A lovely little boba shop I always stop at when I’m in Redlands! If you’re local/frequently visiting, they have punch cards available, and you get a free drink after purchasing 10. My go-to order is the brown sugar milk, but they have tons of seasonal options available that I’d recommend trying if you’re more adventurous than me. Last time we went, they were about to close, and accidentally forgot one of our drinks, but they were very apologetic and made it super quickly after we reminded them. Service is always 10/10

With so many boba spots in Redlands, Chaca Tea Bar is a bit more tucked away. It’s located in the Citrus Village Shopping Center, which makes it less central compared to most places that are closer to downtown or the main plazas. Still, it’s definitely worth checking out. They’ve got a nice variety of milk teas, flavored teas, and other drinks. The prices are pretty fair, and I like that they offer different sizes…12oz, 24oz, and even 32oz, which is great if you’re really thirsty. I got the matcha milk tea, and it was actually really good. The matcha wasn’t too strong, so you could still taste the milk tea, and it wasn’t overly sweet either. I don’t usually get boba, but since it was my first time here, I decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised. The boba was chewy but not rubbery, had a nice texture, and it actually had some flavor to it. The shop was clean, and the staff were super friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me decide what to get. I came by not long after they opened, so it wasn’t too busy, which made for a chill experience. Overall, it’s a solid spot. If you’re in the area, definitely give it a try

We did a quick stop on our way home here and found this tea shop by chance and it was so good. I had a strawberry tea, with fruit chunks (strawberry) and popping boba. It was so refreshing. I haven't seen of a boba tea spot that does this where I live and I loved it. My only regret was not getting a bigger size and more photos to do the drinks justice.

This place is a staple for my wife and I. We come here at least once a week and get a milk tea with Boba and a Thai iced tea with Boba. We love it! All of the staff is always very friendly and the Boba is delicious. So glad this place opened up because the other option in town was not that great. We will be coming here for a long time!

Outstanding customer service. Usually before closing, you get pushback or attitude from staff. I got there around 8:50 and I was greeted with smiles and such a positive attitude. Very rare nowadays. Their iced spice thai tea is amazingggg! I definitely recommend. This is my new favorite boba spot!

I walked in and saw Asian employees, I knew it was gonna be good. A nice surprise in a far off place where I least expected a quality boba shop. I drink boba everyday (unfortunately for my inevitable encounter with the Diabetes), but for now, I feel like I'm a boba expert. I travel to every spot imaginable for boba even though I live within walking distance to 10 boba shops without even having to cross a street, and about 20+ within 2 miles of my house. To say I'm surrounded by boba is an understatement. So when I found Chaca on the way home from playing golf in Beaumont, I decided to try it. Literally been back there 3x in 10 days. The slushies are good, the boba is warm and soft without being too soft. Good texture. Drinks are what I'd expect. No foods though. I don't think they have a kitchen, but if they sold popcorn chicken, I'm sure it'd be good too. Definitely recommend this spot over some others in the IE that I won't mention.

Never disappointed with character tea bar drinks. My go-to is the Thai tea with boba, which is always great. Today I tried the summer mojito mint tea with the green tea base (pictured) It was delicious and so refreshing. The second drink is the milk tea with boba. Lastly l, the prices are incredibly fair.

This is my favorite go to place for bubble tea in Redlands! The service is always great and the staff are extremely quick with creating drinks. My personal favorites are their sea salt cream jasmine milk tea with egg pudding, lavender tea, and their lychee yogurt. Their prices are low and their drinks are delicious. Definitely come visit!

5 stars for the sea salt caramel! I love this drink. The caramel is not strong at all (I cant even really taste it), but it is very delicious!! I can't put my finger on what it is..a mix of salted honey milk tea ? It is much better than how I just described it. I love how creamy it is and it is not too sweet despite its caramel component. I got mine with chia seeds because it's a good boba substitute if you want to be a little healthier or if you don't like chewing the boba balls. I would come here all the time if it weren't so far from me!

