Nice homey breakfast place with good food and great staff
My new favorite place to eat in Yucaipa!! Great food, great service, and cool atmosphere! Try it and it will be yours too!! You have to try the Biscuits and gravy OMG..so good...finally found a place that has bacon gravy instead of sausage!
I love the small town feel of this restaurant and how they have consistently had the best waitresses and chefs. When the staff continues to work there for a long time, you know, they are treated well!
This is a mom and pop restaurant not a 5 star LA restaurant. Keeping that in mind, the food is delicious! The atmosphere is charming and the service iS GREAT!! Today we had the French toast made from a thick raisin bread served with a killer butter-rum sauce instead of syrup. Coupled with tasty bacon it was an explosion in your mouth. Also we had their Loaded Baked Potato Quiche. Wow!!! It was actually a baked potato in a delicious quiche pie crust. It was served with the best pumpkin bread I have ever had and a side of fruit. The prices are truly reasonable! I definitely recommend this delightful cafe.
Food was delicious and fairly priced. Service was quick and friendly. Just me dining today, and I was seated quickly, but so were all the parties that appeared after me. It was a bit loud in the space, but otherwise a great visit. I'll be back.
Absolutely wonderful! Our first time here. Drove in from Norco just for this. From the minute we pulled up and saw a wait, we knew it had to be good, and the food was definitely worth the (15 min) wait! Clean, quaint decorations, everyone-- from hostess, servers, bus boy, cashier, cooks--had a smile on their faces. Food came out quick, fresh, and so delicious. Orange juice tasted like fresh oranges. My husband had the Mexican skillet with flaky biscuits and gravy. I chose the double hitter (2 eggs, bacon, sausage) and chose the raisin french toast with butter rum sauce by recommendation of another patron. Comfortably filling and fair priced. We will be back, maybe for lunch next time!
Great experience here. First off the place was packed but the service was top notch. Doesn't always happen that way everywhere. I had an exceptional omelette while my lovely dove into the pumpkin pancakes with toffee sauce whipped cream and walnuts. Yeah...it was that dang good. Homemade strawberry jam on my English muffin and drinkin' out of a Mason jar rounded out an awesome breakfast. Highly recommend a stop here. Worth the trip to Yucaipa.
I love the atmosphere the people are good and I give the food 7 Stars for the first time me being here in 4 years passing by I regret it but now I enjoy it I give it and the people here are kind The Waitresses are very sweet with a smile my name is Casper
One of my favorite breakfast places. Don't forget to get a pie on your way out. You'll love it.
Came for breakfast during the power outage, they were very busy Bavaria everybody had no power. Despite this we were sweating fairly quickly and ordered. Recurve or food quicker than expected and the food was great. I will be back loved the atmosphere and the people were great.
We had such an amazing time at the holiday tea event! It was our 1st time and everything was so thought out and detailed to make it so special! I was very impressed! Our children were not on their best behavior and my son decided to become Picasso on their table cloth and they were still so very kind to us. When I say I still dream about whomever made those cookies, they are to die for! A must try! 🦆
Love eating breakfast and lunch here, because they quit serving at 2PM and close for the day
Great menu. Fantastic staff. Friendly, attentive and responsive
We love it here! Had breakfast here for the first time since moving to Yucaipa & will absolutely be back. We had the breakfast burrito, quiche, and pumpkin pancakes… all were amazing. The service was great, too & our coffees never ran out.
Such a cute and sweet place. Service is quick even on a busy Sunday afternoon. Not sure what some of these bad reviews are about, the food is good service is good and decor is adorable. I recommend the raisin french toast with the rum butter sauce 🤤 for something savory get the polish sausage skillet. Also, their biscuits with homemade jam are a must. A little pricey but what isn’t now? You’ll spend the same amount at Dennys.
Haven’t been here in years, and coming back after so long honestly felt like home. I used to come here a lot during my college years, so this place brings back memories. They still have the best corned beef hash in the area hands down. I love pretty much everything here, you really can’t go wrong. It’s like going to your grandma’s house. The food is great, the service is still great, and nothing’s changed in a bad way. I just wish it was closer, because I’d be here every weekend if I could.
My wife has told me how great Kopper Kettle is. She has been having them Catering her conferences. "They always do a great job." So I had to see first hand. Kind of quaint. Very Historic vib. The place could have a large group. Everyone was hospitable. Food is outstanding. Bathroom clean. Service prompt. Very easy to order. Stop in, tell them Joe sent me... they will say Joe Who...that's me 😃.
My husband and I love to leave the kids at home and sneak off to the Kopper Kettle. The food is amazing and the ambiance is super cute! The staff is also very kind, patient, and helpful. Love this place!
