep and packing. This is just horrible.

Staff on Mondays are not friendly and welcoming. My wings look under sauced, please understand I've been to multiple locations and none are this bad.
