Food was ok except for looking like someone had a death grip on my burger while wrapping it. Also this is the third time I've gone through this drive thru in the late evening and being told to pull in front of the restaurant and they'll bring my order out. No one else is in the drive thru and two other cars were in front waiting for their food to be brought out. Must be a contest on ticket times. I'll return some day to this location when the customer is valued more.

Burgers were cold. Food was cold even though we ate it in the parking lot. The parking lot has trash everywhere. They closed the lobby before the time. Just lazy employees at night. I haven't been there in the daytime. Employees should start caring or it will become a ghost town! Customers pay for the food. I wouldn't take it even if it was free. That's how bad it was!

I don’t EVER review but here I am, review this god awful location, how do I begin, I ordered a DoorDash for the new Munchie Meal that comes with the Jibbi toy, as well as an iced coffee, and MADE SURE! To ask for the dasher to verify the Jibbi is in the bag, I work at a Jack and I know sometimes these limited items can be left out or forgotten so I made sure to ask and they told me it was in the box. Red flag one because usually the toy items or ltos don’t go in the Munchie boxes. So when It was delivered and checked, lo and behold it was missing, what Also was missing was The tacos, Ranch and Jibbi, as well as straws for my drinks. Furious I called the location but FUNNY FACT, This store has their Phone turned off today. This is Absolutely Abysmal service, this store needs to be checked out because if this is a normal occurrence I’m worried for what else their doing wrong

Foods always great come here all the time but now they all taking breaks at the same time instead of separate break times so there is no one making my food so basically said oh well you’re gonna have to sit and wait for over 15 mins

Pulled up to drive thru at 11pm, they close at 12am was told to “drive to front and wait while they take their break” … um no. Anyways, went somewhere else, they were having issues with their system so we figured try jack in the box again, STILL on their break. Waited 3 more minutes, just to be greeted with an attitude. Also discontinuing the cherries for the shake is kinda dumb. Also, there was 2 people back there, I’ve covered breaks alone plenty of times alone. It’s not even like it’s busy at 11pm in Calimesa. Jack in the box hires the most weakest links. Lol need a break an hour before closing 😂

On the evening of October 20, 2025, we were told when we were at the drive through that they could not take our order because they were taking “their break”. When we asked how long that would be, they said they still had 14 minutes left on “their break”! This happened at the drive through next to Sammy’s Cafe (where Bob’s Big Boy used to be). Never heard of such a thing! Whoever was working there around 9-10 pm that night should be fired! Seriously!!!

Ordered food. Was asked to park and food will be brought out. I am ok with doing that. I will allow time for my food to be thoroughly cooked. No rush. It was awful. The sandwiches were greasy. I waited for nothing, the hashbrowns soggy with grease. Why didn't you just take the time and properly fry the food? Fast food service is just getting worse.

Hello while being served at this Jack in the box privately owned the server was rude didn't understand my order marleina A my burger was cold and dry and when I took a bite had egg shells in it do better you guys need a better manager to hold you accountable for poor work ethics and last week you guys forgot my bacon in my breakfast plater I repeated my self three times and still no bacon do better or higher better people that can do a better job will not be back anytime soon smh

So this was a first I’ve ever had experienced, went in after work at 12:09am, pulled up to the drive thru, only wanted 2 tacos and a drink, and your employee said “we’re taking our last break, did you want to wait until we finish before you start your order?” I left because how is it that everyone is taking their breaks at the same time. I get it, you have every right to take breaks, but if there was only 2 of you, take turns. Unprofessional and worst customer service from this store. I drove by and I did see two employees sitting in the dining room, but for who knows how long they were on their “break”

I stopped going for a good while and I went back today and again knowing the reasons why I stopped going over there. Again there’s always something missing from my order and no hot sauce or sauces I asked for.

If you expect good service stay away. The night crew on 12/26/22 was absolutely awful and made my family feel very uncomfortable. A part of our order was wrong so we notified the young woman at the second window what they got wrong and she told us to go ahead and park out front for the missing items and they would be right out. Within a few minutes of parking two women and one man come out to give us the missing items. Two of them were holding the door and giving us looks while one of the women gave us the missing items. We said thank you and she just turned her back and walked away rudely. My family was traveling so we wanted to eat quickly where we were parked but the employees made us feel very uncomfortable!!! They kept starting at us as if judging us and I have never ever experienced that! I gestured to the man through the window from my car why they kept staring at us and if there was an issue and they not only mocked me but were laughing as well!!! I work in customer service and I would never ever treat ANYONE the way these employees treated me. I never write reviews ever but this one really got me heated! I will be calling corporate on this one for sure!