No idea how this spot flew under the radar for me til now. Friendly service, good tea, great boba. Even when compared to my favorite boba tea places in the Bay Area, if I could choose, I'd come here. [Got the Seasalt Caramel Milk Tea with HoneyBoba]

Very friendly, informative staff. Nearly endless possibilities of milk tea, smoothie, slush, frappe, and boba combinations! I had taro milk tea with boba. I usually do not really like taro, but this had a wonderful balance of taro, milk, and boba, making it so delicious.

Tasty milk tea with boba that was fresh and soft. I personally felt like the tea flavor could be much stronger because it tasted very milky, but we were pretty satisfied with our drinks.

To start off I have been coming to @chacateabarredlands for over 1 year now. I have to say that their boba has been a hit or miss, sometimes it's small and just made or it's perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of sweetness's and softness. Lately it's been the latter. I've never had a bad drink before, and the cashiers are always glad to explain a drink and it's options. I once wanted to exchange a drink, they had a positive attitude and did it quickly! My favorite drink has been their Mango Slush with extra boba. NO ONE MAKES IT LIKE THEM. And to top it off their prices are VERY reasonable and they don't charge for extra boba.

The tea was sweet at a great price per size of cup. I honestly was very surprised when she said it would be $3.58. The service is what brought the score down by 2 stars because the last who assisted me/also made my drink was somewhat rude. I told her I was from out of town and needed a minute to choose and then asked for recommendations. There was no reply, just quitenesss. So then I said, "What about between the house, milk tea, and the Thai, and she just said, yea, you choose." When I left, I said thank you but still got no reply.

Not sure why there was a line out the door. The "special" was just iced tea? Got two "smoothies" for my kids that didn't seem to have any real fruit in them, equivalent to what we could get at the Fiesta Village Dairy Queen. There was nothing else nearby so we stopped in. I'm disappointed in the crowd of young people not thinking twice about all that plastic waste that ends up in the ocean. Consider bringing your own cup for an iced tea, it keeps it colder and you can skip the microplastics in your body. Their prices were reasonable. I'm clearly too old for this trend of pure liquid sugar with a little bit of tea or coffee. I'm glad the high-schoolers have a safe place to hang out.

My family and I come get Boba here every Tuesday. This Tuesday we missed it due to work but we came in on Thursday because my 5 year old loves this place and was begging me to take her. When we started coming here years ago, we would always asked if the strawberry slushy had a dairy in it due to food allergies my daughter has. We eventually stopped asking because she always gets the same thing and we know it’s made with water. On Thursday we ordered our usually drinks but this time I brought one of my employees with me and she ordered a drink with dairy. I was watching the worker make the drinks and noticed she pick up a rag that was sitting on the counter and wiped my employees drink with it and then used the same rag to wipe down my daughters. I asked her to remake my daughters due to allergies so she did. She then walked over to me and said, Next time let the employee know about your daughter’s food allergies because how are we suppose to know! I looked at her and said, You forgot the Boba. She started to laugh but not because it was funny, more of a pissed off laugh that she needed to remake it. Another young later came over to help her who we see all the time when we go in. After they made her drink, I asked the girl what her name was because I was to say Thank you for remaking it and I figured she was new and wanted to tell her we have all been new in a job and it was ok. She then stood tall, placed her hand on her hip and said GISELLE! With lots of attitude. I told her she didn’t need to be rude to us because I was just trying to thank her. For me. I didn’t want to react in front of my daughter or employee but I wanted to tell her that’s not how to speak to people, especially customers who come in often. I was very disgusted because I own a business and my employees know never to use the same rag twice especially if the items are not the same. After we walked out, we saw the two ladies looking at us and talking which made me feel very uncomfortable. I emailed the owners and asked for a phone call which I never received. I’m sad to say that we won’t be returning after our experience.
