Great attention to detail in the staff! Atmosphere was a little crowded and people didnt really know how to give personal space, but overall a enjoyable experience and I will be coming back again!

I don’t come here very often but today I felt like I wanted an avocado burger, so we came in. The overall appearance is, “you’ve seen one, you’ve seen them all” type. The one thing that did stand out was the cleanliness. The lady at the ordering counter was pleasant and her piercings were extraordinary. We sat at a booth. Food was delicious and out in a timely matter. The lady that brought our food to the table was attentive. Overall it was a great experience. Will be coming back. Good service. clean restaurant. Burger was great. Fries were good. Zucchini sticks were huge but underscored. Grilled chicken sandwich was awful, dry and flavorless.

Very disappointed in the food they used to have a great fish dinner but now there using cheap frozen fish does not taste all that good and the onion rings sucked did not eat them there other food is good.

Worst experience I've had in a long time, I came to Farmer boys around 7:00 p.m. on October 15th 2025. I came to the drive-thru and took a couple minutes because I was ordering for three people and the person on the intercom seemed a bit in a rush. I gave my order and then I got to the window and I swiped my card, I didn't get a receipts so I was about to ask for one and he shut the window. I waited at the drive-thru window until I was able to talk to the person in charge of the register and he told me how come I didn't go to spot number two that he told me to go to and I had said I didn't get my receipt along with my debit card transaction. He said it's against store policy to give me a receipt upon payment. One of the items in my order was a burger with no pickles but he didn't pay close attention and I had said it twice on the intercom. So he then took out the pickles for all of my burgers he seemed a bit in a rush and would not print me out another receipt. I did not appreciate the service I had today and it will be awhile before I come back especially with this type of service

Boy has this changed. I remember Farmer boys having the best patty melts and today I decided to get one believing it would be the same. I'm not sure what the heck happened but it was the worst sandwich for $13 I have ever had. That's just for the sandwich! Not only was it not on rye bread, never gotten a patty melt on anything other than rye, but there were limited grilled onion and the Patty was so thin, it was like a flattened down grilled cheese sandwich with a few grilled onions. If I had been closer I definitely would have gone back and got my $13. It's bad enough. We pay double these days now. The product is a lot worse. Shame on you Farmers Boy

Horrible customer service!! Lobby and tables were filthy, the lobby was full of smoke; I waited over 35 minutes to get my food, clients ordering after me were getting their order first than me!!! Never got my food, I ended up requesting for a refund, Ieft smelling like if I was in a smokehouse. Will never return to this so called restaurant.

I ordered in the drive thru line 2 french toast breakfasts. One had bacon and scrambled eggs, one had sausage and over medium egg. I arrive at the window. I waited 16 minutes at the window for my breakfast. After we received the food, we pulled into a parking spot. I pulled out the breakfast with bacon and realized it had my daughter's eggs. I instantly realized how crazy greasy my platter is. While I am trying to open it it is slipping and sliding in my hands. It drops on my lap, due to the grease, and spills out. The eggs yolk gets every where. I am trying to control the spill, but every time I try to grab the tray it's literally like grabbing the inside of an oil can. My daughter had no eggs to eat , her sausage was crunchy, and her rootbeer was watered down. I was supposed to go to work, I did go, but my clothes were so dirty. My daughter's pants were dirty and my car too. After I got off work at 1, I go to Farmer Boys for a refund. At first the woman, she calls herself the general manager, tells me she doesn't remember the tray being greasy, she bagged it herself. That was irritating and demeaning. The tray was beyond greasy. I explained what happened. She says that she hopes I do not want a refund because she will not give a refund. She will reimburse with food. I told her I wasn't in the mood for food. I told her all the deep cleaning in my car I had to do , and my clothes. I told her I could send a bill for that. Eventually she said she could refund 1 meal. I asked for the owner's name, she refused to give me that. Still my daughter went without the majority of her protein. There was 0 concern. There were 0 apologies. If I could give a zero I would give a zero. I have pictures I wish I could post. They would show egg yolk on my dash board, both front seats, near gear shift, by the starter. I have a Mustang, and I absolutely love her. She is my Baby.

Holy crap this place is awful. My parm crusted burger was soggy and Luke warm. The fries were cold.. I asked for well done, ignored... not to mention finally the wait, it took over 24minutes in the drive thru today. Never again. Avoid

Arrived at 5:45. Waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes. Called out hello but no response. Line of cars behind me so I couldn’t back out. I drove ahead to leave but as I rounded the corner there were 2 cars ahead of me waiting for their items. Ended up stuck for over 30 minutes in line for no reason. People actually exited their car, walked into the restaurant, got their food, then walked back to their car in the drive through but couldn’t move.

Very upset. For half the chicken club sourdough sandwich this is all the chicken I got. Barely any acabado on the sandwich and my burger as well. Not happy and very unsatisfied because I’ve had better. Please farmer boys don’t forget about quality food and customer satisfaction.
