How hard is it to get an order right? Every time I’ve ordered from here my order has never been completely correct every single time I order I ask for chips and they still give me bread. Is it too hard to get one simple thing, right?

Now that we're paying more for less I guess we also have to accept a lower quality. Panera bread never ceases to disappoint.

Well one things for sure, place needs a good cleaning. All the overhead lamps need a good cleaning, every single one of them has grime and dust bunnies ready to fall on your food. The staff isnt very friendly AND the food is over over priced for the Quantity they sell you. I purchased their Broccoli Cheddar soup ( Bowl sized for $10) and wow amazing the tiny size they consider a " Bowl" and for $5 u get a tiny little cup.. yeah NAH! Im good! I ordered their avocado toast and another thing, its thin and tiny for what u pay for it..lets not get started on their tuna sandwich ( yeah I purchased a few things for lunch) giving it a shot since I rarely eat there but was feeling a soup. Anyway VERY disappointed to say the least. And to wrap things up their staff needs to smile and be friendlier, greet their customers and be nice.. everyone i encountered had a Blah attitude. Needless to say i wont be going back. OH and I gave the food a 2 stars only because their soup was yummy just very little for the $10 I paid! 🫩

Negative experience staff with bad attitude unhappy staff rushed to hurry up and get out without the proper bags or carrying materials treated like cattle front doors and windows at entry points full of food marks dirt debris, tables not cleaned unsanitary and grease and dirt all over entry doors will not return spent $70.02 on two people. Yuk

Super disappointed in this location and service. When receiving my salad I paid $15 for, it was barely half full. I asked the manager, a young woman, if this was how much usually comes in it and she stares at me and says “yeah” with attitude. For $15, I’m not expecting gourmet but I’d expect to get enough to fill my container. Service was crappy, especially by “management”. Literally, with my extra dressings, the container isn’t even full.

My chicken avo ... sandwich had barely any chicken on it and my broccoli cheddar soup was totally watered down :( :( . The panera in Yucaipa is way better

Filthy and disgusting. Napkins and trash all over the floor, trashes overflowing. The table we sat at was dirty with crumbs so I wiped it with a wet wipe and it was black, I kid you not. The tables must never get wiped down. When I went to go pick up our food off the counter a fly landed on my bread. There were flies buzzing around all over the kitchen area. I'm genuinely concerned we might get sick. Absolutely vile. $45 for 3 people to eat in this dumpster is unacceptable.

This place is DIRTY!!!! FILTHY even. That A in the window must be old. Tables dirty, trash overflowing, bathroom dirty, floor dirty. And cinnamon roll was stale. At a bakery?! Come on. If you’re going to overcharge at least be fresh. Brownie was fresh and good. Overall appearance is nasty though. Might as well be off waterman and Basel in the Dino!!

I ordered an Asiago bagel, but I'm not sure what I got. It looks like a roll with cheese on top. I ordered an egg and cheese croissant for 5.99, and this was the sad sandwich I was given. Definitely not worth 5.99, Their prices are getting ridiculous, and the value is not there. The croissant tasted store bought, not even fresh, for claiming to be a "bakery."

Beyond disappointed with my visit today. I took my family to get dinner here and It made McDonald’s feel fancy. My experience summed up: 1. Everything felt dirty like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. 2. Food took over 35 minutes to make 3. I saw another customer hovering over my food with his mouth while it was sitting on the pickup counter. 4. The girl didn’t know what I ordered so I had to tell her over 5 times for her to finally get my all items I ordered. 5. I ordered coconut macaroons.. they gave me chocolate and decided they didn’t need to tell me lol. 6. The elderly couple next to me were mad because a Panera employee was changing the trash and literally left trash next to their table. No employee seemed to care. It was actually discussing to see. 7. My iced coffee I ordered was literally milk and the employee was trying to tell me that’s normal. I really think whoever is managing this place should seek other work. Their leadership is severely lacking and it shows. My meal cost me $58 total for my wife and my daughter. I wouldn’t pay $10 to go through that again. Do better Panera.

Super disappointed, I ordered a chicken noodle soup & a kids grilled cheese to go. The wait was 15min but I was okay with that at first, because here I was thinking I was gonna get a delicious grilled cheese & yummy soup. That was not the case. My grilled cheese was so hard I had to tear the outside apart and only eat the middle in which that was 2 bites each half, then my chicken noodle soup was so plain and I found only 2 pieces of tiny chicken. I paid almost $15 and threw out the plain soup and most of my hard sandwich. I've never had this experience at other Paneras but I will stay the heck away from this location from now on!

Yikes this place is gross 🥴 everything is dirty..how is this even acceptable!? The staff used the same gloves she used to touch the register to grab the pastries we ordered. I told the manager about it and she did the same exact thing. Also, I was shocked that they just put the bread in the bag just like that without wrapping it. Wth 🤦🏻‍♀️