Amazing Food everything made and baked homemade That quiche is the best I ever had Soo Perfect! Can't wait to go back and try more things!
Such a fun local spot to eat and spend time with friends or family. The service is great and has a very small town feel. The food is yummy and surprisingly flavorful and unique. It feels retro but clean and well kept.
This a good place in Yucaipa to have a delicious Good Ole' Fashion Breakfast. A large size menu with many dishes to choose from. I had the Steak & Eggs breakfast and it was amazingly good. The waitress was kind and courteous. They offer bakery style treats and deserts. The decor inside is kinda eclectic from Country Kitchen to 80's Movies. I had a great dinning experience.
During my time living here in Yucaipa, I have become a regular to this spot. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff is very friendly. The food is good and you can't go wrong with their skillets. Perfect spot for breakfast, brunch or lunch. You can pay from your phone or you can choose to pay at the counter as well. I recommend this place.
This is such a nice place!!! The food is great too, but the decor is fantastic! Definitely coming again, probably with a date
Great service and food delicious 😋. Their items are so cute, too.they also brought out a toy for my youngest to play with, which I appreciate since eating out is normally a plan event with my kids. We would normally pack a bag full of toys for them to play with to entertain themselves.
Great service. Very relaxing atmosphere. Kinda like going back in time to the good old days and Moms kitchen. They make the best Cobb salad 🥗 with baked chicken slices, fresh bacon not bacon bits, avocado, chopped tomatoes 🍅 & whole boiled egg and fresh spring mix salad, blue cheese.
Service was excellent, the atmosphere is retro, and the food was sensational! The crepes and quishe pies are delicious!
Full order of French toast - 3 pcs with butter run sauce and their breakfast combo: eggs (choice of hash or potatoes) and (choice of bread or biscuits with jam or gravy) always great service and great food.

Wicked Kettle delivers big flavor in a small food truck. We tried the vegetarian burger, an egg roll and fries, and every single bite was incredible. The veggie burger was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked and satisfying without feeling heavy. The egg roll was really crispy on the outside and also well cooked on the inside. And those fries were golden, hot, and addictive, the kind you keep reaching for even when you’re full. It’s rare to find a food truck that gets everything this right. To top it off, our server Mantaj was really nice and helpful, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a food truck that gets everything this right. Wicked Kettle is a must-stop if you’re anywhere near it. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
I love strawberry rhubarb pie. I was in there this morning and they had some miniature pies for sale so I picked One up on my way out. It is the best strawberry rhubarb pie I’ve ever had rhubarb was tart, but the strawberries were sweet just like I like it.
Great homemade meals and desserts. Great staff, helpful and kind. Hot Fresh Food made to order. Easy to find and easy to park. Gotta try the Raspberry Crisp, and the Turkey Ortega Sandwich. Great fresh Potato Salad. Indoor dining or take out available Great Chili.

Tuna club was excellent. Buttermilk pie even better.
Good food fair price nice county kitchen charm Great atmosphere great attitude from the staff. Worth your visit.
We love the food and the servers are great. The decor is very old and you can see the dust covering it.
My husband and I decided to try a different place for breakfast. I looked on google to find one that had good reviews and Kopper Kettle came up. It’s not fancy but it’s very popular, we waited for about 20 min for a table. My husband ordered the Eggs Benedict which he liked, I had their Oatmeal it was also good. The decor is Country style, in the front entrance they have gift items to buy. Handmade soaps, food items, aprons etc.
First visit. This place treated everyone like family...no matter how busy they were. BUSY is a good sign of good business. Judy our waitress was very informative and super nice. LARGE food portions reasonably priced, tasty and served hot/fresh. Not a fancy place just down home. Had breakfast and will be back. Not a large parking lot and may have to wait but you leave happy and full. Wheelchair entrance. A few tables for large seating.

We've been coming here for years. The food has kinda always been hit or miss. Sometimes it's the best breakfast or it's down right trash. Lately the food has been top notch but sadly the service seems to have fallen off. I understand going on a busy day. Mother's day. The wait was expected. But then sitting for another ten minutes before we were greeted by our waitress should have been our first concern. (noted that their drink runner took our drink order and was very prompt) after some confusion on their crepe we were able to get our food ordered. 30 mins later a different waitress brought out our food and disappeared before we could ask for refills. (ended up waving the drink runner down again and asked them for help) when our food was finished the waitress had dropped off our check asked if we needed any boxes. And that was that. Almost an hour eating and 3 small conversations with our server. Again I understand a busy day. But when there seems to be a waitress for every two tables we just didn't get the service we expected. A bummer since the food again was the best we've had there in awhile.
I've been coming here for 25 years, I've seen the place change, I was not happy when they got rid of the bar serving area but I adapted. I drove a long way to come to Kopper and after they sat me down I looked up and "The Breakfast Club Theater" is GONE!!!! Replaced with hotdog concession stand. I am pissed. It doesn't go with the Country kitch theme and it's half done. They told me it was looking worn, but didn't replace it with new posters, instead we get hotdogs and cups! I want my "Breakfast Club Theater" back.

They have changed in service .. I ordered take out because my whole family is sick and so I called in and waited 20.min before going .. got there waited 25 min inside told them I'll be back to give them more time .. came back 20 min later to the waitress giving my food to another person.. waited 10 more min for them to see what they can do.. I just ask for my money back and nothing else was giving not even an apology.. not going back after all these years
We have eaten here a few times, Service and food quality have been inconsistent. The last time we ate at kopper kettle it took fifteen minutes to get anyone to notice us after we were seated. The service was mediocre. . The food when it arrived was cold. Breakfast potatoes were greasy and soggy, toast was stale. I won't be spending my time or money here again.
Can't really speak about anything about the restaurant. We waited over 15 minutes at the door and got one lady to say be with you in a minute. So we left. They were not busy and had open tables. The family of 4 before us got seated, and the lady seemed a little rude towards them, in my opinion. They watched us leave and didn't say anything. I wouldn't go back. Just from the initial service. We are currently sitting at Abby's cafe and have had a great experience so far.
Old-time atmosphere like you've stepped back into a little old country kitchen but the nostalgia only takes you so far. Seating was super cramped, service was mediocre (that's a stretch if I'm honest), food was cold, and my daughter's French toast arrived after everyone was already finished eating and was so salty. First and last experience here and frankly I'm so confused by the positives reviews.
I walk in for breakfast. The environment felt wrong. Walk right out. Then it hit me. Restaurant name says it all. I give it -*
Don’t come as a single patron. You will watch party of 6 after party of 6 get seated before you.
Server was nice, however the woman who checked us out was extremely rude and out of order. My biggest issue is feeling sick after eating here yesterday. We ordered the Mexican skillet which has roast beef as the only meat listed. Upon eating a good amount of it, we found bacon pieces in the meal. I have not eaten pork for almost 3 years.i got extremely sick, to the point of throwing up. The cooks and staff should be more cautious of only adding the ingredients listed on the menu item. This should not have happened and should never happen. We have been here many times before and always find something wrong. We should not have kept giving chances, we will not be back. I do not recommend if you have dietary restrictions or food allergies. Other reasons to not visit is a rude and uncaring owner, dirty establishment and cold/ overpriced food.
I was hesitant to leave a review, but after reading so many bad ones, I feel I share an opinion of a lot of people here in town. I have been going here for 12 years. We don't really understand why this place has gone downhill the way it has, but it is way way down. Keep going back and don't know why. The last straw was today. Burnt black toast last two times, cold gravy, cold potatoes.... well, just cold food, period. Waiting on condiments and food getting colder. They forget what you order to drink. Monotone and mundane interactions with service. We got sat at a dirty table the last few times. The place needs a fire hose taken to it. The deep-rooted filth is despicable. Picked up a to go meal for my disabled mom, and the bacon looked mediocre and plastic, and yep, black toast again! I never saw a response from the owner to the negative reviews, which I thought was bad juju. 👎 maybe they will read this one and address some of the issues. I know they won't because they have so many regulars, and the money will just keep rolling in, and to this business owner, that's all that matters. They lost touch with the people, cleanliness, and the quality of the food. Makes me sad to not be able to go to a place that once was quaint and right down the street from our home. Get some new energetic staff, makeover, and a cook that's knows what up and maybe the old regulars will try to come back.
Atmosphere is nice. But service was not the best. Our server Kelly was nice until we mentioned any issues with our food. The pumpkin pancakes had a good flavor but they weren’t fully cooked, they made me another stack and I still had the same issue so I tried the pancake at the bottom of my plate to see if that one was raw as well but it had a very bad flavor like burnt oil. Our coffee had stuff floating in it. I basically payed $16 for 2 tiny sausages and 1 tiny egg. When we got our receipt we saw they charged us for the coffee we sent back and when we informed our server she snatched the receipt out of our hand and left without saying anything.
I was really excited to try this place, I love local spots. I’m not hard to please, basic diner fare is fine with me. What I got was like a worse, slower, more expensive version of Denny’s. The light fixtures were absolutely caked with what seemed to be years of dust. It kinda grossed me out. This was a little while ago, wonder if they’ve fixed it.
